Booked a room for relatives to stay in. Room was already pay for and when my relatives arrived they were asked to pay. I tried to explain this to the front desk person but she said she would have the owner call me. I waited 2 days and never heard so I called and before I could even start to explain the RUDE owner started yelling in the phone that he had already explained this once. I as nicely as I could tried to tell him he had never called me but he kept yelling in the phone. He continued to yell and then said and I quote “I beg all of you to never come here again”! So I say spend the extra few $ and stay down the road at the Comfort Inn or Serenity in the Mountains.

Stayed over Saturday, Feburary 20, 2021. Room was clean and the staff was nice. I was initially was set for two days and had to make a change to one night. Apparently, the lodge did not get the modified changes from booking.com. We had to pay for two nights and stayed one. When we asked the Owner that Sunday after we checked out about the overcharge he was rude and raising his voice when it was not necessary. We called booking.com and have provided documents. They will reach out to the owner. He lacks courtesy to his customers. Would not ever recommend.

We recently stayed here for 3 nights... myself, my two daughters and one year old granddaughter. The hotel was great for the money. We had plenty of room for the portacrib. It wasn't very crowded the 1st nights, so no one in rooms next door. 3rd night, loud neighbors, but the baby's sound machine drowned out the sound for most part. We had a small tub drain issue which was promptly repaired. I cant remember her name, but front desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again 😊

Lady's at the front desk were very helpful. The place is quaint & cute. Off the highway, so no loud traffic. Had a nice breakfast selection, muffins, bagels, fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee, juice. Easy to enter on the highway with a traffic light at the main intersection. Awesome grocery store with beer & wine. & grocery gas Inglis right next door,
