This was my second time staying here and it was just as wonderful as the first. Very nice room, friendly staff, beautiful surroundings and the pools and sauna are great. My room was right on the canal so we could have breakfast and watch the kayakers and paddleboardersgo by.

Had a very pleasant two0day stay at Cabanas during Feb. 2024. Nice room with a spotless bathroom. Nice HDTV and good WiFi. Very comfortable bed. Pool was clean and plenty of lounge chairs. Great, friendly crowd. Hosts were very pleasant and accommodating. Cabanas is neat the Wilton Manors restaurant/bar district, a 20-minute walk or quick cab/uber ride.
Be sure to reserve well in advance, they book up fast, but well worth visiting. I'll definitely be back again next winter.

Truly enjoyed everything about my stay at Cabanas—from the immaculate and impeccably maintained grounds and facilities to the absolutely amazing and caring staff who cannot do enough to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable… yet in that classy (and very rare) way that is non-intrusive yet always available at a moment’s notice!! People there were all so friendly. Add day passes and an on-site spa for facials and massages, along with a primo location, and you’ve got the recipe for a perfect vacation. I most definitely would go back!!

Spent 4+ days there with my husband and had a great time. The grounds and public areas were really clean and well maintained. Our room was also very clean, and had a fridge and microwave. The entire staff was really friendly and would go out of their way to help. Being from out of town they were very patient with our constant questions about where to go, what to do, and what bars/restaurants to go to. The main pool had plenty of tables/chairs, and lounge chairs, with either shade or sun. It was always heated and felt great going for a late or early swim with the warm water and cool air. There are also three (maybe 4?) outdoor showers. There is also a smaller wading pool, a hot tub, and a steam room. LOTS of bars and restaurants on Wilton Drive, which was just a $7 Uber. The atmosphere with the other guests was laid back and everyone was really respectful of everyone's wishes and comfort level. I had read many reviews prior to going, and there was nothing negative that matched anything I read aside from the road noise at the pool. It is on a kind of main road, and you get the occasional loud truck, motorcycle, or car. This was only an issue at the pool, and even though our room faced the road noise was no issue. Cabanas is just a really cool place to relax and be comfortable, with plenty of options close by to get out and dance/party. If you have a day, the Water Taxi was pretty cool. It takes you on a tour of the mansions and mega-yachts, with stops to get off and eat/shop. I hope we can get back there again soon.

This was one of the nicest men’s guest house stay we have ever had. The property is beautifully kept and inviting and it’s peaceful and calm. Our room opened onto the canal and it was lovely every morning to wake up to a quiet canal flowing by. The housekeeping service was excellent and unobtrusive and the management was friendly and very welcoming and pleasant to deal with. The other clientele were friendly and diverse and fun. Ŵe will definitely plan to stay here again.

I had to be in Wilton Manors for a friend's funeral but then wanted a break from the gray, gloomy weather we've had in DC. The resort staff are friendly and absolutely amazing. There's fresh coffee and a light breakfast selection each morning to see the sun peak over the palm trees, lunch munchies you can have for lunch and a new shuttle that takes you around WM for $2 should you choose to go out and howl at the moon. The resort is well.maintained and you'll meet guys from all over. The week I stayed -- hardly a cloud in the sky and no rain! Perfect for some sun every day. The only bad part was having to leave. Close to everything and lacking nothing!

I've stayed at the various resorts that cater to gay men in Florida and this one is by far the best. They keep the place very clean, the property is very well maintained, and the staff are very attentive. A place that is owner operated has a very different feel to it and it's clear that John wants to make sure every guest has the perfect experience. William keeps the pools and jacuzzi very clean, Tim pours amazing drinks and Stefan's costumes contribute to a very festive environment. No matter your age or body size you will feel welcome at the Cabanas! They are always making improvements - this is a place you will revisit year after year. Book ahead of time and visit the spa!

This was our first trip to the Cabanas Resort and we had an outstanding time.
What We Liked: The property was beautiful and maintained to almost perfection, the staff was very helpful, nice, knowledgeable, and interacted with all guests throughout our time at the resort, the room was very clean and spacious, the resort is located within a 2.5 mile walk from the heart of gay life in Wilton Manors, and the overall atmosphere created a place for total relaxation, fun, and interaction with other guests and locals visiting for the day.
What We Did Not Like: That we had to leave and come back home!!!
We will definitely plan future trips to the resort and would you encourage you to visit as well.

PARADISE FOUND!! Two weeks over xmas and New Year 2025. The BEST 5-Star experience. The management thinks of everything and all guests are treated with utmost care and consideration. I've stayed here for more than 10-years and love the whole experience: rooms, the staff and property. Truly paradise and always make new friends and leave with great memories! Thank you Cabanas! When I go by myself, I always ask for Room 18, because it is behind the Day Spa and the Room always smells like Eucalyptus. It is so calming and it helps me to Relax and Sleep so Good. The Cabana's is Amazing and it Wonderful.
