I stayed for one night while attending the TGL match nearby, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The hotel and pool are new, stylish, and beautifully designed. The room was incredibly spacious, the bathroom spotless, and the shower had fantastic water pressure. The pool is a highlight—it's the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun, and I could definitely see myself returning just to enjoy that.
As a new hotel, I understand there are some growing pains, and most of my concerns were related to the staff. Unfortunately, the bartender at the pool, Marcel, was not up to par—he seemed to struggle with managing the bar. Additionally, when we returned around 10:30 pm, the valet was completely disengaged, spending his time on his phone instead of assisting us. For $50 per night, I would expect better attention and service, especially when the valet only needs to move the car a short distance.
Lastly, I’d appreciate the option for self-parking, as I prefer to drive my own car rather than having someone else do it.

Absolutely beautiful place, and it should be, it opened (unofficially) Dec 17, 2024. The grand opening (official opening) is expected to be in a few months.

Decided to try out the new Marriott property The Belgrove in West Palm Beach that recently opened this past Dec. Although the property is a little remote, it is beautiful and the rooms are brand new and immaculate. We expected a few "glitches" and there were some. The first two days of our stay, there was some type of construction at the pool putting up cabanas. The manager came around to apologize, but the website did not indicate there was ongoing construction. We returned to the room one night to watch a movie, but the internet was out and front desk told us to "wait half an hour or so" and try again. It eventually was up again in about an hour but was so slow we couldn't watch anything. Service at the restaurant was inexperienced and slow, even at breakfast, coffee refills few and far between. The property charges $50/day resort fee and $48/day mandatory valet parking, which seems excessive to me. One evening we were going out for a dinner reservation and the valet couldn't find the key to our rental car, so they offered to pay for an Uber wherever we were going. The next day I spoke with the valet manager Paulo who apologized profusely and although no one could figure out for sure what happened, managed to work out a solution. Paulo was gracious and accommodating and knew what he was doing. The hotel compensated us for the inconvenience and stress. Kudos to the pool staff especially Mr Farag who kept things running and entertaining and whose staff provided complimentary fruit and cool beverages at the pool and tried to make us as comfortable as possible adjusting umbrellas and anticipating our needs. Overall our stay was a very positive experience. What was most notable was the staff's eagerness to please and their enthusiasm, which made up for the glitches and inexperience. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable and inviting place to stay in the West Palm Beach area this is high on the list.

I would give 3.5 stars if I could.
This is a beautiful resort and the service is very friendly. Everything is new and the rooms are very clean. However, you may want to wait a little longer before booking. There is still construction going on, the most annoying of which were poolside construction crews doing very loud work during peak pool hours on Friday (1.5-2.0 hours) and Saturday (all day). I am not sure who thought that was a good idea but it made the experience less enjoyable. Had the construction not been an issue I would have given the resort 4 stars.
The resort is a little far from Palm Beach, about 20 minutes, but there is a shuttle service.
Food and beverage quality is generally good to great, but still probably not worth the price. Don't expect any budget friendly food or drink options, you will be paying premium pricing on all items, similar to that of very exclusive hotels. They do add a nice touch by providing water bottles engraved with your name to use at water stations throughout the resort.
The golf course looks amazing, but you have to jump through a lot of hoops to get a tee time. You either need a letter from your home country club vouching for you or you need to somehow "prove" you know what you are doing. Frankly, listening to the steps I would need to go through to get a tee-time annoyed me and I decided it wasn't worth it.
All in all it was a decent experience and we would probably consider coming back once construction is fully complete and staff is more up to speed (service in general was a little slow but not terrible). But for now, the value for the money probably isn't there yet. But the resort definitely has a lot of potential.

I hosted a 2-day meeting at the Belgrove and WOW what an incredible experience! The resort opened just a few weeks ago and I can't wait to return with my family. First, the hotel was beautifully done- sparkling new, clean and a relaxing Palm Beach feel. Upon check-in they offered you a fresh mango-coconut beverage- with or without alcohol. Also a personalized beverage container. The rooms were as beautiful as the lobby and meeting areas and the back of the resort was spectacular with a lively bar, multiple pools and hot tubs. A few in my meeting had mentioned there was some professional golfers playing outside. Every single employee had a huge smile on their faces and were eager to deliver you a memorable experience. Every. Single. Employee. All 15 of us in our meeting continued to speak about how thrilled they were with the Belgrove. A few employees that really stood out:

Beautiful new clean hotel where the staff truly goes above and beyond. The food is really delicious and every staff member was so sweet and accommodating. It is not on the beach, but there are 3 pools, 2 hot tubs and they have a free shuttle and even provided us with chairs and an umbrella! The drinks were beautiful and very well made and the wood fired pizza was delicious.

Beautiful property. Absolutely loved the team at the front desk and in the restaurants. Room was large, spotless and just wonderful. Not sure why it's called a resort. HOWEVER, I would not recommend as the property SUCKED. Online it's gorgeous, however it's all golf and you're not allowed to walk the perimeter? Your golf man shooed me away. Sorry - a few men playing golf means the side trail is not available? Also, the pools are so gated, it chops up aesthetically and I couldn't open any of the gates. Lastly, property is way out of the way and you'll be in Ubers - uber drivers are scarce and have a hard time finding the place.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Belgrove Resort right after they opened and I highly recommend it. The staff went above and beyond to ensure everything I needed was taken care of. The hotel is tucked away into a very quiet area and the rooms were amazing. We had amazing themed drinks and the food was top-notch. They also absolutely love dogs and were extremely dog friendly. There was an area I could run with my dog, personalized water bowls, and tennis balls at the check in. If you're looking for a great resort tucked away in West Palm Beach and close to everything the city has to offer, you definitely want to stay here.

We recently stayed at the Belgrove and the experience was amazing. The resort is stunning and feels like you’re in the Caribbean. Collins took amazing care of us at the pool, ensuring we were comfortable and well taken care of. The service from all the staff was attentive and friendly. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant and our waitress Alayna was incredible and added so much to our experience and enjoyment. The food and drinks were excellent and they also made our dog feel super welcome (the Yeti dog bowls are a really nice touch and kept his water cold!). We will definitely be back!

My husband and I took a spontaneous trip to Palm Beach and stayed at the Belgrove Resort and Spa. It was only opened for 6 weeks so everything was sparkling clean. Although staff were still in a training phase everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and attended too. Special shout outs to the bartenders who remembered our names every day and to the pool attendants who were very courteous. Also a most special recognition to Jacob L. who was a front desk employee when our flight was unexpectedly cancelled after we had checked out of the hotel. He helped us resolve a multitude of issues.
