Room felt clean and pleasantly comfortable. The shower room being separate from the wash basin was confusing when it came time to pack my belongings. I forgot some toiletries in the shower room and when I called in to check with the front desk the same day as check out they were never returned by housekeeping. I am disappointed the executive housekeeping staff didn't return those desirable toiletries; in today's market those items hold a retail value of $30

I want to thank start by thanking the one who turned things around when I checked in. This would have been a disaster for me if he was not here.. Larry the magicien who listen, understand and read in your mind. Being in the hospitality myself, I was surprised with the way he handled all my requests making as if it was very simple. The room he allocated to me was exactly what I had in mind and I am very grateful he was here at that time otherwise my birthday stay would have been a disaster.. I would also extend my apologies and thanks to Trisha ( sorry if it is the wrong name ) that lady kept her calm upon check out with me even if it now seems that I was wrong.
You might already know the below but these are the only reason I did not rate you a 5:
- Room furnitures are old, sofa is stained and mine even had a cigarette burn in it . - As a guests no one wants to hear that there is nothing that can be done . I think you should emphasis on training for customer services. There was no emphaty whatsoever and hearing that nothing can be done irritates me. - Terrace Door fill with dust.

I always try to stay at Marriotts for the points and am a Titanium member. I generally only write reviews when something is really good, or really bad. But, this stay was very disappointing. First, a little good - the front desk staff was great and the beds and pillows were Marriott great. But, where they must really lack is standards and training. We checked in to our room at about 4:00 on Saturday afternoon and were getting ready to go out for the night. While my wife was getting changed, without knocking, housekeeping opens the door. The housekeeper could only communicate "change towels" and (being flustered from having the door opened on us) we tried to explain we had just gotten there and had not used them. She would not move out of the doorway and just kept saying "change towels." Ultimately, we realized they hadn't finished servicing the room before we checked in and she was trying to stock the room with towels. (We had a similar issue the following morning with housekeeping related to an inability to communicate.) And, the room itself may have been clean, but there were permanent stains (probably coffee) on the furniture that caused the feeling of the room being unclean. Coupled with a poorly maintained bathroom (small permanent stains in the floor grout and rust at the base of the bathroom door), it almost felt as if this was a no-name hotel branded Courtyard. I am not sure I have ever made a decision not to stay at a specific Marriott property again, but as I post these pictures, I couldn't bring myself to stay there again. (One other thing to consider - again, I am Titanium Elite with Marriott. They give good upgraded rooms when available. If this is what they give Titanium Elites, I can only imagine what other rooms look like)

So we stayed here since we have stayed in Courtyards and other Marriotts in the past and were pleased. I have taken COVID into consideration when writing this. That being said, the room was not nearly the quality we’ve come to expect (see pictures). There were several shelves missing from the shower, the hair tie on the doorknob was disgusting, we had half a roll of toilet paper on the roll with no other rolls in the room, stains on the sheets, and you can see the other pictures.
The next day we decided we would wait to see how the room looked after maid service. We returned at 9pm and nobody cleaned the room. We tried to call, but the phone was broken so my wife went down only to return with an armful of sheets and towels. She was told by the front desk person she couldn’t leave the desk since she was the only one there but we can change our own sheets, which we did. When asked why the room wasn’t cleaned, she said we should have been advised that with COVID we needed to request a room cleaning. We were never told that. The woman behind the counter was pleasant and apologetic.
The next morning my wife went to the lobby and saw a Starbucks sign. She asked for some sort of drink but it couldn’t be made because they didn’t have whipped cream. We assumed this would be remedied by maybe going to the store, but it never was. The next day, my wife was told by the person tending the Starbucks/food stand that she can only make black coffee.

Filthy toilet with feces from the prior occupant dried onto the bottom of the toilet seat and side of the bowl. Urine dried by the bolts and someone else’s body hair. I travel with Lysol so I generally disinfect prior to using a new hotel. I was disinfecting the toilet and was utterly disgusted. I took pictures, cleaned it and then shared this with desk staff. They brought in the cleaning supervisor to make sure the cleaning staff is more thorough. I also smelled the heavy and unpleasant aroma of pot cigarettes (not vape). The front desk were responsive but they only control so much. We have stayed in the past but it’s worsening. We won’t stay here again.

very pleased with the the really comfortable beds and really fresh bed sheets and linens. we got a very good night sleep. what was really nice is the AC has no Governor limit and we had to make it really cold because these down comforters are more fit for the Northeast than in Florida.
at $300 a night in some desolate part of town near the airport this property is just milking it. you would think they would make the improvements to make it fresh and new - that's why this place gets two stars. very disappointing at that price point.

We usually stay at Hilton locations but, due to a PGA tournament nearby, everything was booked up. We chose this based on location. No breakfast included. In room refrigerator was not working and the first night I could hear a nearby toilet running every 10 minutes or so. Those issues were disappointing but the staff resolved the refrigerator and noise immediately after notifying them the next morning. I was pleased with their response. Otherwise the property was as I would expect. Friendly and prompt service is what made the difference here.

Booked this at the last minute - needed a hotel with a 1 bedroom suite. What a mistake!
High accolates for the front desk staff (who were extremely friendly and worked very hard to try to do the best for us in a terrible situation), but everything else was a nightmare. Dingy, dirty, musty smell, loud a/c, even louder traffic noise, unsafe area. The photo they show bears zero resemblance to what seems like a motel pretending to be a hotel.
To add insult to injury, the mattress for the sofa bed in the 1-bedroom suite and pices of dirt and body fluid stains, and there were no other suites (or mattresses) available, so we were stuck switching rooms late at night when all we wanted to do was go to sleep. We were given two adjoining rooms, one of which smelled musty, and the other of which had a HORRIBLE odor and that we could not use. As we prepared to all spend the night in the musty room (the other was uninhabitable), we noticed hairs on the comforter, tired, sagging furniture, and that everything was dirty and falling apart. We couldn't get out of there fast enough.
I reported the problem to the manager by email after we checked out, who basically said that they hope we choose to stay at the hotel again.
One of the worst hotel stays of my life, despite the very friendly/helpful staff.

I’ve stayed here several times over the past year and am looking forward to my next stay. The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly. The location is very convenient as it’s a short drive to Rosemary Square (shopping, movie theatre, restaurants), the Convention Center, and the outdoor outlet mall. Lots of food choices available. Even though the location is great, I keep going back because of the staff!

Run down, dirty and loud. This hotel needs a lot of attention. Mold and mildew in the bathroom. Rusty door frames and hardware. Stains on the carpet and drapes, and furniture falling apart. No hand soap or hair dryer available to use as well. Highway noise extremely loud all night long.
