Our hotel in West Palm Beach, Florida is located off I-95 and near Rapids Water Park, Port of Palm Beach, Cruzan Amphitheatre and Palm Beach Outlets. After a busy day, unwind at our outdoor pool and fitness center, or enjoy on-site dining and Starbucks coffee at The Bistro.

I'm a Bonvoy Gold member, so I say in many Marriott hotels. The Courtyards are definitely not my favorite, but this one had the right location.
On the good side, check-in was easy, the hall carpets are clean and good looking, my room was clean and quiet, and I had a good night's sleep.
On the bad side, there is no microwave in the room. There is one located by the front desk in the little out cove where you can purchase meals, but you would have to do all your food heating there. What about if you brought in food from the outside? What a hassle that would be. Why can't there be a microwave in each room?
My room had absolutely no decorative items such as pictures, wall hangings, or anything else on the walls. The walls were clean and nicely painted, but you got the feeling you were in some hostel. Of course, there isn't any safe in the room. That seems to be a common Courtyard "attribute".
The shower was another problem. The shower has two wire racks right in the corner next to the shower head. My wife was washing her hair and cut her arm on the top wire soap rack. I'll show a picture of the rack. The shower has body wash, conditioner and shampoo containers, but who can read which is which when your glasses are removed, and your face is wet? Why can't there be a big "B", "C", and "S" in large, white lettering?
Would I stay here again? Yes, but only because of the convenient location.

I really wanted our stay to be a better experience given the reviews I read. I gave 3 stars because of one thing, the bathroom. Before I get into it, I will say that overall the room was fairly clean and furniture was in good condition. The suite gives more space to spread out although definitely not my favorite courtyard I've ever been to. I didn't experience any of the things people mentioned like marijuana smells or bad service. I requested towels and extra pillows with prompt service. I love not having to be bothered and using the app to check in, that way we never have to deal with a lot of issues. The balcony to the courtyard was cute and clean. The bathroom was the most disappointing part, badly designed door that smacks into the toilet and doesn't open all the way. I swear the floor in there could've used a good mopping. The shower trickles water down on you in the most unpleasant low pressure stream that if I were staying longer than 2 days, we would've left after the first night. Yet, the shower also drips so much so that the recent layer of refinishing on the tub is wearing off. I hope this isn't in all the suites or rooms for that matter. And if it isn't, then how did we luck out and get the hot mess room? For that reason, I probably wouldn't stay here again. And if I did, definitely not in room 108. I hate a bad shower and weird bathroom. And if you're at all concerned about Covid, no one wears masks here. The only person we saw in 2 days in a mask was the guy who brought the towels we requested. Otherwise all staff and guests are in some kind of covid free bubble. Lucky them. 🙄 I'm sure, they were all vaccinated. That room was great for avoiding them all, steps from the entrance and didn't have to get in an elevator.

We chose this hotel based on location. It was OK at best. The room had that slightly moldy smell. Everything was perfectly clean and furniture was in good condition. The walls are made of PAPER. I wanted to go to sleep and the person next door was playing music and blow drying their hair and they might as well have been in my room while doing it. The AC worked well and there was good water pressure in the shower. We got a rate that included breakfast. Breakfast was from a bunch of choices and was actually pretty tasty. The issue was that it was understaffed and we waited almost 40 minutes for avocado toast. We felt bad for the staff as they were all working as fast as they could. All in all,glad that stay was one and done.

Booked this hotel for 4 nights for the yacht show. There is absolutely zero service. The room is made every other day, no refill of cafe or water bottle for the room is made unless you ask and the amenities are at strict minimum. The place is filthy. The breakfast was included with our booking but we have had the bad surprise at checkout to have to pay for it as apparently expresso is not considered as a hot drink for them 😂 and the cherry on the cake: the gentleman whom graceful assisted us at check out on March 22nd at 8am and told us that he was not Mr. Marriott and was not responsible for the lack of clarity regarding breakfast 🤣 this person is a joke by himself and should seriously reconsider to work in the hospitality sector. He is definitely representing the brand at its worst level.

Great hotel in a business park close to the highway and airport. The rooms are clean, fresh and spacious and some have balconies facing the courtyard. Beds are comfy but could use a thicker comforter. New carpet appears to be in place throughout rooms and hallways and the amenities (pool, exercise room, laundry) are kept up nicely. The lobby has a nice lower level area - booths with TVs for enjoying a drink or snack. I was most impressed with the staff - everyone in front desk to housekeeping to Bistro was great. All very friendly and helpful, from the gentleman in the cool letterman's jacket up front to Carrlyn in the Bistro. The Bistro menu is limited and were out of a few items but was OK for cocktails or snacks. We didn't try the breakfast as it seemed a bit sparse in choices. Pollo Tropical and Cracker Barrel are nearby for lunch/dinner options. Our stay was five days and we were completely satisfied. Good job Marriott, especially with staff.

I travel for work and this is one of my favorite hotels. Very close to PBI airport, which is very nice after a long day of travel. This hotel is very clean. As soon as you walk inside, you smell a very clean, beachy smell. The staff are fantastic. The rooms are very nice, and some have balconies. The bistro is tasty and convenient when you are tired and do not want to go out for dinner. Bistro is a little slow, but every time I have been there, that has been a one person show, so I understand.

The walls were made of paper and the rooms were tiny. I felt like it was very low budget. Our room smelled musty. Breakfast was a choice of items. While the staff was working very hard, they were very understaffed and wewaited almost a half hour. We expected to be in and out of breakfast in under that.

We had a lovely stay in WPB to celebrate the New Year. The hotel is clean, and a super location. Our suite was beautiful, with views of the lake and downtown, including fireworks! I don’t usually comment about the staff by name, but Kim was exceptional. She has been serving in the dining room for 18+ years and her positive attitude is contagious! She is perfect for the first person you encounter in the morning. Many of the tram have been at this location for years and that proves it’s a nice place!

My husband and I stayed in 2019 for our 1st year anniversary. It was a good location as it was walking distance from a Cracker Barrel which we went to for breakfast daily. Also in walking distance is a strip club, which we went to, a gas station, where we got our snacks and drinks from as the hotel was more expensive. The pool at the hotel wasn't bad, we went in a few times. The staff was also helpful with any inquiries that we had. Would recommend.

My daughter and I have stayed at this property several times when we come to WPB to watch Astros Spring Training games. It’s convenient, clean, and comfortable. This visit I had an issue: the heat didn’t work in my room. (Yes, I needed heat in Florida!). Thirty minutes after I reported it to the front desk, Marlon, head of their Maintenance/Engineering Department, came to look at it. Fearing it was MY not understanding how to operate the thermostat, I was greatly relieved when he said the heating element was inoperable. Within 45 minutes he had replaced the HVAC unit and thermostat and the room was warming nicely! Marlon, and many other staff members, make the Courtyard West Palm Beach a great place to stay.

Roger dean stadium is approx 17-18 miles from this hotel. You can find the restaurants within 1 mile of perimeter even city center is just 2.5 miles away.
