Firstly, I have been traveling throughout Florida for a week, east to west and all restaurants were open and for breakfast. Every hotel I stayed at had breakfast. When I arrived to this hotel is was blocked off from entering the lobby, you had to go to a counter. I don't think nobody is that scared to death of covid-19 as things are back to normal life but they were using it as an excuse to not service breakfast.
Secondly, there is no heat in the hotel. Who ever heard of a thing. You have to go to the lobby and grab a portable heater, which I did.
Thirdly, when I checked in my room they gave me a rusty old greasy coffee pot, I had to get another one. Room was decent and cleaned. If it wasn't for the two girls and helping me out and being so kind and helpful I would have rated the hotel "poor". Pay the extra money and go somewhere else. The entire state of Florida is open for dining. This hotel is using covid as an excuse to save money. Very sad to do that to paying customers.

The shower head was terrible, barely any pressure and spread, hair dryer was loud and sounded like it was going break any second, I turned the heater on in the morning and it just blew cold air had to turn it off was making the room colder, there was no shear curtains (only the thick black-out ones). I would have liked to let some sun light in the room, but everyone that walked by could have seen us clearly in our room. Best part was the friendly and helpful staff, beyond nice/friend very professional. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Only the room office chair cushion was kind of nasty.

its a roadside hotel so not expecting much. However i dont like small rock hard towels. Poor led lighting in rooms like a hospital and slow internet speeds. not worth the money as we paid a premium for a popular weekend. 1 star hotel at best.

Booked just for a place to crash while in town for a concert, less than 30 minutes and we were out! Room was smelly and dingy, didn't look close enough to see if it was dirty but it felt unclean. Water in the bathroom was brown, bare drywall patches on multiple walls. Room way too small for 2 beds. Checked out and received a refund, had to ask for a copy of the credit and it was a good thing I did. Checked in/out on Saturday, original check out was Monday - manually charged my credit card again that Monday and had to call the property to request a second refund!

I picked this motel based on two factors, price and more importantly, location. Now, I wish I had spent an extra 30-50 bucks a night for something even marginally better. First, I’ll start off with the good. The room was clean, everything worked, and there’s a Wawa right next door.
The bad: The shower is a nightmare to work. It’s either full hot or full cold, with no inbetween. The internet also didn’t quite get a signal in my room, so that was also useless. There is no heat in the rooms, so if you need it, then you need to get a small space heater from the person behind the bulletproof glass in the “lobby.” Be forewarned that running the heater and the lights and tv will cause the circuit breaker for your room to trip. I know, because I did it twice and it requires a visit to the front desk to fix.
The ugly: There appeared to be several long term residents on the property, and some of them appeared to be running “businesses” of varying varieties. The one time I opened my window for ventilation, I was harassed by one of these entrepreneurs until I told them to kindly stfu. At night, there would be pretty consistent shouting in the parking lots up until midnight-1am if the weather was nice, and there was always the mild aroma of recreational drug use.

My receipt shows that the three rooms we stayed in was a little over $500 however they charged me $225 per room x 3 rooms... Complete rip off they literally stole $220 from me. The place was completely dirty mold on the ceilings. The coffee pot did not work half the outlets in the hotel room did not work the sheets were dirty the walls were dirty

This was just about the cheapest room we could find for a Friday night in this location - $227.00. The room looked acceptable when we check in, but when we went to bed, there were live bugs crawling on us! In the morning, we saw them all over the bathroom floor. We did not dare eat their breakfast. The best thing about this hotel is that it is next door to a WaWa where we could get decent coffee and breakfast sandwiches. Would not recommend.

Do not stay here, this hotel is disgusting. The rooms are awful, I will never stay there again. They flood the parking lot with light and I couldn't make my room dark for sleep. There was duct tape all over the room and peeling paint everywhere.

We travel 4hrs for Hip replacement surgery. I requested a 1st floor king size room and was giving a 2nd floor queen size room. Full of roaches sand the bed was as hard as a park punch. We slept in our truck because it took 2 days with me calling and complaining to get our refund.
