I would give this place a 4 for daily cleaning and a 2 for room maintenance and breakfast options. While I didn't see the vice which many previous guests mentioned, I also went to bed early each night. There are definitely some long-term guests there. My room was clean and smelled fine, but there were cigarette burns in the bedspread, unpainted wall repairs by the door, and a slightly broken shower curtain rod. Breakfast was coffee, juice and packaged muffins. There is a fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Daily room attention was good.

So the hotel is under renovations which is fine. However, no email was sent letting us know that the breakfast would not be available. The beds were comfortable but the rooms were quite noisy. Bathroom was pretty dingy and the hair dryer did not work. Basic!

It's exactly what you would expect from a Super 8 (or motel 6, travelodge, etc.) but I paid over $125 for one night...a place like this should be 90 to 100 max - this place is definitely overpriced!. There was also no front desk person present for probably 7-8 minutes when I first showed up for check-in.

Our vacation was great at peanut island but regardless our hotel it was the worse part. The front desk man was rude, he kept asking about my service dog and then tried to charge me for her so I told him the law. I asked for a bottom floor room since I’m 9 months pregnant and he said “no, second floor.” Our room stinks like marijuana , anytime we open the door we get hit with the smell. There is also mold in the bathroom and there was blood on the carpet and bathroom. Besides the room, breakfast is literally coffee, juice and a pack of chocolate chip muffins which is definitely not breakfast. When it rained the whole parking lot by Denny’s and gas station floods and you can not get in or out. The water gets extremely high up to where it was close to reach our door (in a suv) Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody and wish I could get a refund but the man was very rude about it

Unfortunately we had to stay here for our business trip. I figured it couldn’t be that bad. We arrived, a car pulls up with an old dude and a young woman; they looked at us for a moment and then parked, the woman gets out and walks over to a room, knocks goes in and comes out 10 minutes later. The guest moved quick I guess. In our room(220) we found a wet brown spot on a pillow, blood on one of the sheets and an alive roach behind the tv just chillin.
Okay time to move rooms(226), this one not so bad. The toilet even rotates!!! But be gentle with the toilet paper holder, it is removable from the wall so you can store more! We went to get some food, come back and are approached by an entirely different old dude who proceeds to ask us if we are interested in a nice 20 year old woman in 219.

I was floored to find that for $335/night this hotel was very run down. I don't think this hotel has ever been updated since it opened. The outside door was not secure and someone could easily have opened the door even if it was locked. Even though it was a non-smoking room, the room smelled like someone had been smoking in there. Most likely from years of smoking in the past and never replacing the carpets or repainting the walls. The carpets were severely warn and stained. The shower head was gross and should be replaced. The hotel is very close to the highway so you could hear the cars all night. The Uber driver told me he almost didn't come to pick me up because the area is unsafe and he was held at gunpoint recently in that area. Breakfast was supposedly included but there was none offered as the lobby was closed. The fact that the checkout was through a window box versus letting you in the lobby tells me the hotel is not in a safe area.

After having to change rooms upon arrival because the first room was so dirty and wreaked of cigarettes.. The second room wasn't much better. coffee pot and blow dryer didn't work, burn holes all over in the bathroom and on our blankets given to us to sleep with! There was a stabbing in the room behind us, clearly drug deals going on, homeless people living below our room, there is a creepy guy standing in front of our room loitering, another guy ran from the gas station next door over to what appeared to be one of the rooms at Super 8. Overall just felt very unsafe and it I was very dirty and the ice machine didn't work either. Very unsanitary. Yes we brought it to management's attention We were given $20 off nowhere near actually trying to make us happy for staying in that dump! Such a shame.

I was not happy with the stay. They advertised a pool and breakfast. Neither one were provided. No alternative breakfast either. Other places have prepared take and go bags to make up for the closing of breakfast areas. I chose this hotel over one that was suggested a few miles away due to their breakfast offer and pool usage. I opted for a non-smoking room. There were multiple cigarette burns on the tub and several on the bedspreads. I would not recommend this place at all. A one rating would be high.
