Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Great Singer Island location, this is oceanfront as are most of the resorts and condos on the island. Nice infinity pool with cabanas only a few feet away from the pool. Cabana service was good. Nice fitness center and spa. Had good lunches , very tasty. Dinner at 3800 Ocean Grill , had a nice window ocean view, the food and dessert was ok, the quality was not what we had hoped, for the price paid. The 2 bedroom Suite was great. Sink got stopped up the final night. Overall, service was smooth and streamlined because of the concierges and James the Guest services Manager. Thank you to concierge Frank and Sean. James is a top notch Guest Manager.

5 stars service from beginning to end. Let me start by saying everyone who works at the hotel is friendly and beyond accommodating. Upon entering in to the hotel, you are greeted with the most amazing welcome. Decor is sleek and modern. Room was fantastic, clean, comfortable bed, great views of the ocean, huge bathroom, plush towels, and high end toiletries. Daily housekeeping was fast and did a great job which is important at this time. Overall amazing value for the money for this Resort. This will be one of my go to spots for sure when staying in Palm Beach.

Unfortunately this was our fourth and last time renting from this “luxury suite” company. I would give the quality of the 2br ocean view suite 1 star but their guest services was responsive and did send help when we asked. Had I asked for help with everything that was missing or broken or disgusting then we would have spent most of our time basically fixing it up and getting it cleaned for them. It was a very dirty gross room, hasn’t been deep cleaned in a VERY long time. Extra blankets were dirty and used, hair and grime accumulated in closets shelves and surfaces like light switches and pocket doors were so smeared and gross we had to wipe them down. Washer was visibly disgusting growing mold. The balcony has so many mismatched chairs and tables it looks like its storage. Kitchen is missing a lot of things to actually cook a meal was nearly impossible. The entire suite is neglected/not maintained it’s not suitable for renting out. It is not the job of guests to make punch lists and maintain rooms for them. While guest services was responsive and sent someone to fix the rotting pocket door that was stuck - It had clearly been that way for a long time. Also remotes were dead, zero info was left for us - do not disturb sign or hotel info or WiFi passcode not there. We don’t want any refund just want to warn others if you rent here then be ready to spend time on maintenance and cleaning.

The guest was babied to the point that it is surprising that a negative review was left. Guest Services responded and resolved each and every guest complaint. The guest stayed a long term stay and despite receiving daily cleanings, the room was never clean enough. The guest made many housekeeping complaints and the resolutions to them were all performed promptly and logged as per protocol. No mold was found anywhere in the room. The balcony had 2 different types of chairs (four total, 2 pairs) along with some portable fold chairs that were stored on the side. Any kitchen items that were reported missing, were provided. The suite was rent ready, however the guest was very demanding. A pocket door came off the track and was put back on immediately. Remote batteries were replaced and WIFI is free. The login to the WIFI was located in the check - in emails, and Guest Services staff are readily available to assist.

The service was good, however the quality of the room had issues. All dinning room chairs were broken; the door to balcony would only open a few inches; the toilet handle broke, the room above us overloaded washer with dish soap and suds filled our closet kitchen. And finally, we were charged for another persons bill. Too many things to went wrong and disrupted our weekend.

Understaffed and poor service. Coffee bar had no skim milk for 3 days on a holiday weekend. Beach overrun with people , ran out of lounge chairs and had none of the cheap dirty broken plastic tables. Really ? This is a beautiful property that Marriot management has run into the ground.
It is not worth the money being charged for rooms. Restaurant is dirty and food is horrible. No Stars !

Checking in after a long day of travel you never know what you’re going to get! Well, I had the pleasure of working with Raj! Checking in was a piece of cake, everything went smoothly, he was lovely, personable and helpful with the layout of the hotel and the amenities available to me. Awesome resort great valet service. Great clean resort friendly staff and clean and quiet. I want to point out an underrated service and that is the Valet service. They are friendly, patient and efficient. This is key when coming in and out of the resort. A special kudos to Jaye in valet who greeted my family by name each time and was very knowledgeable. It is little things like that that make a stay here all that much nicer. Keep up the good work!

We enjoyed everything from the checking in to the departure! It was exciting & memorable. Excellent facility & everyone was so welcoming.
