Super nice, Helpful and friendly Lady who owns the place, you feel like you are visiting auntie. Very clean house, clean and tidy big room and en-Suite. Delicious breakfast served the way you like it. Really Value for money. Someone could give out about location, but when you are visiting this area and drive car I don’t think it’s an issue. I would definitely come back there if I ever need accomodation in this area. For me if you look at the price it is 5/5*.

Where do I begin!
Beautiful scenery -met by the quintessential gentle lovely Irish lady who presented us with a tray of the most delicious straight out of the oven, scones jam and cream.
Lovely lovely property and the whitest linen I’ve ever seen!!
Had to ask Anne the lady of the house just how she got her whites so immaculate.
Lovely lovely room. Comfy cosy bed and great bathroom.
The breakfast. OMG I thought my better half would never stop talking about it. Full ☘️ Irish breakfast. Beautifully presented and cooked.
I could wax lyrical about this property for hours but suffice to say…….we Aussies were just so lucky to have found this property on Booking.Com.
I recommend this B&B highly. Stay here. You’ll be glad you did.

A picturesque b and b with a warming welcome. Anne was a pleasure to deal with and a typical Irish mammy she couldn't do it offer enough for me. A comfortable clean bed and an easy to use warm shower along with a breakfast fit for a king. I couldn't recommend this establishment any higher and hopefully I will be back again soon.

After travelling all over Ireland for over 3 weeks, we were booked in to a B&B jn Dublin for Sunday but had Friday &Saturday to stay somewhere. We decided a country area would be the most desirable. Found this address and checked in. What a lovely home, and people. Anne was so cheerful and welcomed us warmly. Beautiful room with outlook across farmland. Very quiet. When my husband had a bit of a spill, they were most concerned & saw us to the hospital in Mullingar for dressing. It was only a short drive to the Inny River Inn in Rathowen where great food was to be had. Really loved our stay here. Would recommend any day.

We stayed here for one night on our way back from Galway to Dublin airport when we arrived we had a very warm welcome from Anne the host of this B&B we were offered tea, biscuits and sandwiches which was very needed after our journey, then we were shown to our room which bright and airy with an on suite and a very comfy bed overlooking the fields in this beautiful rural village, we woke all refreshed, had a shower the headed on down for this magnificent Traditional Irish breakfast which was outstanding rashers, egg, sausages black & white pudding beans mushrooms, cereals fruits, soda bread toast so much food all washed down with a lovely pot of tea, this place is a hidden gem it’s a must stay if your travelling between places or staying local with family I can not recommend this place highly enough. We will definitely be visiting again ☘️☘️

We stay here 2 or 3 times a year when visiting relatives nearby. Anne's hospitality never fails to amaze us. The room is always clean and comfortable. Breakfast has become legendary.

My boyfriend and I stayed one night in the Inny River Lodge, and our host, Anne, couldn't have been more welcoming and accommodating.
Since we couldn't get to the B&B before a wedding we were attending, Anne made sure we had access to our room for a very late arrival in the wee hours of the night.
The room was clean and nicely presented, with a great shower.
Breakfast the next morning was great, a delicious full Irish. Anne is such a lovely, friendly woman and we enjoyed chatting to her when she brought in our food, tea and coffee.
Going above and beyond, Anne even gave us a lift back to where we had parked at the wedding venue several miles away, to save us from having to get a taxi again. This is a wonderful example of that welcome Irish people are known for, and it was so kind of her. We were extremely grateful. It was wonderful to think that this is the type of hospitality people can show in our lovely island.

If you haven't stopped here you are missing out! The owner Anne is amazing, super hospitable. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. If I could give 6stars I would! The area itself was tranquil and beautiful. If you want comfortable relaxation then stop here.

It can be a bit tricky, so use the co-ordinates on your GPS, but once there the welcome from Anne and the standards are amazing. Yes it is a farm with farm views, plus there is fishing close by and a forest walk. The room was warm and clean with the usual creature comforts. A welcome cup of tea happened in the evening with another guest, which was great. Breakfast was fabulous and Anne will create a wonderful fresh meal for you, including home made jams and yogurt from her dairy. Fast WiFi works in all rooms. Highly recommended.

Stayed one night in the Inny River Lodge on our Royal Canal Way walk.... Anne (the owner) kindly collected us from the lovely Ballynacarey village & drove us to her beautiful home in Ballycorkey with beautiful views of the countryside. Our room was so cosy and spotlessly clean and Anne had prepared a lovely evening meal for us ......georgeous lamb!!! Anne is so friendly and helpful ...a great place to stay
