My husband and I recently just stayed here July 25 of 2023 for a few days. When we booked we had issues with our site and it wouldn’t let us upgrade. We got stuck with an assessable room that we did not need. When we got to our room the day off, we ended up in a king suite which we were super grateful of. Our room was clean. The air worked good and the bed was very comfortable. We were pretty close to the beach within minutes of drive time and walking distance to Walmart (you could walk to the beach too if you wanted). The pool was nice and we really liked the fact it was shaded. All the staff seemed nice and friendly when approached although we weren’t ever actually greeted any of the times we were in and out. We only were able to get up for breakfast in time once and it was okay. Could have used more variety of things. All in all we had a wonderful experience. The only complaint we have, is that on the day we were checking out, the tall blonde housekeeper walked in our room without knocking or announcing herself at 9:53am with check out not until 12. My husband was on the toilet with the door open and I was basically naked standin there. She did apologize and quickly leave but that was a big no no. They need to always be respectful and give privacy. Knock first and if you have to come in announce yourself. That could be a dangerous situation in the future. …

Stayed here overnight on the way home from a road trip. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was clean and quiet. We didn’t use the pool or the gym but both looked inviting. We could see a Walmart and some restaurants from our balcony. We could have walked to the beach from hotel, but were too tired from driving that day. The fresh waffles were fabulous the day of check out. Would stay here again. Very close to marina for boat excursions and near state park.

Booked 3 rooms for a Friday night before checking into condo on Saturday. Arrived about an hour before check-in and was told by the front desk rooms would be ready in about an hour. Went to grab a bite came back in a little over an hour checked right in. All rooms were perfect, staff very friendly. The only thing that was a little off was the breakfast and pool. The pool is really small for this size hotel. Another thing was no lights in the pool area when we were there. Might have just been an issue of flipping a switch. Breakfast area was crowded and loud and the food was just cereal, make your own waffles and gravy and biscuits. We were in the dining area about 30 minutes after opening and guests had made a pretty good mess of things. Elected to grab breakfast elsewhere. My trip was extremely relaxing and fun. There was so much to do and our location was the best. My overall experience was so delightful the my grandson wanted to stay longer, but time was so precious with family. We had a bawl.

The staff was amazing and the room is comfortable. It seems like the area had declined some since five years ago and I’m sure it was due to Covid. You have to give a deposit of 100. I didn’t expect that after paying in full.

We enjoyed our stay and the hospitality was over the top. Breakfast ever morning was worth getting up for. We were great every time we went in or out of the hotel with no problem. We will definitely be staying in Country Inn Suites again.

WOW!!! My husband and I stayed here May 9-13. It was a wonderful, quiet place to vacation away from the crowds. We were very impressed with every employee we talked to and greeted in the hallways. Everyone seemed happy to be working there. You just dont witness that anymore. Before we made reservations, we called them to ask questions, whoever answered the phone was so polite and helpful. The location worked great for us. We walked to several places, and when we drove to the sights we planned to see and do, nothing was more than 5 miles away. We did not walk to the beach, but drove to the closest pier/beach access. Absolutely beautiful beach area! Also, because of the timing of our flight, we arrived at Country Inn an hour early, and they let us check-in early, without extra charge!!! We will be back!!! My family and I stayed comfortably in a two bed suite with sofa bed. The staff were friendly and very accommodating on all levels! Highly Recommend!! Just a short distance from the public beach access, restaurants within walking distance as well as shops! I’ll definitely be recommending to family and friends and will be visiting again!
