This was terrible from the beginning. We checked in late on the 3rd of July and they were literally prostitutes loitering in the parking lot as well as strong smell of weed. Vagrants everywhere. One door down the occupant was standing in the doorway watching every piece we unloaded then as we were walking to get our last bit of luggage he was looking in our room at the window. Noisy as well. Trash and needles on the ground everywhere as well. Bugs and roaches were laying dead in the rooms as well as needles found in the bathroom of our room behind the toilet. They cut our room keys off every single day; we had to get new cards and they were arrogant about it as well. Counter person wouldn’t listen to us when we were complaining on the noise and the other issues. The last night we were there they was a domestic disrepute outside the room and the yelling and screaming lasted into the night hours. Homeless is residing as well behind the hotel in the grass. If I could give this establishment a 0 I would.…

I have lived in this town 14 years, and from the outside perspective, no one would necessarily beg to stay there, but this was one the hardest times in my life. I also want to add it was unexpected. The STAFF WERE GREAT: Martha, Katy, Anna, Mrs. T, Erica, Rosetta!! They all made me feel better, and treated me like family, and made me feel comfortable despite My circumstances. I read the other reviews, and everyone has their own opinion, and I was there a month not by choice, there are drugs everywhere, and prostitution. So it’s not fair to for these other “cheapskates” who aren’t happy with the quality for their price paid, when they aren’t comparing it to other high priced hotels to just say negative things that affect a hotel & their amazing staff. I’m just as Educated as anyone of these people, that said something negative about this hotel and I would have to say that it’s all in how you look at it and any of those things could be said about any other hotel I just depends on what you perceive of other people. I would stay there again if I had to and I know that I would be treated fairly.…

This place is overrun with meth heads and other low life scum. It is completely unsatisfactory in every conceivable category of what a place of lodging should be. Layers of filth and depravity drip from every surface. Jesus weeps upon witnessing the unholy acts that occur here. Rats and centipedes squirm from seemingly every crevice. I wouldn't be surprised if there was a meth lab in one of the rooms. I'd rather honestly die than ever stay here again.

This is a drug and prostitution motel. If you love your family please do not go there. I have never seen what I saw while staying 1 night. I didn't even know that Panama City Beach allowed this to be in there town. It is right beside a children's park which is totally beyond me

This place was absolutely horrible!! Our FIRST room had disgusting water pouring out of the ceiling into our bed from what they said was the storage room! Then the second room we had was nasty with pubic hairs in the shower and crap. Then the room above us literally got their doors kicked in. This hotel has a lot of suspicious activity going on in and around it. Not to mention that we had our door knocked on at 3 am by a random stranger then there was suspicious activity near our room that literally made us deadbolt our doors after we went and complained to the front desk and they did nothing about it so we were forced to call law enforcement ourselves! Absolutely would not recommend staying here ever !!

First of all all the reviews on this hotel I don’t believe . Me and my family stayed here last night which would have been may 19th . Walked in the room it was clean bathroom looked nice smelled good. The staff was great . No cockroaches no cracks in Walls. The only thing my wife said was the quilts could have been new. It’s only about a ten minutes drive to the beach access. But it has all of the amusement parks within walking distance. So over all this got a 3 star. We would stay here again

Stayed one night on a spur of the moment trip to Panama City Beach. It was bike week so most places had no vacancy. The person who checked us in was very nice!! We got to the room and the smell of of old cigarettes smoke was enough to make you gag. The room was clean the bathtub wasn’t, hair everywhere. The bed and pillows have seen better days. Yelling and banging on doors lasted most of the night.

This place is disgusting and should be avoided at all cost. Cockroaches in bathroom and bed. Blood on the carpets. Holes in walls. Everything was dirty. People hanging around all night and noisy. Do not stay here.

This is by far the worse place we have ever stayed! People walking around all night. We were so worried, we bought a lock and chain for a cage we had in the back of truck. Room was NASTY.. Look at pictures and judge for yourself..this is just a sample of what the rooms really look like. Tripadvisor should not booked people here!

Not please at all with this hotel. The room wasn't clean enough the carpets was dirty and nasty just awful, and on top of that when I went to go use the bathroom there was a frog sitting right there on the toilet seat. Me and my family next stay in panama with not be here ever again.
