Awful awful customer service. Horrible room. Better to sleep in your car then here. Kicking people out of the room after they pay. Shameful. How dare you? You should be disgraced. Ashamed and embarrassed. You don’t deserve to be in business.

This was a great motel with really hard working staff to clean all the linens and towels and rooms by day, running all about. Kids (others') really enjoyed the pool, but quieted down after dark. A mix of families and tradesmen here, all nice people, friendly interaction of guests and staff. I didn't realize how completely different are PC and PC Beach, and I couldn't afford the rent at the Beach, though most of my business was over there. This was an excellent budget alternative.

I was trying to find an affordable hotel for vacation and even though this one still seemed overpriced, I went ahead and hoped for the best. Upon check in, I noticed that the staff gave me a reused card holder and during Coronavirus pandemic, that just seemed like a big no-no to me, but I moved past it. I went to the hotel room and tested the door only to find out that the chain had been removed and the deadbolt also unlocked with a key. I had to go buy an alarm for the door since it was so sketchy. The sheets smelled like they were never changed- stank beyond belief. The room wasn’t swept or mopped and we had to wear shoes unless we wanted the bottom of our feet to turn black from the nastiness on the floor. The day after we checked in, we had room service come in (which we didn’t want but there was no do not disturb sign available), and after we got back, my Birkenstock’s had been moved as if someone had tried them on. GROSS. The second night we stayed there, a couple of men were arguing and threatening each other outside our room for HOURS. The point that terrified me the most was when one man claimed to have a gun as a way to scare the other one. Keep in mind, the door is crap and barely locks. The next morning, I had my boyfriend shove everything we had into the suitcase and take everything to the car. When I went to the lady at the front desk and tried to check out and ask for a refund I was met with attitude and skepticism. She said to me “you checked in two days ago and you’re just now feeling unsafe?” With a look on her face. I said “I felt unsafe the first night I got here but last night was the last straw.” I asked for the refund and she said she would have to talk to her manager, which I’m pretty sure means no and she just wanted to get me out faster. I will NEVER recommend this hotel to anyone.

The motel was under renovations but very clean. Our key didn’t work but front dest got it fixed very quickly. Due to virus, floors were cleaned and could smell freshness in the room. Staff was very friendly. Will probably stay here again when in area.

Not much availability in town because of repairmen & displaced residents from the recent hurricane, so this was our option. Very disappointing. Room was large & hot water was good, but everything else...not. Coat rack was hanging off the wall, outlet covers missing, outlets hanging out of the wall. Carpet was dirty, door looked like the loser in a fight. Breakfast not good, even for continental, breakfast area was only a corner of the very small lobby. Yet this was one of the most expensive rooms on our trip. Just not a pleasant place to stay.

Pretty sketchy and unsafe feel to entire environment.Room was in disrepair, cracks in walls, stained carpet & ceiling, cigarette burns, large gap under entrance door & everything was sticky. Upon checking out saw a roach crawling up the wall. Only plus was nice front desk clerk.

I have stayed here several times so I know what to expect, it’s good enough for me because I’m not vacationing I’m working, so I just need someplace to rest and clean up. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly but the motel is dated and needs some repairs. However I think they are in the middle of renovating

The outside looks shady, but the inside was super clean and almost everything was new. It had a fridge and microwave, the water pressure was great and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We stayed on the bottom floor on a Saturday, but there was no noise at all. I would stay again.

I vacationed in Florida the first week of June and stayed for 6 days. This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in and I will not even consider staying there again. People were loud outside at all hours of the night and morning causing us not to be able to sleep, there was a gap in the door to the outside which caused the room not to cool well, upon arrival, the front desk lady actually told me to let her know if we "found any roaches or bugs because there wasn't supposed to be any". Their continental breakfast consisted of juice, bagels with cream cheese and pre-packaged breakfast rolls that were not good. Their website photos show fruit but we never saw any fruit. For a tad under $100 per night, this should have been a much nicer place. I was VERY disappointed and will not ever be staying at this place again.

Have you ever paid $150 to walk in into a hotel room for 5 mins and leave? Well,I have. After being driving for 9 hours,I get to the hotel at 4 am to find that the room walls were broken, the carpet was stained, and that roaches were complementary.I got to the front desk and explained the front desk lady what had happened and showed her pictures of the room and its residents and politely asked for a refund. It turns out that she could only refund the other 2 nights because I am supposed to cancel by a certain time, but how could I know before arriving to the hotel that the room was not even remotely as described or showed in the pictures. This is simply ridiculous and a total scam because the lady was not surprised by the fact that there were roaches in the room, aparently whenever it rains people can expect roaches to visit them.I have stayed at Econo Lodges in different locations and they have never been like this and I have paid even as low as $40 a night. This is just unacceptable and I cannot believe that knowing the condition of the rooms they are not close and do not offer a full refund, which is reasonable after all that happened.I am not pleased and I would like to get reimburse my $150 because this is just plain false advertising.
