Upon check-in, we were notified that this hotel does not accept AARP or veterans discounts. Strike one. After completion of check-in, we were not given any grab & go bags even though we are rewards members. Strike two. At breakfast, there were no sausage patties nor sausage links. I was told by the food service worker that she was told not to make those available. Strike three. The only reason this hotel is not receiving a one star terrible rating is for the location and cleanliness In summary, I would give this hotel a failing grade of D.

The staff was amazing, breakfast provided plenty of options. Room was spacious (had the king) and very clean. Everything was in working order, provided safe in room, fridge kept beverages cold, could not hear any other guests, bed was very comfy. Extra towels were provided upon request. Slept well!!!!

Great stay! We needed a room for 1 night until our condo was ready…. And we’re glad we drove a few miles Out of the way for this stay! The ladies at breakfast (Sonja and Donna) were amazing! My son spilled his cereal and they came out and helped clean it and didn’t complain or seem upset about it at all. We seen them treat everyone the same way while we were there! Great employees! Overall very good stay!

Taylor and Sonja were the best at Holiday Inn Express & Suite. They were happy to help you with anything you need. And Marcia kept the room very clean. Thank you! The only downfall is entering the hotel. You can not just turn into the drive depending on the direction you are coming from.

EVERYONE was amazing, very helpful courteous and welcoming!! The rooms are absolutely beautiful, clean, and you can tell very well sanitized!! Will definitely be staying here every time I visit my family here!! Thanks so much for everything guys!! And the Specific Lady at the breakfast bar is super sweet and helpful, her name is Sonja!!!

Excellent service, friendly personnel. Receptionist was helpful. Breakfast fast great and Mrs Carol was attentive and made us feel at home. Mrs Urleta helped us get our food items. Room could have been a little more clean but it was quiet.

Good place to come and get a great nights sleep. Good breakfast service in the AM. The lady’s were very polite to us and the hotel made sure to meet any needs we had with no discrepancies. I would definitely stay here again!

Our vacation wasn't scheduled to start until Saturday at our condo on the beach but we wanted to get the driving out of the way Friday so we stayed one night at this Holiday Inn express! The hotel is acceptable but these ladies Sonya and Donna in the cafeteria for breakfast we're darling 🤩 Loved the Way they spoke to my boys and how they just seemed so joyful. It was a great first encounter on a Saturday morning to start my vacation week! Thank you Sonya and Donna!!

Clean and spacious rooms and general areas. Comfy bed and efficient heating/air on system. Friendly staff at check in and express checkout worked well. Breakfast was basic but adequate for most needs. Plenty of cafes and fast food places within walking distance although busy roads in area.

My husband and I stayed here for the night. It’s a beautiful place. Very well decorated. The rooms are clean and smell good. The pools looked fantastic. We enjoyed Drinks and shrimp from the bar. The staff were friendly.
