Upon arrival was yelled at over my service animal to start things off with by the manager or owner .this continued. Room was crappy.Loose electrical outlets,stuff growing in the microwave like hadn’t seen that before.fridge was warm ,was accused of not shutting it -that’s great but that was when I opened it .wall are scratched up .loose stuff in the shower,electrical outlets near the sink were completely loose.Lamps missing bulbs.Noise loud enough to sound like your at a circus….Strip club next door not a nice one .hookers on the other side of the building with construction workers.Room service was horrible when I did get it .didn’t even clean up sand on the tub .Was forced to write out my disability’s and what my service dog did to be able to get the room .he’s allowed to ask is it a service animal and what task does it perform not force me to write out what he did .Over wasn’t a good experience I called corporate to complain after getting nowhere with them over the simple issue I had and he decided to force me to leave over it .I then slept in a 2 door jeep with all of my stuff my service dog before traveling 6 hours home .…

The resort should be shut down and renovated immediate. aside from the location on the beach and pool, this is a dive. Aside from everything being old and raggedy, we have small bugs, a broken coffeemaker, $21 per night resort fee, towel restriction and room cleaning every third day. also poor tv reception and WI-FI. Please Let the pictures speak for the resort and book anywhere else!

The reason it was okay is because the AC wouldn’t keep my room cool. And the night club was super loud, I didn’t really like it. It was close to PCB, but the issue is they didn’t put me facing away from the club liked I asked, wifi was slow, and they charged me for my reservation when I didn’t even check in yet, luckily I had the money saved in my account for it. The pool felt awesome, the Florida breeze felt amazing, and the evenings felt really nice, and there was a restaurant on every corner. It was an okay stay, just needs some improvement, the beds was very comfortable. Not sure if I’ll stay again or not, but it was really nice.

It was a decent stay for the price. With a couple of upgrades it will be well worth the stay here. Just don’t sit on the couch in the lobby. That thing is ancient! Looks dusty! Sometimes the noise at the store next door can be a little bothersome but that’s to be expected in a vacation town.

We had planned a two night stay but left after the first night. The hotel is filthy everywhere, the room was dirty with hair and sand in the bed, the chair was stained and it appeared there were feces on the walls. Very loud guests shouting in foreign languages in the hall at all hours of the night. Breakfast was dismal, food was taken before others could get any (a long line as well). Just a poor experience all around. When we checked out early the staff member nodded as if he had heard my complaints before. No refunds, they even charged me the $50 incidentals fee, claiming they will refund in 7-10 business days. Usually that fee is never actually charged to the card, so I'll see if they do actually refund or if I have to take it up with the credit card company. STAY AWAY from this icky, dirty hotel!!!…

They hotel is dirty and not what the pictures makes it out to be. The running water from the toilet was literally dirty. The couches in reception lobby were torn and dirty. Just disgusting. Do not recommend this place.

Stay was fine for a crash pad however it was hot as hell in the room and we had nothing to keep our drinks cold. Best thing about this place is it’s walking distance to the nugget, I don’t who wants to come back to a room that is easily 75 degrees though.

No shower curtain in tub; tub have a dark ring (must have been married and divorced a few times) no ventilation, funny smell, breakfast area not welcoming; crowded with furniture, manager must be present to cancel a same day booking. Positives: Friendly and patient front desk staff Towels were plentiful Sheets were clean Room is spacious Internet is great If you like to party there’s a club next door (can not hear music in hotel; if you’re a party pooper)
