I’m an Elite Gold Bonvoy member, and when and if possible they try to accommodate us with small requests. My spouse and I truly enjoy our stay here. The hotel is extremely well kept and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. The grounds are well kept and this Marriott is in a Perfect location the beach is across the street and it’s near the Lake Worth downtown district with great restaurants, awesome coffee shops common grounds is a great spot and they have awesome Italian restaurants on Lucerne.

This Marriott has done an awesome job with staffing they are courteous, professional and they always greet you with a smile and make you feel welcomed. The front desk manager tries her best to make suggestions and even help if you need it. The Marriott manager has done a wonderful job with staffing and well kept grounds and well kept rooms. This Marriott will always be our Favorite hotel for a short stay staycation and our mini vacation spot.

One more it’s convenient to have a continental breakfast that is fresh and delicious it’s a nice added touch with a stalked mini fridge with drinks for their guest.

I highly recommend this place.

Thank you all !! We will definitely be back.

After spending hours looking for a reasonably priced hotel with a good location over 7/04 week, we ended up at this hotel. After being in the travel industry for over 30 years & staying at thousands of hotels, this was a nice surprise. The property & all common areas, as well as pool area were clean & well maintained. There's even a small gym with treadmills, elliptical & free weights. The rooms/beds were comfortable & up to date. Free parking & good wifi signal throughout hotel. Public beach is across the street & one block over which is about a 5-7 minute walk. Although they clean the rooms every 3 days as most hotels have been doing lately, there is no problem getting fresh towels/toiletries if needed. The staff at the front desk are very attentive. Breakfast included has an assortment of breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, cereal, muffins, bagels, fruit, coffee, tea, juices. If you are high maintenance, there's a 4 Seasons down the street at 4 times the price. This place hits all the basics & is a hidden gem. We were very satisfied with our week stay & would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

We were very pleased with our 5 night stay. It's a short walk to the beach, the place is kept spotless with daily housekeeping and the breakfast offering is generous and inviting. There's a nice pool and many good options within walking distance. It may not be the fanciest place, but clean, quiet and comfortable is what counts. We slept well here.

The free breakfast is not good. Walk to Benny’s on the Beach and get yourself a real breakfast. The staff upon check in had an attitude. I ignored her and had a glorious time. The housekeeping staff is kind. Room was impeccably clean. Parking here is free. There store by the front desk is super inexpensive. 20 ounce Pepsis were only $2 plus tax. If you cross the street and walk up the hill you can catch the 62 bus to take you across town for only $2.

Awesome weekend!! Checked in with Amalfi and Jose which was during their shift change and it was outstanding. Breakfast wat very good as was the breakfast attendant. The hotel was a little busy compared to the last time we were there. Every one from the front desk, breakfast and the housekeeping staff were very attentive in all. I had forgotten to call ahead and ask for extra pillows. The man at the desk at midnight said no problem and brought them to my room.

I mean, it’s a Fairfield, so you know what you are getting. But it was all there. Place is very clean. Rooms are large and quiet. Bed is comfortable. Pool is clean and hot tub is hot. Breakfast is lame and not healthy, but you expect that going in. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Some things that could be improved:

More towels at the pool. Rack was empty as often as not
Bathroom supplies available for guest pickup. Rooms are getting cleaned every three days, so having to ask at the desk for the clerk to go get shampoo or towels or toilet paper or other supplies seems like a waste of his time
Status recognition: for high level Bonvoy, something more than “an item from the pantry” would be nice. Even if it is just extra bottles of water each day.

Having said that, the place is good, and we’d stay again. Plenty of parking, less than 10 minute walk to the beach and restaurants, and friendly staff and guests.

I was in Florida in the wintertime for a few days right before New Year's Day. This hotel is in a nice location, off of the A-1-A and the back of it faces the Intracoastal Waterway. As an Ambassador-level Marriott customer, I have stayed at many Fairield Inn and Suites facilities. This one is overall above average, except for the staff.

The room I had, a suite, was nice. There was a microwave, a small refrigerator, and a safe in the room. My balcony faced the front parking lot, but was still a nice touch. There is a small business center in the lobby. The room was fairly quiet, but you could hear a little bit through the walls.

Breakfast was pretty good, with an assortment of hot and cold dishes, including some fresh fruit. They offered oat milk, as well.

I had been warned about language problems, so I was prepared to use my limited language skills. The housecleaning staff were helpful, polite, and overall excellent. There were, however, still problems with the staff.

The very first thing you see when you drive across the bridge to the hotel is the Lake Worth "Casino" complex. This surprised me as there are only a very few casinos in the southern part of the state and I had not heard of one near Lake Worth. So, the first thing I asked the lady at reception when I arrived was about the casino smack across the street from the hotel. To my surprise, she had no idea (I note that this did not involve a language issue). When I suggested she ask her supervisor, she laughed off the suggestion and walked away. I found this behavior odd. I note that I later found out from someone else that the Lake Worth Casino complex is no longer a casino, it is a public beach facility.

The stay was beautiful. Our family loves the location, right across the beach and there’s a lot of great restaurants on the island and close to Downtown. The Manager Amaif Taveras, always make us feel comfortable when we arrive. She is awesome - so attentive and thoughtful. Great complementary breakfast and the rooms are always clean when we arrive and leave out - The staff is friendly and on point with service.

I am shocked that Marriott would attach its name to a hotel as bad as this. I am a lifetime silver elite Bonvoy member. Nevertheless, I was not welcomed at the desk but greeted by a surly man who acted as if this was an intake, not a hospitality desk. When I requested a courtesy upgrade because of my Bonvoy status, he said none were available. He said the only room he had was on the first floor overlooking the parking lot . This despite the fact that many other rooms had balconies with water views.
This small room had stains on the carpet, an old, noisy ventilation system, dirty walls, and smelled of beer and food. The apparatus used to open the window was glued together by its own filth.
The old carpet outside was patched together with duct tape, and the plate of welcoming cookies was empty. When I communicated my concerns to the man at the front desk, he did not reply. I was not even sure whether he spoke English. When my daughter and I returned from dinner, a group of children was screaming in a nearby room.
On the whole, the experience was what you might expect at a truck stop hotel somewhere in the Midwest, not at a resort property on the edge of Palm Beach, one of the wealthiest places in the U.S.
We were so upset that we left and opted for the long drive home rather than staying overnight in such a dirty, dilapidated property, This was despite the fact that we had already paid for the room.
Surely this is not what Marriott wants guests to experience at any of its properties.

No, the 2 double bed rooms which face north only have a Juliet balcony. Most of the 2 queen bed rooms which face south do have a full balcony.. except for a few near the front elevator.

Yes. Oceanside Beach Services handles the rentals on this part of the beach. Expect to pay ~$30-40 for a couple of chairs and an umbrella for the day.
