A true luxury experience! Stayed for 4 nights with my wife at this classic sophisticated hotel. Hotel is private elegance. In a beautiful neighborhood right next to Worth Avenue. Front door men and valets beyond courteous and professional .Able and Joel were professional and kind-simply Wow! Margarida at front desk was exceptional. David the sommelier at Cafe Boloud was a pleasure to speak with and professional and courteous, impressed! The hotel is understated elegance with rooms over 400 square feet and oversized marble bathrooms. Courtyard at hotel looks like it is out of a movie ! We had numerous meals at Cafe Boloud and all were delicious and elegant! To top it off the bc one yacht was an added treat! We will be back and highly recommend this hotel for couples wanting to have an elegantand private stay in PalmBeach. Almost forgot to mention, they provide service to the beach with set up of chairs ,towels and umbrellas and also have bicycles to tour around! 6 stars!

My husband surprised me with a stay at The Brazilian Court for my 40th birthday and it was absolutely amazing! He worked with the Concierge on many birthday details, from a special dinner on our suite’s terrace to an in room couple’s massage. The next day, we had a picnic on the beach and the staff drove us over and set up the beach chairs and umbrella. Before we checked out, we enjoyed a fabulous brunch at Cafe Boulud. My favorite cocktail was the White Cosmo! Everyone paid very close attention to details and made us feel pampered! 5 Star service from start to end! The General Manager, Leticia, chatted with us as we were checking out and made us feel appreciated. Big thanks to the great staff; Too many to name. The property and accommodations were all immaculate. Definitely returning!

This is my favorite spot to stay at in Palm Beach - bar none.
As described, old-world glamour in a Palm Beach-style, the Brazilian Court hotel occupies a Mediterranean style villa, complete with lushy landscaped courtyards, a beautiful pool, good service, an amazing restaurant on premise (Cafe Boulud), spa, gym and etc.
About three blocks from Worth Avenue and two blocks from the ocean, this is premium location and maximum pampering. This hotel accepts pets as well.
Although it rained this past weekend, I know the hotel can provide transportation to/from the beach. You can also rent bikes from the front desk. Beach goers will love this property.
The one thing I noticed was that there wasn’t a Nespresso machine in the room and, in my opinion, it would have added to my stay since I don’t like to be calling in room service for my espressos. Yes, I drink more than one a day. I think I noticed the same thing the last time I stayed there. Minor detail given the fact that everything else about this place is amazing ;)
Since this is my first getaway around the pandemic, I must say that I felt pretty comfortable and safe at the actual property. Staff were wearing masks but I wished they offered some type of sanitizer in the room.
Restaurants within walking distance from the hotel besides Cafe Boulud are: Buccan (a favorite), Bricktop’s (a favorite), Cafe Flora, Surfiside Dinner (breakfast), Leopard Lounge & Restaurant and Pizza Al Fresco. I also love Palm Beach Grill (a favorite), Restoration Hardware Rooftop Cafe (a favorite), Palm Beach Yacht Club and Sant Ambroeus (another favorite). Make reservations ahead of time. It is a must.
There are a many things to do in Palm Beach but I must have been to all the attractions already. I mostly go there to decompress from the city life, cycle, take long walks, enjoy the beach, the food and the vibe this privileged town has to offer.
Hope you get to stay at the Brazilian Court Hotel one day!

We just got back from the Brazilian Court Hotel for the weekend. First, let me share the positive. The location is great. Easy walking distance to Worth Ave and everywhere we wanted to go. I loved the charm of the hotel and Cafe Boulard, the restaurant, is definitely worth visiting. Our room was nice and large and I loved the tub! The pool is small and charming, but be warned that on busy days it is impossible to get a seat.
We did experience quite a few service issues at the hotel. It really just felt like they were understaffed for the business they were experiencing.
Room Cleaning - Our room was never cleaned. The housekeeping did stop by at 5:30 pm when I was cleaning up for dinner. I asked if she would still be working at 6:30 and if she could stop by then, she said yes and never did. That was frustrating because we ran out of the towels etc. I did call and they did bring 2 towels, but never once apologized.
Hot Water - The hotel had an issue with the boiler and hot water was out overnight and into the next day. When we called at 8AM the hotel told us it would be fixed in 15 minutes. Turns out, it had been out it had been an issue since the evening before and it was not fixed until mid day. We asked they call to notify us when it was back on, they never did and they also never apologized for this inconvenience on any of our calls.
Pool - The pool overall is lovely, small but charming and peaceful. Every time we encountered someone working at the pool it always seemed like they were overworked and it wasn't their full job to be there. That meant we were constantly feeling guilty asking for simple things like towels. The water container was never full of water (just ice) which was also frustrating. Water is not a big deal, its just that it wasn't a priority to fill it in all the days we were there. Multiple times we just walked ourselves over to the bar or restaurant to order pool drinks.
Overall, the hotel is a charming little spot but experiencing the service issues, especially for the nightly cost, left a bad impression.

My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many times, but this last stay was a terrible disappointment. We arrived on a Friday, and when we came back from dinner, we were surprised there had been no turn-down service. In the past, housekeeping would come in while we were at dinner, leave a little welcoming note on the pillow along with chocolates and fresh towels. No more! That night, we thought the loud barking noise from the room next door must be from a television but when it was constant and got even louder, we realized the barking came from a dog in the room next to ours. We complained and asked for another room but they told us there were no other rooms available except a deluxe room with two Queen beds. Strange considering the hotel appeared completely empty. The next morning, ordering from room service proved difficult, lengthy, repetitive and frustrating particularly when it was delivered cold and missing half of what we ordered. We went out for the day on Saturday and got back to our room to dress and shower for the evening. The “Please Make Up The Room” sign was still on. The bed was unmade, the trash can was full of yesterday’s newspapers, and the morning’s breakfast dishes with food left rotting on the plates were still on the tray. It was obvious no one had come to clean the room. My husband called down to the desk and was told that due to the Carona virus, there was no maid service in the hotel! Over the past six months, we have stayed at The Breakers, The Ritz Carlton among other hotels and all had daily housekeeping service among all the other amenities one would expect from a luxury hotel. On Sunday morning, our $1494.09 bill for our two-night stay had been slipped under the door. Exhausted from the barking dog from the room next door waking us up every hour, we slept in, ate a late breakfast, watched the news shows and noticed that it was nearly 11:30A.M. Check-out time is noon. I called down to the desk and asked if we could check out one half hour later, at 12:30. The woman at the front desk said the hotel does not have later check out times and if it was past noon, we would be charged another day! We usually use our American Express Platinum card which automatically offers a 4:00PM check out time. I mentioned this to the young lady and the response was “I’m sorry.” We are so sad that our once favorite hotel has changed so drastically. What A terrible disappointment!

Thank you 925marybethm for taking the time to write and share your feedback. It is appreciated. We regret to learn that your experience with us was not what you've come to expect of the hotel, and we understand your disappointment. Due to Covid-19, we have made some adjustments to the services offered that limits the interaction within guest's personal space. These measures we take are to protect both our guest and associates base on safety rules and regulations. We provide these updates in all our rooms so that our guest is aware of what is being done. Rest assure there are no intentions to limit our housekeeping service and trust that we will get back to the service standards you've come to enjoy. Please note we do our very best with extending late check-outs, and at times we are unable to do so especially with room categories that are limited. We sincerely apologize for the barking dog that kept you awake and will reiterate our pet policy with the team to ensure that the policy is followed. Thanks again for sharing and I am truly sorry for your experience. We hope that we will get another opportunity to host you soon. With hospitality,

My family stayed here for my husband’s business conference at the Breakers. Upon arrival we were greeted with the most amazing and helpful doormen who went above and beyond. The ladies in concierge were exceptional. Margarida was always friendly and willing to help. She assisted my daughter and I in finding things to do while hubby was working. I can’t say enough about how wonderful she was and made our stay very pleasant! Savannah was also amazing! She always checked in with us to see how our stay was going. We had a mild issue with the jet tub in our room and Savannah upgraded us to a suite. The rooms were so clean, the pillows heavenly and the sheets were crisp! The cleaning staff were very attentive and wonderful! My daughter and I enjoyed riding the provided bicycles around the pier and beach areas. We wanted to go to the beach so we arranged through concierge to have beach chairs and umbrellas set up for us upon arrival. We were also given a beach bag with 2 towels and waters. We were chauffeured to the beach in the hotel BMW. Overall an amazing experience and we will be back!!

This is a top hotel in a wonderful location. My studio room with a private terrace and king bed was first rate. Plus, the terrace was completely walled off so that it could have been a honeymoon destination. The public rooms are done with taste and refinement, while steps outside your door are the posh shops and streets of arguably the most affluent place in the U.S. Only one negative: The excellent eggs benedict at breakfast contained ham too tough to chew. One highlight: the underlit granite bar is the most beautiful one I've ever sipped a drink at. Who needs to go to the French Riviera to feel like European royalty?

Hi. No it is not on the beach. The advertise that they will drive you to the beach in a Mercedes. For us, they called us a mini van taxi. The beach is about a 5 minute drive but not really walking distance.

Agree with mys550. And quite frankly, I did not think it was a particularly attractive pool area. See other reviewer comments about service at the pool. If you are looking for blasts of sun, you are better off at the beach.
There are more places to choose from in the Palm Beach area.
