My friend and i stayed at the Caribe Royale in June 2021. Boy have they renovated...we were upgraded as our room wasn't ready when we arrived so we stayed in the Towers #III..The room had a living room area with separate door and pull out sofabed, refrig, desk, big big mirror, coffee maker tv etc... and 2 queen beds were in the bedroom area...also with a closet, bathroom, makeup vanity outside the bathroom area, plenty of dresser drawers, towels, supplies...and ohhh that great warm shower all modern with nice new flooring I never sleep at home slept like a baby every night. Went to get breakfast several options such as sit down or grab and go...both amazing...and room service and great coffee and omelets in the grab and go place. Meals at either the Venetian Chop house in the hotel they have amazing steaks or the Calypso grill restaurant by the pool with many choices all good and with entertainment on the weekends. They have big Caesar salads with shrimp ,scrumptious burgers, great Baha tacos ,and don't let me forget the great drinks...The staff are so friendly, chatty, and funny but professional and top notch service and food ...Selena at the bar, John a waiter, and Freddy all great people...very accommodating... all the staff there smiling nice terrific greetings so beside the food, staff, great pools, hot tubs, activities around the pool..gift shop .massage area, omg definitely going back. The grounds are lovely with many seating areas, bell hop, front desk books shuttles to Disney springs, Epcot magic kingdom and many more had to uber to SeaWorld though which is so much less expensive then renting car. Go to Disney springs but you must have reservations for the restaurants

Hotel's Favourite
This was our 3rd stay here and everything was perfect. The service, the cleanliness, the rooms, the location! You have everything at this site! We stayed at one of the 2 bedroom villas, Tower VI, very spacious and comfortable. Also, they offer great deals and packages. We highly recommend this hotel.

I’ve been staying at this hotel for years but I think this will be the last time I stay here. First my reservation was messed up and they only had me booked for 1 night but it was supposed to be 2. So to make up for it they moved me to a double bed room and told me that I could extend my stay later that day (I was working a convention and had to get the person in charge to pay for it). Fast forward to later that I night. I arrive at the front desk to make the change and they inform me I will have to move to a single bed room. I was too tired to argue so I went ahead and moved down the hall. As soon as I walked in the room I noticed a weird smell but the room looked very nice. UNTIL I LOOKED IN THE BATHROOM AND SAW THE MOLD ON THE CEILING. So I headed back to the front desk to inform them of the condition of my room (with picture proof). The response I got from the lady in charge was “hmmmm that looks like paint”. Ummmmm no that is not paint that is MOLD. She then continues to tell me how mold couldn’t even have formed in the room because they were remolded recently…. (Ummm that’s even worse because someone clearly messed up) So she moves me to a new room A SECOND TIME with no compensation, no free breakfast, NOTHING. Just a “oh do you need help moving to your new room”. This hotel has gone down hill. The customer service SUCKS. 10/10 would not recommend staying here unless you absolutely have to for a convention. The food choices suck and everything is overpriced.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was top-notch. This extends to the conference center too. If you get the chance to check in with Galier, she's the best! We enjoyed eating at the poolside restaurant - the atmosphere and vibe were perfect. I really enjoyed the live music on Friday night. I cannot wait to return next year!

This hotel is extremely beautiful and everyone who works here has a professional, upbeat attitude. Anyone you ask for assistance is happy to help with a beautiful smile on their face. I would like to make a special shout out to the manager, Jimmy, Mariah, and Kelsey at the front desk. All three employees were a delight to see and helped my husband and I tremendously with check in. Jimmy went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations. The room we were in was a Royal King Suite that was extremely clean and beautiful! I highly recommend this place for a stay whether it be a weekend getaway or a family vacation. Thank you again Caribe Royale!!!
