Very beautiful, big hotel. It has a very nice smell, as soon as you walk through big glass door you feel refreshed and welcomed. Rooms are big great views, spacious and clean. The restaurant and bar well presented, with friendly staff and great drinks! They also offer valet service or help with taxis so very easy in and out. Highly recommend this hotel for couples, family or even a business stay.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Very conveniently located between downtown and Brickell. There's a metromover stop pretty much right outside the door. Bayside Marketplace is a couple of minutes walk away and it's also very close to the causeway for trips over to Miami Beach. Stayed for 2 nights and had absolutely nothing to complain about.

What a wonderful location, such a beautiful building, with an extremely helpful staff, Not to mention the Beautiful rooms! Pool lounge area was stunning and allowed for a privet Park like setting over viewing the ocean and some of the most scenic parts of town. I had a lovely room with a totally spectacular view of the bay. A few small glitches that were promptly addressed by attentive staff. One suggestion...I would appreciate a hard copy version of the hotel amenities. Less of a fan of the QR code only descriptions.

So great! Stayed here the night before leaving for a cruise after flying from NY to Miami. My family and I were impressed with the fun energy and nightlife vibe of the hotel upon arriving at 10:00PM. We were also impressed that ToroToro was open and still seating for dinner after we checked in. This was particularly nice since we were tired and not wanting to head outside or the hotel to find food and dining at the restaurant was way nicer than ordering room service. We chose this hotel for its proximity to the port for cruise departure and while it wasn’t the closest spot, it was only a 5min cab ride with the perks of being able to view our cruise ship from our room because it was just across the water from our hotel. And because we stayed in a room with club lounge access, we conveniently enjoyed a very beautiful breakfast spread on the 29th floor included with our room. The lounge was spacious and clean and relaxing. Beautiful hotel that was well appointed, updated and clean. I will definitely stay here again the next chance I get.…

The start truly set the tone of my stay when I'm luggage didn't show up more than two hours after I left my car with Valet parking. I waited to tip the bellman but he never showed until I went down (on my way out to dinner). Tipping was difficult for me at this point. Now my receipt shows a Red Bull missing from my mini bar and I can only assume it was my cleaning person taking it in lieu of tip. Disappointed.

Everything exceeded expectations. The service ar the Club Lounge at Intercontinental Miami was simply outstanding. Highly recommend getting access to the lounge. Excellent location and the bedding was top notch. The pillows were the best!

Nice room and great hotel, front desk was fine. Club lounge made this a really outstanding stay and is the reason for 5 stars, particularly how dedicated Andre is to ensuring that guests have an excellent time throughout day and at evening gathering. Andre and entire club lounge staff really elevate the experience.

Our Uber arrived at the hotel with 5-6 hotel employees standing at the top of a set of stairs. They all stood there and watched as I took my suitcase from the back of the car and dragged it up the stairs. Not one offered to help. Then, we were inside the lobby and faced with another set of stairs, and again, none of the 3 employees standing there offered to help with my suitcase. I mentioned this to the desk as I checked in. Upon our departure, true to form, in front of many IHG employees, again, I carried my bag out and down the 2 sets of stairs WITH NO OFFER OF ASSISTANCE. Two women traveling should have been greeted and anssisted upon arrival and departure. Cancel any club membership I may have, I won’t be back.
