My friend from the UK booked 2 nights at a Sentral Wynwood apartment and I was skeptical because I was not familiar with the location and it wasn't near the beach. We loved it! The complex was very clean, very modern and reasonably priced. There were three of us but the apartment was large. One bedroom (walls not doors) with a queen bed), a double bed in a large alcove of the living room, and a pull out couch. Full kitchen and one bathroom. The space felt big and very clean. The area is part sketchy, part very cool. We had an AWESOME dinner at Crudos Fusion Art - in walking distance. Go for happy hour5-7 and order everything on the happy hour menu. South Beach is a 15 minute Uber ride away, as is the airport and the cruise port. We will all stay here again.

Moving to Miami for a new job and needed a short term lease. I wasn't exactly sure what I was looking for. Reem reached out and gave me all my options and suggested different lease lengths based on my needs. The building is super nice and has beautiful amenities. The staff is great, especially Reem who is helping me find the perfect apartment. She's so easy to get a hold of and is very clear. No hidden fees or miscommunication. The neighborhood is also cool and has many nearby food spots.

Disappointing.. So on our arrival the reception was lovely, the staff was pleasant & our checkin was smooth. We went to our room which was again very delightful. We spent our day round the rooftop pool area which seemed delightful. There was music playing out of the poolside speakers, we think to help drown out the building work over the road which wasn’t really a issue at all. After a few days here we noticed there was residents whom live within the block who have dogs.. this again wasn’t a issue to start off with… until… we noticed 4 dogs running around the pool area, urinating & barking at guests. I went to reception to complain. The staff apologised.. the very next day there was 2 more dogs running freely around the pool area, again urinating & now seen to be POOING on the artificial grass.. this wasn’t the worst of it.. there was a dog IN THE POOL!!!! I went to reception again to complain.. nothing.. I had to call down to reception (off my own mobile) to advise the staff at reception my children were now disgustingly sharing the pool with a dog!!!! A staff member came & spoke to the owner who totally ignored him!! We chose to not use the pool area as much as we wasn’t satisfied it was totally clean!! I did witness people relaxing on the artificial grass unbeknown there was dog wee all over it the previous day!! There was also dogs cocking their legs up the raised garden beds.. disgusting!!!!…

We were greeted with a warm smile and everything was easy to find and touchless check-in was seamless. The apartment was just as pictured. The beds were comfortable and the amenities great. We enjoyed the pool even when it was 60 degrees out. The staff were great always someone to greet you and wave goodbye. David was the concierge during our stay and he gave us great recommendations was pleasant to talk to. He’s also a loyal Miami fan. To watch out for—the tub is deep and there aren’t enough glasses to not have to wash between drinks.

I spent 5 weeks at this apartment hotel. The front desk staff, cleaning crew and maintenance personnel were excellent. Friendly, helpful and polite. The apartments run by are modern, clean and well stocked. The location is great as well. Walking distance to restaurants, bakeries, museums and a grocery store. The infinity pool is wonderful. They also have bbq grills and a community room on the top floor. I used the bbq many times and enjoyed live music from a place nearby. I booked the apartment for one month as a regular rental through their leasing agent. That was great and saved me a lot of money. Then I needed to stay an extra week but it was too late to extend my lease so I booked another unit through Airbnb. This was an apartment that was rented as an annual lease the tenant was renting out on his own. The apartment was not very clean and they had limited supplies. The lesson learned is rent directly through the Sentral company or Expedia. Do not rent from Airbnb.…

Really love the experience !! The hotel got a pool on the rooftop where you have an amazing view on miami Rooms are fancy but « no doors » which was not precised…. The beds and pillows are amazing The hotel is well located in the center of wynwood, you can go easily to Miami Beach with Uber (25dols)
