Nice stay at the Hyde Midtown! The location is amazing , the pool is so cool and I trained at the gym as well. I received a warm welcome by Maria at the front desk, she was very nice and helpful all the time. Hope to be back soon, I 100% recommend the hotel.

I want to take a minute to give great recommendations to the Hyde Midtown Hotel during my stay from 07/19/22 to 07/21/22 I was very pleased with all the service and clean and comfortable room i had everything was easy to find and specially to the Receptionist Christian Perez. This gentleman helped me the evening I check in and he was very KIND and welcoming not to mention he was SMILING which put me at ease from the beginning I work myself work in customer service and I know the feeling someone may perceive when the Front on the house person does not care. He was nice enough to afterwards sent me an email with my room folio since I had call asking for it for work purposes/history. I will definitely be back to stay at the Hyde Midtown Hotel. The Hyde hotel in Miami Design District is a great hotel in many ways, the most important is the staff that welcomes you when you check in. Ms Marilyn and the Front Desk Manager Ms Viktoriia when key with their smile, warmth, professioality and all round effort in making our stay memorable. Our room was perfect. The tips and advice for local hairdressor, restaurants etc. where perfect. It made me realize that you can have a great hotel but what makes the experience are not the amenities (which are great) but the team that cares. Ms Marilyn and Manager Ms Viktoriia cared, a lot. We went to Miami for a quick 32 hour weekend getaway and had a great stay at Hyde Midtown. I’ve stayed at other Hyde locations in the Miami area before but I really enjoyed my stay at this particular location. We arrived 4 hours before check-in and we were warmly greeted by Marilyn A. who was so nice and accommodating. She informed us that the hotel was sold out the night before so there were no rooms readily available for early check in. However Marilyn stored our luggage and gave us pool towels and told we could lounge by the pool and someone would call us as soon as a room became available. They ended up slightly upgrading our room from what we originally booked. The room was beautiful, spacious and had a balcony. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Its walking distance to many Miami hot spots or short cab rides to everything from the airport, the art district and south beach. Our entire stay was relaxing and a lot of that was thanks to Hyde Midtown, its exactly what we needed! I will definitely be back!…

10/10 now i have to make it 200 characters but the hotel was pretty nice, other than the housekeeping walking in but overall not bad. Shower and balcony are the main sell. Private balcony with decent privacy
