This is the worst in Orlando, dirty, smelly, unfriendly staff and they have the weirdest breakfast process I’ve ever seen. Waste of time and money. You take a breakfast card, you order and wait in line with a dump cashier who spend 10 mins on each customer then you wait for your breakfast to be ready for like 10-15 more minutes.
Room was facing the inside of pool area and we had the 2 queen beds. Nothing real fancy about the room as we were only staying one night. The resort offers a $15 off coupon for their restaurant which we took full advantage of and the food was good! Pool didn't open until 10 am which I thought was a bit late but we still sat in the chairs by the waterfall. The ground are secured with gates and large! We navigated our way to the main area and were pleasantly surprised finding out they had shuttle service to and from the main attractions! This was the highlight because we will be back to stay at this resort to take advantage of those services. The beds were very comfortable and I felt safe at this resort. Bathrooms were clean and had everything we needed. Front staff were very kind and happy. …
We stayed at this hotel due to the close proximity to the parks; Sea World, Disney, Universal. It's off a main drag so was close and convenient to just about everything, tons of nice restaurants, Walmart not too far away, Walgreens, etc. They are in the process of remodeling so the whole place smelled like wet paint, the beds were uncomfortable, the mini fridge in the room leaked, the sheets were stained and we even took them off in a prompt for new bedding but the old soiled bedding was put back on, the hot water took forever to get hot. The parking lot isn't very secure. The heated pool and the hot tub are really the selling points of the place. If you are looking for luxury living during your stay this isn't it, it's ok for the closeness of things like the parks, restaurants. We stayed here because it was cheap.…
We stayed here for a trip to Disney! This location was super convenient and the Ubers to get to Disney property were very affordable. The resort was clean for the most part, but we did not use any of the pool areas 1. because we didn’t have much extra time and 2. when we did they were extremely crowded. Overall it was a nice stay and we got a good deal, so we felt like the quality was fair for what we paid.
Beautiful Hotel and newly renovated Lobby area and the rooms in the Tower/6000 building were all nicely renovated and very clean. The staff at the bar and front desk were friendly and an excellent help all week long. The areas of the hotel grounds were clean and maintained even under renovations. Jeff Swirsky the GM was welcoming and and always available to assist with any concerns or questions. The guy is a Rockstar! The outside pool bar was closed for renovations but when it reopens it will be awesome with a ton upgrades for relaxing and enjoyment. We were there over President's Day weekend and despite the busy timing, the staff did an excellent job with the large number of people. Highly Recommend this wonderful property.
What a great place! Newly renovated rooms in the tower building, extremely clean. The hotel staff was really helpful in navigating the area. Even with renovations outside for the pool area it was still really neat and clean as well. Hotel was busy but the staff did a good job with a large number of people. 10/10. I would go back to this resort no questions asked.
I never write reviews, but my experience here was so negative, that I felt the need to share so that others were warned before booking. The staff, hotel and amenities were all disappointing. Here is why: - Check-in was supposed to be at 4pm. My room wasn't ready until 9:30pm. - The AC in the room was not working (it was on, but didn't produce any cool air). I had to request a maintenance worker to come check it out 3 times before they actually sent someone to fix it. I had to sleep 2 nights in a hot and humid room before it was fixed. - The safe was also broken. They were never able to fix it, and did not provide any explanation for why it wasn't working, and why they couldn't replace it in the room. - I was there for a business trip, but their WIFI went down for 6+ hours one day, putting myself and my colleagues in a stressful situation. - The front desk staff were not helpful or pleasant. - Breakfast was the slowest service. I ordered 2 croissants with egg and cheese, and that took over 45 minutes to make. Look, I get it, stuff breaks and things happen. I wouldn't have minded this much, but the fact that fact that all this happened in a 3-day span, and the hotel staff were neither apologetic or helpful is what disappointed me most.…
First time stay at this property with our golf group. The staff was over the top friendly and made you feel important. Extremely clean while undergoing renovations. Room was wonderful and you could actually feel the culture here. Loved the multiple pools and bar staff. This will be our new place to stay going forward. Thanks to the entire staff! Well done!
When arriving the lobby is grand. Once we checked in to go to the room that was a different story. The grounds are horrible. The rooms are ok. They have done some remolding to the rooms but the hallways made everything like a cheap motel. The pool area was crowded, and not clean. The area itself was just run down being that it is a vacation area. I would stay closer to I-4. This hotel was disappointing.
This is our review of the delta by Marriott Hotel in Kissimmee. Firstly we are a family of four with two children, one aged three and one aged 10 months. So firstly this hotel is a major step up from the grand Orlando, we first stayed here in 2018 during the ownership transition so we’re hesitant when booking due to the issues experienced then, this proved to be unfounded however and all the small issues the cropped up this time were quickly fixed! This time the staff here were great. On our first night we did have to swap rooms because the TV wasn’t working properly and despite numerous attempts by an engineer to fix it, plus the shower kept leaking due to the sealant coming loose on the floor. We moved the very next day which they kindly provide us with one of the trolleys and the room was right next door anyway, so it wasn’t too much of a hassle and was identical. Pros Great locations with restaurants within reasonable walking distance and city bus into Disney is pretty quick as well if you miss the shuttle bus back Shuttlebus is much more reliable this time, then when we stayed at this hotel when it was a grand Orlando, so if they say they will be there at certain time you need to make sure you were there Relatively quick response, when asking for any assistance, such as engineers or additional housekeeping Beds are comfortable Wide range of TV channels. All the major stations plus Netflix and other streaming services will into TV. Pools are great and clean Restaurant food is of good quality Cons Food is expensive The room we were moved to the phone didn’t work the entire time. I think this hotel as of time of writing was having issues with entertainment providers as TV also lagged some days Rooms are not huge however, as this is one of the best priced hotels in Orlando for what you get it is pretty standard We have also found it difficult to get a response since leaving we accidentally left an iPad behind in our room and need confirmation that it’s not been found for our insurance claim but so far we have had radio silence! And that’s about it although we had previously stayed at this hotel when it was the grand Orlando. We hesitated to give this place another try however we are glad we did! Management are fantastic and really friendly and as long as it keeps making improvements which it does seem to be doing for the last three years, then I am sure we will be back and can confidently recommend this hotel to any families.…
