My wife 4 year old daughter and myself have stayed in this hotel a few times and they are always great! Check in is easy and quick. Always has a clean lobby and the staff are always very nice and helpful. Especially Leo at the front desk! We need a couple things for our daughter and a was able to help! The breakfast is great. Always a great selection. Parking is always easy and safe. Very quick access to Disney World. Will be back for sure!

We were very satisfied with our 6 night stay this past week. Front desk agents are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient at taking care of guests need. Room attendants are also polite and acknowledge you as you approach. They do a good job maintaining a clean guest room and all staff keep all areas clean. There are some general maintenance issues that should be addressed dripping taps, dirty vent grills, damaged ceiling in breakfast area etc. Because of these issues I rated it a 4. I would like to especially recognize the women that take care of breakfast. The effort they give to clean, stock and prepare food is excellent considering they have to do this around guests that are always in a hurry. The breakfast selection is good. I was impressed with the machines they have that makes pancakes (never seen this in all my travel). Close to Disney & Promenade at Sunset Walk. They even offer a free shuttle to those going to the Disney parks. Overall I would recommend staying here …

We returned last month from our second trip to WDW in the past 3 months. Both times we stayed at the Galleria Palms (GP) Hotel in Kissimmee. It is such a GREAT place to stay—very close to WDW, nice rooms, and a very good breakfast (both hot & cold) is included! Two of the ladies we’ve met (Anna & Auria) help prepare this wonderful breakfast each day; ALL of these ladies are so sweet too! — AND, their Front Office Manager, ANGIE, is THE BEST!!! <3 Angie is like “family” to us and has been with the hotel all the years we’ve been staying with them. She has always been so sweet and helpful with our stays too!!! - GP also has some very nice Front Desk employees (Ambhar, Fabiana, Leo, and Melanie) who always greet you with a smile and can help you with whatever you might need. — In conclusion, GP will not disappoint!!! :)…

The hotel is clean and accessible to restaurants and stores. It is very near to everything you need. We did not experienced any problem while checking in (thumbs up to Mr. Leo from the reception area and to the housekeeping who kept our room clean and tidy everyday). First off the staff at the Galleria are super friendly and quick to help you with all your needs. If you needed directions, they helped. If you needed any forgotten amenities, they gave you what you needed. If you needed attraction/restaurant/ shopping tips, they were willing to help. Shout out to Melanie (who I believe just started working at the Galleria) at the front desk who seemed to always be there when we needed something or had a question. This property is conveniently located near lots of restaurants and shopping options, yep just far enough off the highway that you don't get traffic noise. Rooms are a tad dated, but spacious and clean. My only complaint would be that breakfast hours were short (6:30-9:30) and if you weren't down there by 9am they didn't refill anything. At 9:30 on the nose they were pulling everything from the buffet, quickly! If you want to sleep in after a long day at the parks, plan on going to the Ihop next door. Now on the positive side; the breakfast buffet was a good selection of very fresh and tasty items from hot to cold. I would absolutely recommend the Galleria for people (esp families) wanted to stay near the park attractions without all the traffic noise.…

The staff at the Galleria Palms were always friendly and helpful. The hotel and the room was clean and well kept. My only negative were the shuttles to the parks. They didn’t come super often so we ended up taking Ubers. The shuttles are a different company that being said. I do wish the hotel was closer to the parks but next time we will probably rent a car next time.

Staff was very supportive. Would like to also thank front desk agent- Melanie. Whatever is mentioned in amenities, everything was provided with good quality. Rooms were daily cleaned and toiletries were provided. Generous breakfast and good to start your day. Pool is present, but we didn't use it. Free parking.

My wife, daughter and I arrived after 2 AM due to flight problems from Australia. Leo at the Galleria stayed up and welcomed us into the hotel when we arrived late. Leo is a very friendly, helpful concierge and is a credit to the hotel. We appreciate him staying up so late and showing us around. The Galleria has a buffet breakfast every morning which was great. All staff are friendly and we thank them for their help. The hotel is well maintained and we enjoyed the room. We ordered Ubers to go to Disney and Universal. They were easy to get to and from at the Galleria. Great stay, great place. Sorry to take so long to do the review. Regards Chris, Kath and Angela.

Cozy hotel very close to Disney’s parks. Rooms were clean and housekeeping started working early. Breakfast was well assorted and tasty, but crowded after 8:30am. Price was very reasonable for what was offered. A very good option to take into account. Surely will repeat if we travel back.
