This Hampton property is in need of a face lift. The chair in my room was unusable. Some of the furnishings were worn out. Carpets in the hallways need to be replaced. Staff was friendly and helpful, both at front desk as well as restaurant. It was fine for one night.

Terrible service from front desk. They are very slow!!! I have ask the front desk to have my room cleaned 6 times.. never got it cleaned Also I ask to speak to the manager 3 times He or she never came out of the back room On both days I stay there From previous guess that stay here They are super racist to black and Hispanic Make sense know why I got treated like this The staff is Latino- but trust me Latino don’t like black peopled FYI Manager no need to respond to this review. You was to lazy to come out and speak with me when you had the time to fix this .

Honestly best staff ever. Rooms were very clean. Breakfast was delicious. I noticed that every staff member always said hello and asked how we were enjoying our stay. I stay at Hampton Inn often but these guys really stood out.

All the appliances worked smoothly and efficiently, especially the heating and cooling system with its versatile controls. The furniture was clean and comfortable. Lacking were an extra chair, dinnerware, metal eating utensils, and drinking glasses. Also lacking, was a thorough room cleaning before occupancy: used towels were left in the bathtub!

We arrived at the Hampton late at night after a long day of traveling. There was an issue with our reservation-no fault of the Hampton. Gabby, working at the front desk, was amazing. She diligently and patiently worked with our travel agent and booking company to get the problem resolved. Gabby was so professional and caring. We so appreciated her efforts!! Chris was there to help as well. He was working the next day and took the time to ask us how we were doing and if everything was working out. We had a very comfortable room and enjoyable stay. We ended up at this hotel late in the evening after booking another hotel and being very uncomfortable with the area in which it was located. Being a Hilton Honors member for numerous years, I’ve thought of the Hampton Inns as good economy hotels. This one has the presence and ambiance of a full scale really nice hotel. It does not look like or feel like an economy hotel. The building, lobby and rooms are very nice. We will definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful place and great staff! We were in the process of buying a house in the Kissimmee area and needed a place to stay coming from New Jersey. Me and my spouse and two dogs decided, based on previous experience with Hampton Inn to make this our home for about 10 days. We had a great stay and the staff were awesome! Rosa, Joanne and Luz amongst the rest of the staff made us feel like family and there was always a big smile and good morning from Joanne and Rosa at breakfast time!. The grounds were also very accommodating to our dogs, and we could tell the dogs felt comfortable and not stressed. If the need or opportunity arises again this will be our go-to! Thank you again!!
