We really enjoyed our stay at Vacation Villas. It was close to everything on our list of must sees in the Kissimmee/Orlando area. The unit was clean and we loved the screened porch that looked out on the pool. The 2.5 bathrooms and washer/dryer unit in the townhouse was an extra bonus. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The after hours check in process could not have been easier. We enjoyed a relaxing week of family time.

Overall we received good value for money. The resort is older but well maintained and our unit looked to have been renovated fairly recently. Amy at the front desk was the best thing about the resort and was very friendly helpful and accommodating. When we arrived the supplies seemed very sparse but on Monday morning we were asked if there was anything we needed and our requests were cheerfully supplied. We would definitely return again given the opportunity..

Outdated, poor cleanliness, the carpet on bedrooms are simply disgusting. The uncomfortble sofabed is impossible to sleep. No safety, and after 5PM nobody on duty so if something is needed you will be your own. I will never return to this place and recomend to avoid it

The stay at Florida Vacations Villas was quite pleasant. The accommodations were dated but spacious and well maintained. Because of location, there was quite a bit of street noise and no elevator for the multi-floors facility. Truly, the star of the facility was Amy. She was very helpful and professional.

The property is small, but the service is great. The condo is located close to an Aldi and Dollar Tree. You could walk to both. Staff gave great suggestions on places to eat. The pool is lovely. Grounds are well maintained.

We have a time share at Florida Vacation Villa..for over 30 years. The driveway and lawn is taken care of well. The units in the first building across from the office are very bad # 1102, 1103…etc. the carpet should have been replace 8-10 years ago. If you are not careful you will trip in the numerous ripples. The pillow are so flat the owner suggest you put two in each case although 2 for each pillowcase is not provide…unless you ask for it. Also, the pool use to be heat the owner now decided not too. I have talked with many others each time I am there and I hear the same complaints. So, our yearly fees for up keep and such apply ONLY to the parking lot and lawn. Most of the units are now full time renters and they will ask you to just GIVE back your time share. I believe the owner/owners purposely do not keep the interiors up so time share people will just be glad to give them up. It just doesn’t seem fair or legal to push people out by neglecting the units. The office people are the best.…

My friends and I had 3 units at FVV. We had 2 bedroom units and the resort was able to put us side by side by side which made it easy for us to party together. The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. There was a minor hurricane while we were there. The resort left instructions on how to prepare for each unit. Fortunately we didn't lose power or need to use any of those preparations. The location is good, near many restaurants, Publix and not too far from the Orlando attractions. We had a great time.

Great stay here until our checkout which was at 10am. Storm Nicole arrives on our checkout and our party has been all day organising different flights back to Ireland. When we asked could we check out 2 hours later these vultures wanted to charge us 140 dollars plus vat. These people would put you out in the rain rather than help the people that already gave them 6000 euro for 16 days. Preying on people when obviously no one else was coming to the property

Great place to stay. Villa was spacious and relaxing. Amy was hospitable and professional. Pool was nice and had many chances to swim alone. Located near everything. I recommend you stay if you want to have a more home vibe.
