DO NOT STAY HERE! First off, the $239 weekly rate advertised on the light board at the front of the hotel is false; the people who run the place will charge you whatever they want (we paid $280) AND will keep charging you $100 deposits whenever they feel like it. The rooms are decrepit and everything is filthy and falling apart, so good luck trying to get your deposit back. Also, the managers of this place are crooked and WILL kick your out for no reason. We had an extremely nosy and paranoid neighbor who, upon learning out my spouse is transgender, started calling the police and office on us every time my spouse smoked a cigarette outside OUR door (the rooms are non-smoking, he was following the rules). The neighbor was flat-out lying to police, saying anything and everything from "they're doing drugs!" To "they're running a prostitution ring!" Even when police (and several other hotel guests we befriended) all told the hotel office that the neighbor was blatantly lying, the office still told us we had to leave. How long has the neighbor been living in her room, lying to get people kicked out? Two years! Apparently we're not the first ones they've done this to (we learned this from other hotel guests who have had to move rooms because of them) and the hotel office totally condones and enables this behavior! Elena at the front desk was extremely rude to us throughout the whole ordeal (and apparently thought she was being sly by telling my spouse we were free to come back in a week, while simultaneously taking a picture of my spouse on her phone to trespass them WHILE she was talking to them). I am currently weighing my legal options against this hotel because what this so-called place of business did to us is 100% discrimination.…

This is a really nice stay, can't beat the price, staff was very friendly, and everything is walking distance, I will definitely stay here again. Didn't need my vehicle to grab a meal, this was definitely a great deal.

This place is cheap and you get what you pay for. Total dump and known locally as drug hotel. Sad prostitutes and druggies zombie around looking for a fix. Dude in black truck hit and run. Do not come here unless you need dope or a $20 girl.

Stay away! The pictures they slow looks nice until you checked in. I went with my family and we had spiders and cockroaches crawling all over. Then the owner denied us a full refund until I called the health department.

My 20 yr old daughter saw the pics which they must of googled the place is disgusting shady people outside they wouldn’t let her get refund because she had to come back home for a funeral. The worst people to deal with by phone they should be ashamed in deceiving people

We ALWAYS GO BY FIRST IMPRESSIONS, We reservations here, We decided to look around first, Kinda sketchy,, Our feet were sticking to sidewalk (Coffee, soda ,spit???)) Hand rails dirtier,,Trash cans were smelling from 10 ft away...We looked at Pool,,,Very Nice people in pool,,Surprised they were staying in such a dirty Motel,,We Left and my Brother cancelled reservations Didnt even want to know what rooms looked like, could only imagine.. Saw 2 maintenance men..Just standing around..

Here for a family trip to Florida. We had scheduled to be staying in a different place but Travelocity never bothered to call us to tell us the original place was damaged in hurricane Irma. So they found us this place. Omg can you say nasty dirty ghetto like. When we first got here when we walked in i could tell it was bad. Walked into the bathroom area the tub was filthy dirt film covered it and the walls. Today marked the sheets to see if they would be changed nope. The room was barely cleaned again. I am afraid of catching something here. And still have days left here. I feel safer using the public bathroo then being in this place. Those pictures are from the bathroom.

I was on my way from Ocala heading south and couldnt drive anymore and decided to stop at Sun Inn & Suites. The rooms were recently remodeled and the price was economical. Clean and Front Desk was very hospitable, I will definitely stay here again when passing by Kissimmee.
