The room was amazing this is the cleanest room I have ever stayed in. The staff is so great especially Rosa ant the front desk.. This hotel is a hidden gem. You won't be disappointd. it's super close to Disney and there is a McDonald's about a block away and a Waffle House across the street.

I am a 70+ female who stayed here for 8 nights and the motel met my needs. Location: good proximity to Orlando International Airport, the Disney Magic Kingdom and a reasonable drive to Winter Haven to visit Legoland. Transportation: a vehicle is a must-have in order to access surrounding services up and down Irlo Bronson Highway or intersecting streets (pharmacies, fast food, restaurants, banks, Target, Sam's Club, WalMart, nice shopping centers, etc.) Swimming pool: Heated, clean and very comfortable for swimming. The size is larger than most motels and has a nice 3 foot depth for young children and deeper sections for adults. A 6 year old visiting me had a great time relearning his swimming skills and really liked the large 3 foot section. Comfort: My room was clean, large and well lighted. Beds were comfortable, refrigerator and microwave came in very handy, windows help keep the room quiet and temperatures very nice. The sofa was a nice feature as was the tea/coffee maker. The flat screen tv had a good selection of channels to watch. Shower, toilet and sink all worked well. Parking: Very adequate number of parking spaces, well lit. Laundry machines on site. Safety: I felt very safe here, liked that the property is surrounded by a wrought iron fence and the owner lives onsite. Entrance to the parking lot is through the main gate in front of Capone's dinner theater. Eco friendly and WiFi was strong. All employees were courteous, helpful, responsive and professional. When I visit Kissimmee again, I will stay here if Peter is still the owner.…

We found the hotel clean, but dated. It shares the immediate area with a dinner theater, which makes it convenient for customers to stay after theater show. Parking was plentiful and close to our room. Walking distance to theater and area well lit.

I am not one to write reviews but let's talk about the awesome experience I had at this hotel. Seasons Florida Resort has really excited my expectations. The check in was easy especially after being on a delayed flight, the staff were very understanding and accommodating. The room was well lit, the room was clean, comfortable and had all the basic necessities to start my stay. They were very helpful and didn't have a problem providing more needed items like towels and even provided towels for when at pool. The most awesome thing was that they are very honest, I forgot a few items in the room after I checked out and they contacted me to make any arrangements for me retrieve. I would continue to choose this location for future stays and highly recommend. Jessica was awesome 😎

This place was. better than expected. The were working on parking lot and fixing the place up on the outside. When we walked into the room it was clean and well maintained. Well worth the money. We will definitely stay here again.

I looked at this hotel years ago when they first refurbished it for a friend. From the reviews and pictures, I would look again. I first booked it on hotels.com. I went back to book a second room for my daughter, and the price had gone up. I called but they said that was the new price. I canceled my room and called the hotel directly. On the TripAdvisor site, it said it was closed, I called a number that said it was out of service. Confused, I found another number, and a woman answered. I told her what had happened, and she found the fake site, and she said the owner would be notified. The woman gave me two rooms with double beds for $133 each for two days. It's cheaper than $144 on hotels.com. with the price of $167 for the second room. Now for the review. The hotel is located behind a dinner theater. Clean rooms with nice quality mattresses. It had a fridge and microwave. The water had a funny smell. I found it it was well water. I didn't use the pool, but it was very clean and looked nice. To be located on a main street, it was very quiet. I would definitely recommend this hotel to a friend who is looking for a budget hotel. …

We had read the reviews before making our reservation and the reviews where all absolutely correct. The room was really clean and quiet, we loved the tile floors and the layout of the room, the rooms are exactly like you see in the pictures on the homepage. The pool area was great and the temperature in the heated pool was amazing. We got to meet the owners Peter & Kay and they and all their staff was really helpful and accomodating with whatever questions or needs that we may have had. We will definitely be coming back to this place and really hope to see Peter, Kay and all the staff again. Best wishes from a cold Sweden.

We stayed 4 nights and it was very quiet and clean, the pool was very nice and relaxing after a long day at the parks. Check in was very easy and fast, booking was easy also. Location to restaurants and the parks is very nice.

Outstanding resort. Excellent service. Easy online process. Exceptional reviews is what I look at including all of the amenities. This place deserves 10 of 10. We would have checked into that Bar and Grill next door (Capone's) which was tempting, but we're so exhausted from our evening at Universal Studios! Bed is comfy. Maybe the only bad thing was that the pillows were too soft for my tastes but overall there was hot water, good enough cable, adequate frig, Location and parking were great. If you need a place to stay close to Orlando I highly recommend the Seasons Florida Resort. Period.

Super clean, easy check in. We needed last minute place to stay for a family needing a place to sleep before a very early tournament and it was great for that. We had an issue with the gates being closed when we got there, but finally found our way in. The cleanliness was our main concern and it surpassed our expectations, so definitely recommend.
