I was so excited to try the Ette Hotel based off the reviews! I would say there are many wonderful, unique parts of the hotel, but I would not say it was a VIP experience which was disappointing. The pros are the decor is exquisite from the purple hues in the lobby to the gorgeous room of neutral tones. The room absolutely has a luxurious feel with the generous amenities displayed in a lovely box; high end linens, Nespresso machine, and the most amazing sound machine/alarm clock. The other high point was without a doubt the Spa. Marta's massage was one of the best I have ever, ever had and the director Ms Rosado is full of warmth, kindness, and is very knowledgeable on spa products. She's a GEM. Jennifer was phenomenal at check out and included sweetly a chocolate bar for the ride home which was so kind. The disappointing areas --I had reserved a room on the 5/6 VIP level and when I checked in found out that I had been moved to the second floor as there was a Montblanc group staying that extended their stay due to travel issues. I was upgraded to a suite which was lovely, but I was disappointed as room was on the second floor and the room above me was noisy and I could hear the people walking above me early and late which I know the hotel can't help, but it impacted my enjoyment. The room has a nicely stocked mini bar, but the water given is in a clear vase and is lukewarm which makes no sense and isn't VIP. I found I could request a water from the front desk which was nice, but did walk to the very convenient CVS to buy some water to keep cool. There was only one night I received the turn down which was a huge miss. It was my last night and which lovely should have been every night. There was a lovely chocolate bar the first night, but none after which I guess is ok but inconsistent. The largest issue was the food and beverage manager needs some training. Part of my reservation was guaranteed reservations at the on site restaurant. However, when I went to reserve a table for one for Saturday night he told me no less than 3 times the hotel was a non alcoholic hotel, they were overbooked because of Valentines Day, and that I should talk to Alex (as if I know Alex) about the misleading information guaranteeing a reservation because as the food and beverage manager he could absolutely not guarantee anything. You could sense the tension and his job dissatisfaction. However counting on that dinner reservation left me without a place to eat that night which was frustrating. There needs to be a focus on hotel guests having priority to the restaurants. I could only eat breakfast which was good, not great. I would expect for VIP some minimal type of buffet available. It would be nice to have more check in from the staff--do you need anything? etc. Also some snacks available would be nice other than the chocolate and kale chips in the mini bar. Overall the hotel is gorgous with many high end points, but it is definitely in need of some focus to the details. I have stayed at hotels all over the world, this is not VIP; lovely, but not VIP.

Just a one night stay ahead of our flight home but this was a great experience. This newly opened hotel still looks and feels in mint condition and has an extremely stylish, minimalist fit out. The room was a good size and very comfortable, albeit a little hum of traffic from the nearby road. Some nice features in the room, such as an electric clothes steamer. Loved the pool area, although it only gets full on sun from late morning. The hotel couldn't find our reservation in the system but this was quickly dealt with and service was very friendly and helpful throughout. Didn't try the restaurant but it has good ratings. There are quite a few restaurants nearby and we tried an Asian one across the road. Highly recommended if you want a sophisticated hotel near Disney, or for an overnight layover pre flight.

Beautiful hotel outside downtown Orlando but not far from the Studios Great team, beautiful rooms, delicious restaurant. No alcohol policy but you can bring your own drinks at the restaurant too. We had a great stay and it worth to be out of downtown for the level and comfort of the hotel.

It’s always a struggle to find a true luxury hotel in Orlando that isn’t so huge you get lost. The new Ette Hotel is an absolute gem. Total eye for detail luxury the moment you walk in through to the exquisite food and stunning bedrooms. Service is first class and the owners constructed a unique one off gem close to the them parks or perfect for a business trip. As you can tell I am very impressed so spread the word!!

Where to start……I’m not one to usually post reviews but felt the need to get the word out regarding this mind blowing hotel! I struggled to find a perfect hotel to be close enough to Disney yet have a relaxed, luxury feel. The staff is amazing, the friendliest group we have ever come across, including the owners who are actually involved and on sight to make sure your stay is perfect. The attention to detail is outstanding, from the pool area, to the rooms, guest areas and the major, major added bonus is the restaurant in the hotel is by the one and only world-renowned chef Akira Back! This hotel has made us feel like we can visit Disney for years to come and have that luxury feel to stay at. The only thing we can hope for now is they brand this hotel in more and more locations around the globe so we have a place to stay 💜

We read the reviews of this hotel before we booked and they were all so complimentary that it made us skeptical. Surely no hotel could be so good? Surely it must have been their friends who wrote the reviews? We couldn’t have been more wrong. The hotel is wonderful. The whole team and the way they look after you are what makes this hotel SO great. The whole team could not do more for its guests if it tried. The customer truly is at the heart of this special hotel. We (me, my husband and our two young daughters) spent 2 weeks here in October 2022. From the first morning when we were up before dawn (jet lag and the time difference !) and in the pool before 06:00 to leaving the hotel with the perfect cup of tea on the way to the airport on our way home, nothing was too much trouble. We felt like part of the family by the time we left - and no joke, I had a tear in my eye! Please don’t be put off by the lack of alcohol served. It didn’t affect our stay at all and they will happily provide glasses and coolers for you to enjoy your tipple of choice wherever you like in the hotel. We look forward to the roof top bar being open next time we go (there WILL be a next time!) ! The team take a genuine interest in you, make suggestions and recommendations of places to try for a day out that’s different from Disney or somewhere for dinner and ask if there is anything you need. We stayed in a suite - it was spacious for the 4 of us. The hotel is perfectly situated for Disney - 10 minutes in a car from Animal Kingdom for example. There are a plethora of places to eat very close by, many of which you can walk to, as well as places to buy groceries and essentials should you need them. Another thing that really stood out for us is they way our children were made to feel so special. Everyone took an interest in them and were so kind. From fruit platters to endless glasses of milk, even arranging painting for them on the last morning to allow me some time to pack to go home. Just amazing! All of the team are wonderful but Tascha in particular was wonderful with our girls, Stacey really looked after us and was so knowledgeable on restaurants etc - and he makes a perfect cuppa! And TJ really looked after us on an evening in the bar/terrace area. Thank you Sheila and Alex - and your amazing team - for looking after us and our children so wonderfully. You took such a special interest in us and spoke to us every day. We noticed and appreciated every little thing you did for us. Thank you for a perfect stay 💜

I loved everything about this hotel- beautiful, clean rooms; luxurious atmosphere; great service. The best part is definitely the service. You will feel like a VIP from the moment you enter. Everybody was so nice and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. They also gave freebies to my toddler every time they saw her- you can bet she was happy with this hotel! Seeing my kid treated like a VIP really was the icing on the cake. I think we'll come back to Kissimmee just to stay at this hotel again. Thank you to Ms. Sheila for making us feel so welcome.

Talk about a nice surprise. This place shames all other hotels with it’s 10 star customer service. Beyond the call of duty. The hotel is a smart looking building with a fresh modern decor that rivals none. At check in they upgraded us to a suite and let me tell you what a suite. From the electric blinds to the decor, the box full of toiletries , the Nespresso machine, plushest robe, bedding to die for, pop up TV and an elegant modern bathroom. Pool is wonderful w fresh fruit infused water, a very practical picnic basket you can take around the property to enjoy your own drinks. Food was superb at their Michelin rated restaurant. I can’t wait to come back.
