Nice, newer, Clean hotel. Pet friendly. The staff was friendly. I love the Dove bath products that they have in the room. The breakfast was standard but good. We went down too late one morning and the staff still went and got my son a muffin. I thought that was super nice because they'd already shut everything down. And how do you tell a cute little 3 year old no.

Rooms were typical hotel rooms. They get the job done. Clean but had typical wear of a well loved hotel. Staff was super friendly. Breakfasts were great. Hotel was easy driving to both Disney and seaworld. Best thing was the pools! Two pools as well as a splash pad. Kids never wanted to leave it. The food and drinks at the pool were very good as well! Would stay again.

Had a great night at this hotel. Ana was very welcoming and gave me a late checkout for the next day upon check in! That almost never happens, so I was pleasantly surprised. My only complaint, was a guy running a leaf blower at 7:30 in the morning.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast buffet was good, the little Mickey waffles were adorable. The 3 pools were nice and never too crowded. The front desk staff were incredibly patient and helpful!!

Not enough towels, and the carpet was not vacuumed. Guest laundry room- the washer was very dirty. Other than that it was nice. The beds were very comfortable. Clean linens. Beautiful window view. The necessities that one would expect were available. Great location to different areas of town. Pleasant customer service experience.

Our room was clean, the breakfast was hot and fresh every day. We really enjoyed our stay. Clean place, very orderly, shuttles to the parks were available every day. The resort fee was worth it because we had pools and different activities available at the hotel.

Very clean place. Very friendly people very accommodating. Breakfast was great for the family. Staff was phenomenal 10 out of 10 Great for family breakfast we’re early able to get to the park sometime. I’m not parking just overall a great experience.

This hotel is really nice. There are several nice pools. Several outdoor activities for kids. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast is good. It’s about a 20 minute ride to Universal Studios given traffic.

The hotel was very clean. The people was very friendly. The only thing is, the time the zip line and rock climbing opened. It was later in the day and we were unable to use then. Other then that, we will stay again. Thank you
