Resort is pure perfection! Everything is exceptionally clean, beds are comfortable, and sheets and towels are like new. You can do as little or as much as you want. The pools are heated and very clean. The food is good. The Euphoria Restaurant is elegant and delicious. Live music some nights. Easy walk down the street from the resort to Sunset Walk. Restaurants, movie theater ....live music. The place is growing, so much to do there. The staff at the check-in are very accommodating and thorough. We spent every day at the pool. Our server "Rose" was friendly and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we ordered. She was the same with all the guests. She went above and beyond for us. As my husband and I drove up to the resort from a very long day of flying from the west coast and driving through rush hour traffic of Orlando (awful) we arrived at the bright lights of the resort. Our first compliment is to valet staff member Brennan who was so welcoming, so friendly and so helpful in getting us into the resort. I also want to compliment E J of the valet staff in making our daily trips and departure so easy. (Thank you Steven, you have a great staff!) During our entire stay all members of the hotel staff that we dealt with are also to be complimented for outstanding service. In the dining room, we would like to compliment Angel J. for his wonderful and friendly service. In a crowded dining room, he made us feel like we were the only customer in the room. All in all, everyone made us feel happy! The resort itself is beautiful. The lobby of the hotel with the huge flip flop is gorgeous with several seating areas in which to just relax, meet with friends, etc. The room was incredible from the decor, the comfort of the bed, the spa like bathroom, to the amazing balcony with turquoise chairs overlooking the gorgeous palm tree studded pool area. It unfortunately was too cold to go in the pool, but we walked around the grounds and the tropical landscaping is so lush and inviting and also beautifully lit at night. The pool FOR SURE next time! It is one of those brands, you know it, heard about it, but when you experience it, you get it. We were here for a business conference, and from the moment we walked in the lobby, you sensed the vibe, very chill. Great welcome (drink) and customer service. The extra bit they do to the décor of the rooms really does add to the experience. Very comfortable beds and roomy bathrooms. Dinning on site was great. I will definitely look out for this brand next time I travel.

Santiago and Sara made this excursion worth it. They were able to hype up the crowd to participate in numerous activities and maintained such a positive and relaxing environment. Coming from the Midwest snow; Santiago and Sara truly made us feel like we were in a Jimmy Buffet song. Can’t wait to come back next year to see them both again !!!

We had a great week of fun at the pool playing all the activities! Chase was our activities Director. We played corn hole, trivia, and bingo. He did a fabulous job! He is a favorite person at Margaritaville. He kept everything fun and fair and family friendly! Thanks for all the fun times! Keep up the good work Chase!

Customer service was great, especially Jackie at the front desk. I have stayed at a lot of places in mt career and this property by far has the best customer care. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend.

Upon checking out of our 4 bedroom cottage, we checked every room. A day later, we were getting hit with a damage fee due to the curtain rod fell down and a broken lamp. These instances did NOT happen during our stay. Hotel will not respond back to my emails. Be careful with this place.

My family and I enjoyed our stay tremendously. Our cottage was spacious which afforded us the relaxation retreat we craved. The pool at the resort on the other hand was lively and we all had a blast! Drew is a fantastic bartender while Ray and Osma kept the activities interesting with their wit. My daughter and I tried our luck with a package at the spa and are sure glad we did! The massages set the stage for an amazing visit whereas Lucelia stole the show during both my facial and mani/pedi sessions. Lastly- Euphoria was the hidden gem for sure! Dinner was thoroughly satisfying. The kitchen staff- Chef Matthew, Felipe and Shalsam were superb. We broke a traveling rule and decided to try it again and once again were blown away. Most notably were the spinach artichoke dip, lobster bisque and the ribeye. Our waiter, though I misplaced his name, was attentive and offered great insight to the menu we only wish he would have been working our second time dining. I must note- Chef Matthew checked in on us and personally delivered a delicious dessert for us to try! This was our second time visiting Margaritaville Orlando and it will be an annual stop for my family given the overall experience.…
