So I have stayed in many hotels down in KW and am comparing to others... it is right on Roosevelt not far from Route 1 and the airport so that’s convenient but rooms are basic. When I checked in the people were fine but never told me where the elevators were, anything about the shuttle to downtown or where to eat on the property. So I wandered, as did another couple, to find the elevator to get to rooms.
Pool area is nice and there is a restaurant for breakfast called the Toasted Coconut, which is poolside. We sat for breakfast and the bartender, who never even greeted us, just stared until I got up and walked up to the bar. Apparently you need to walk up and order so don’t sit and wait. Same goes for during the day by the pool. The two bartenders never once came out to take orders for drinks or food and didn’t clean up tables so cups were blowing off onto the floor. I got up and picked up trash blowing and took it up to the bar.
The other disappointment was the “eco friendliness”. There are compostable tableware at the Toasted Coconut but there are regular plastic cups for water and the rooms have plastic cups covered in plastic, the soap is wrapped in plastic and there are still travel sized shampoo, lotion and body wash. No conditioner either. There is a hair dryer and iron though.
There are towels for the pool but no one tells you you must go up to the front desk and ask for them and sign them out. Which I never signed them out because the front desk attendant never acknowledged me. The housekeeping staff was very friendly though.
Just was disappointed by the overall customer service. I travel all over and have been coming to KW for over 10 years. This was probably the one and only stay here. The price isn’t so cheap that this type of service is acceptable. Has lots of potential but failed on many levels.

My friend and I took a girls trip to Key West and stayed 3 days & 2 nights at 24 North Hotel. We had a fantastic time. Our room was very nice and clean, comfortable, but not fancy, but it had a couple bottles of complimentary water upon our arrival--nice touch. We had "upgraded" to the ocean view, but that was not necessary as there is no balcony to enjoy the view. (No need to do that, pool side would be fine.) Because of covid, there was only room cleaning on request, but anytime we needed towels or amenities, they were very quick to supply them. The poolside Tiki Bar was wonderful! Food was delicious and fairly priced, breakfast lunch and dinner is served. Our bartenders, Justin & Jennifer were super friendly and helpful and really made it fun! Live music at the Tiki Bar was very enjoyable. The pool was clean and warm and the chairs were comfortable, towels were always available. The local Key West chickens were fun to watch running around the pool and bar area, but they could be loud early in the am when you might want to sleep, so be prepared to use a sound machine app on your phone. Don't feed the chickens! It's not good for them and only encourages them to be a nuisance instead of a novelty. The exercise room was small, but clean and was enough for a couple days. The lounge bar in the lobby was very pretty. They had a DJ for music. The bartenders, Irena & Jackof were super! They really were friendly and made you feel like you were in an exotic resort. I had a Cigar Smoking Smuggler, which was similar to a smoked Old Fashioned. Treat yourself to one, it was an experience watching it be prepared with the cigar smoke. Shuttle from the hotel to downtown only takes you to Waterfront Brewery, from there be prepared to walk to wherever else you want to go. They run every hour. Very nice stay - no complaints!

Basic hotel, nothing very special about it! We paid over $920.00 for 2 nights for a "deluxe" king room with pool view. Now I don't mind spending the money, but give me something for it! When we checked into our room, room was clean, went to use the bathroom and when I was finished the door wouldn't open and I was stick in the bathroom. Finally got the door open and called the front desk, they said they would send someone up to look at it. We waited over an hour and was told multiple times someone was on their way, but they weren't. We didn't want to sit in the room for an hour, we just got to Key West and wanted to explore, not sit in our room waiting for maintenance. It's the little things that matter, like everything in the room working, the clock being set to the correct time, quality toilet paper (not the cheapest 1 ply available) staff being friendly, maybe even asking how your stay was when you check out, you know the little things that really matter to a guest!
I get it that it's Key West and the prices are high around this time, but show your guests you care and you would like to see them again, I think this could be a great hotel with some major management improvements and staff training! Maybe send your staff to the Ritz Carlton Training, make sure everything in the room works and buy some quality towels and toilet paper and then you can charge the prices you charge!

Stayed here for two nights. The room was reasonably clean but they must not want to do any extra laundry or trash. They took everything we used but did not replenish anything. The doors all open to the outside so anyone can get to your room if you are worried about safety. The walls were pretty thin so we could hear everything outside and our drunk neighbors who were very loud at night. The upgrade to premium room puts you on the road side so you hear all the traffic. Keep your pool view. The pool and pool bar were great. You can use amenities next door so that was nice and the shuttle to downtown was very convenient to not deal with parking.

Free shuttle to and from Key West was super convenient. Pool area is extremely spacious, the bartenders make great drinks, and the grounds are lovely! Rooms are also spacious and very clean. We were never awakened with noise from above or below us and we were on the 3rd floor of the 5 floor hotel. It is the staff that make this place stand out the most among other hotels. Managers, Christian and Ariel, checked on us frequently through texts and responded immediately with answers. Rose was outstanding at check in. She and others helped us schedule our shuttle rides. Dea at the concierge desk went above and beyond to help us and provided several coupons for our trips into downtown. The room-keeping staff was also amazing in that the response for towels or other requests was quick! We look forward to returning in six months or less!

we paid 399.00 per night,it was supposed to be an ocean front view with a balcony,well the balcony was a common walk way with no chairs or really any where to sit if there was one(not private)everyone walking to there room or the elevator would have to step over you if you did find a chair,the room was small and had a musty smokey order.the room looked like it needed a paint job badly.the fridge was not working,the ice machine on our floor was broken. we arrived at 12pm and our room was not ready,we sat in the lobby waiting for our room for 3-1/2 hrs.we were told we would be on the same floor as my son who was there getting married.after 3-1/2 hrs we were given a room on the 5th floor my son was on the 6th.the next day the cleaning service was there at 830 am,we asked how come we had to wait until 330 the day before to check in,and were told the room was not ready but the day we are staying in the room they wanted to clean it at 830 am?????the nose tissue was never replaced,the ice bucket that they have in the room is a box with a plastic bag in it,it was never cleaned out or the water at least dumped out of it.the pool area had people from all over coming in and going,no one checked to see if they were a guest or not,as i sat there we were watching people from all over coming in to hang out with there guests or friends.very disappointed ,i travel alot and this hotel reminded me of a motel type of place from my childhood days staying in a roadside place at the shore...

No glaring bad spots, just average though. Our Premium Oceanview room had very little ocean view due to trees and a wall! Floors in room are extremely dirty and need a good cleaning. Our feet were black from just walking around in the room...mainly the carpet. Nice bar in the lobby and we didn't use the pool area at all. Cleaning staff can't seem to remember all they need to change/leave. We had to ask for something from check in to the day we left. It was just a small nuisance. The staff treated us well and were helpful. Bus transport to downtown was nice and Vacation Vinny is the driver you want! We still had a good time, would stay closer to downtown next time.

This hotel is a drive from downtown and has a complimentary shuttle that will take but only has one drop off/pick up point which is still a short walk to Duvall Street. The pool area is nice but needs more lounge chairs. Poolside bar has great food/drinks. Dimitri, the bartender makes a great Bloody Mary! Rooms are ok. Carpet needs cleaning and bathroom tile floor could use a scrub. The beds were very comfortable tho. The pictures on the website do not match what rooms look like. Our room was on the pool side of the hotel. Much quieter on that side. The front of the hotel, which is the “ocean view” faces a very busy and noisy street. Horns, sirens and loud cars all night long. Beware. The grounds of the hotel were clean and nicely manicured. There are many chickens that roam the property (it is Key West) that will make noise all night long. They did keep me up a couple nights. Bonus....Starbucks attached to the hotel. Great coffee every morning! I’d give this hotel a 3 to 3.5 star rating.

Nice pool, good shuttle to downtown and a busy Starbucks, , but poor service and a room that needed maintainence. For approximately $547 a night (with tax and “resort fee”) this hotel really should have better service and be updated.
We arrived at the hotel several days before Presidents Day for a seven night stay. On arrival, we saw a nice lobby and pool. The hotel is a “remodeled “1960s style building with no balcony and all rooms accessible from an outdoor walkway. There was no one to help with our luggage.Our ocean view room was the same as our friends standard with 2 double beds, with a stained carpet and stained and worn easy chair. The sink drain pop up did not close, in fact the handle came apart when I attempted to do so. The bathroom vent was slightly askew from the ceiling; the shower was always lukewarm instead of hot.
On arrival we were told that rooms would only be serviced every 3 days, but we could ask for towels at the desk. This was not what we expected for $547 a night, and towels were not always delivered when requested. On day 3 our room was not serviced. We informed the front desk and were told that this would be reported and we would get service the next day. To be sure that this occurred, I went back the following morning and reminded the front desk attendant who again made note. We returned at 8:30 pm from a long day downtown to a room that had not been touched. I returned to the front desk to review our requests over two days, and the night manager arranged for the night housekeeper, Melinda to clean our room while we waited downstairs. The manager said she was their best housekeeper, and indeed she was. She did a very nice job, a job that should have been completed the day before by the day housekeepers. (Our resort fee was refunded for 4 days of our 7 day stay to compensate us, which was appreciated). Note: the night before we were to leave, day 6, our rooms were cleaned for the second time.
The best part of this stay was the access to the 3 other hotels in the “Keys Collection.” The hotel was booked during last 3 days of our 1 week stay and the pool chairs were all full. One day we were able to sit at the adjoining Gates pool and the following day walk to the Hilton Garden Inn pool.
After returning home that night, I realized items of clothing were left in our hotel room. I immediately notified the hotel, and the website they directed me to, about the loss. I received no response. (Apparently, and ironically, the rooms were well cleaned on the afternoon we left).

No,it's across the street to water not a beach. Definitely a low end place.
