We enjoyed a very comfortable stay at this Key West location. Check-in/out was quick and friendly, beds were comfy, place was clean, and we had everything we needed at our disposal. We really felt a lot more comfortable with the extra steps they were taking to ensure everyone was safe. We especially appreciated the hand sanitizer at the elevators and it’s one person or one family at a time rule. We also appreciated the alcohol wipes in our room. There was a half capacity rule at the pool which wasn’t being followed on our last day so we got out. It’s supposed to be 25 max but pretty quickly it became 40! Everyone pretty much stayed socially distant (there were lots of families) but it just didn’t feel right for us. On all other days there were hardly 20 people.
Wifi was reliable, parking is free, all rooms have a big lanai/balcony, and a great view of the water. The only downside to this location is that it’s right behind the small airport so if you’re outside you will definitely hear it. When we were in our rooms it was hardly noticeable.

We were in town for my son's wedding and we rented this unit to allow my daughter to stay with us as well! What a surprise that this property ended up to be! The Master BR has an amazing bathroom with a whirlpool tub and a large stand up shower, completely at the opposite side of the other Bedroom. The unit itself is large with a large kitchen, that allowed us to host 2 Breakfasts with little need for anything but the groceries. It also had an amazing screened in patio.
They also have a private beach and a fabulous pool. Several events were planned for the week, that we did not participate in due to our wedding plans, but there were several people that did as our room faced the pool. The service at check-in was amazing. It was only a short drive from Duval and when we did use an UBER service, it was usually only a 5 minute wait. We will definitely visit here again!

We stayed here for a week and thought the resort was well located if you have a car (as we did) or are willing to pay for cab or uber as we saw many pickups and dropoffs during our stay. The resort is beautifully maintained outside and our 2 bedroom unit was very spacious with a view of the ocean from our deck/porch area. There was a gentle breeze most of the time which may have helped with the noseeums and mesquitos. Lovely pool too.
Our King bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. We had a microwave/ convection combination oven and an instruction manual for this would have been helpful as we did not have a conventional oven and had no clue as to how to use it. We didn't set off any alarms LOL, but we did eat a cold meal one night! Our unit was ADA handicapped with one shower of the 2 we had with grab bars. Getting the shower seat for my hasband was a bit of a challenge the first night but eventually we did get it, and it was great. We also had a full washer and dryer in the unit.
They wanted us to go on a tour but we are Diamond Members and have more vacation time than what we already can use, so after 2 firm " No Thank You's " they left us alone .
All in all, we had a great time in Key West, very quiet resort with only a few children at this time of the year, and the planes and jets from the airport (which is very close) kept things interesting. If we go to KW again we would definitely stay here and would recommend to others.

Once again Marcia and I are staying at Windwarde Pointe in Key West. Only one way to describe this property and its staff- Amazing. We have been coming here every January for about ten years and it feels like home. Atif the general manager has really done a wonderful job ensuring that every guest is treated in a special way. All the staff is friendly and accommodating. We look forward each year to seeing some familiar faces like Germaine and Miguel to mention a couple. Rooms are always clean and the housekeeping staff is especially attentive to all of our needs. if there is something minor that needs attention the staff is on it immediately. I recommend this place if you want a truly relaxing vacation with special treatment. Concierges are always helpful in getting good deals with local vendors.

Lovely tropical ambiance, friendly staff, super infinity pool overlooking the ocean, lovely rooms with large balconies. If you have kids, lots of pool music and game activities If you’d rather enjoy peace and quiet , you might stay somewhere else that’s more adult friendly. When this tropical, beautiful establishment abolishes cigarette smoking allowed on its premises I will rate this a 5!

Pros: great pool with nearby cabana serving food & drinks. Np if you want to save a few bucks and BYOB to the pool. Plenty of beach chairs and room in the pool. Ubers/Lyfts are plentiful and never had to wait more than a couple mins to get picked up. About 15m ride to the other end of the island (Duval St etc) and usually around $20 a ride with Lyft. Decided this was better option than renting a car or golf cart (can be a bit pricey and no easier to find parking spots than a car) or a scooter. Resort is family friendly but not a lot of kids when we were there. Our bedroom and bathroom were very nice and comfortable. Kitchen was quirky. Nice big balcony. I thought the staff were great.

The property is literally adjacent to the airport. Climb over fence and you're on tarmac. I can't recall hearing them at all from my unit and we were on airport side of property. Resort is on opposite end of island from all the action. As mentioned we found it VERY easy to catch an uber/Lyft.
Overall, it's a very nice property though the price is a reflection of the high cost of Key West as opposed to this being a 5-star resort.

Family stay during the pandemic. Great accommodation and facilities. The hotel was around 50% occupancy so lots of space and probably only about 15 people in the pool area maximum at any time. Great view and everything close by. Only comment would be that the pool lights could be turned off when pool closed at night. You have a telescope in each room to view the sky but with the pool lights still bright, it ruins the night view. Other than that the family was happy and very comfortable. Will return for sure.

We exchanged our Hyatt timeshare in Beaver Creek CO. for the sun and warmth of Key West and we could not have been happier. The property is amazing. Lush tropical landscaping, that is manicured to perfection and a beautiful spacious pool with surrounding lounge chairs. Our unit was on the 3rd floor facing the ocean and the balcony was huge with a dining table and chairs and a rocker and comfortable chair. The unit was so clean with every amenity you would need down to a blender and wine glasses. The elevators were always quick and the Pool snack bar was a huge plus. It is in walking distance to 2 wonderful restaurants. Though close to the airport, the noise was not bothersome. We enjoyed watching the fighter jets from the near by naval air station zipping by.
The resort far exceeded our expectations, I am sure because of the fine management team. We can"t wait till we come back again.

This is a lovely overall well-maintained property. However, we have had an issue with getting our rooms cleaned in a timely manner. Service only operates between 10 am and 4 pm. We had early dinner reservations and returned to our room around 3 to shower. We were hoping it would have been cleaned by that time. We waited until almost 4 then jumped in shower. Well housekeeping came at 3;50. We asked them to wait for 15 minutes so we could finish showers. They said no; they had to leave by 4. How anyone could expect them to change sheets, clean bathrooms and vacuum in 10 minutes is a mystery. They handed us clean towels and left. I called the front desk and was told we could schedule cleaning for tomorrow. One would expect a higher level of service. Marriott, the new owner, I hope you are reading!

This was one of the most relaxing vacations that I’ve had in a long time. The resort was beautiful. The kitchen is fully equipped, the bedrooms and bathrooms are both very nice. We enjoyed the living room and dining room and especially the large balcony with table, chairs and even a rocking chair. The pool was nice and so relaxing. We needed a wheelchair for some of the places we were going . I called ahead and they were able to connect me with a company who delivered the wheelchair when we arrived and picked it up when we left. We will definitely be back!
