I bolded the title to get your attention. There is NO KID SPLASH PAD at this hotel any more. It was removed several years ago. Outside of that, the hotel service and staff was great. Very helpful and polite. The hotel itself is starting to show its age. But overall, very clean. Breakfast was great too. The staff kept the food well supplied. The pool is a little small for the number of people the hotel can accommodate. The staff struggles to keep the sand out of the pool and pool area. The kiddy splash area was replaced by a very very very large tiki bar. Food was ok. Bar food. Eat here only if you really have to . . . you can get a better meal somewhere outside the hotel. Just my suggestion. Finally, access to the beach is right at the back of the pool, down a flight of stairs. The beach is clean. You can rent an umbrella and two lounge chairs all day for a reasonable price ($40 when we were there June 2022) We would stay here again, but not with small children.

Hotel's Favourite
This is our 6th stay in 5 years at this hotel. We always enjoys our stays here but after staying at 5 Hampton Inns in the past 2 weeks, we realize why we love the staff at this hotel. Everyone is so friendly from the moment you step foot in the door with reception to the housekeepers, maintenance and breakfast personnel. They are all friendly, appear to really enjoy their jobs and make you feel like you are welcome. They also do an impeccable job of keeping the property clean. They are right on the beach with sand and water constantly being tracked in but you would not know that as someone is constantly maintaining the floors. The rooms are nice, the A/C works great. This is our favorite hotel and we will definitely return next summer if not sooner. Thanks for helping us end our 2 week road trip with a perfect, relaxing stay on the beach.

Good breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff and full ocean view room with a balcony. The room felt a little tight but the ocean view was beautiful and worth it. We were only there one evening but the pool was clean and the tiki hut was cute. If our plane hadn't been late we would have been in the tiki hut.

The prior reviews are spot on regarding the service at this hotel. If you read otherwise then question that review. Seriously! Front desk Matt went above and beyond when he found out we were traveling with two teens (one with a birthday that’s why we were staying). He messaged me about additional items we could use before we arrived. It’s two girls…I just needed extra towels. Upon checkin, we arrived early but front desk Naomi assured us we could park and utilize the pool, tiki and beach access until our room was ready. The staff all around the hotel were all busy keeping the premises clean and tidy. Zac, Mike and another bartender at the tiki were attentive ti all guests as well as the public who could use the tiki. Our girls ordered the chicken tenders and French fries. They probably found have shared one. We did not order already knowing the girls would not eat their entire meal. We chose the suite with two queen beds and a separate living area. Well worth the additional space. This allowed the girls their area and us our area. PLUS both rooms were on their own AC!!! The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. Matt had told us we would not have the ocean view but street view. We were ok with that. Our room remained dark in the morning while sleeping in. The ocean view room had direct sunlight. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. I am not a fan of green peppers or cheese so the western omelette did not appeal to me. The kids and husband of course love the hot waffles. There were plenty of options for fruit and yogurt too. The only critique I have is the coffee…I need a more flavorful coffee…perhaps a dark or medium brew vs the light brew they had out. The pool and hot tub clean and ample chairs. Easy beach access. Honestly I can see why people state they come back to this hotel. It’s smaller, family friendly, and easy beach access. We are locals and truly enjoyed this staycation! Thank you for an enjoyable birthday for our daughter!!!

I came to Daytona for my 50th birthday and I was not disappointed. When we first arrived, they were out of luggage carts, so we decided to just make several trips to bring everything into the hotel. Mike D was not having this, and ran me out the first cart that came back! He showed true Hamptonality! Another employee who also shows her Hamptonality is Megan! They both made me feel so at home, and like they've known me all my life. Megan even gave me a birthday present! You could really tell the difference when they were not on shift. They are superstars!

Nice location, uncomfortable beds and bathrooms need updating. Called the front desk for coffee cups they told me to come get them in the lobby. As a hilton diamond member they should be a little more helpful, hilton should have picked a better chain.

Stayed here for a week in March and really enjoyed it. Margaret at check in was very nice ,answered all our questions and just very friendly. Our room was large,clean and comfortable. It was the tail end of bike week but the room was quiet at night.Great view of the ocean so we sat on the balcony a few times at night to enjoy the view. The pool area was very nice,plenty of chairs and a small hot tub. Also a tiki bar right next to it.Our grandchildren live here and we asked if it was a problem if they came over swimming and it was not a problem. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a group of 11 with 5 kids and 6 adults! Everything was amazing from the clean rooms, ocean view to the breakfast. The tiki bar was wonderful and the pool area made our trip. This will be our new Daytona hotel every year we visit!
