my family, and i stayed here a few weeks ago. We loved it! Max at check in was awesome. Also James, the maintenance guy, he went out of his way to ensure the kids had pool toys etc.. We really enjoyed everything about this hotel. The breakfast too, the grab and go items were very pleasing.

Very loud parties in the parking lot next door and the hotel management says they can’t do anything and won’t call in a complaint. If they aren’t going to advocate for their guests’ ability to sleep, why bother staying here. If you do have to stay here, get a room facing away from the Bahama Breeze restaurant.

Thank you for sharing your experience, I am sorry to hear that the noise from nearby lots impacted your overall stay. Jeep week in Daytona can bring a lot of activity, noise and increased demand to the local area. Rest assured, we do work diligently with our neighbors to ensure we have the right environment for our valued guests. Our adjacent Volusia Mall does have 24/7 security that patrols those lots and would promptly address those type of disturbances when encountered. I am sorry that was not executed on by that team. I will definitely ensure all my team members know the proper numbers to call if situations like that arise again down the line. We certainly thank you for your patience and understanding and look forward to providing a more relaxing and memorable stay down the line.

This hotel may be comfortable, quiet, a great location, and super easy to check in and out of; however, IT WAS NOT CLEAN! Upon checking in, there was a huge lethargic rat walking from the basketball court to the pool area. Management was informed of this situation upon check- in. Luggage carts were hard to find....we were told at check-in that there were only two carts.....by sure luck there was a cart in the hallway when we got to our room to just check the out. Oh snap, you could feel the grime all over the metal areas of the luggage cart. Food crumbs were on the flood & carpet throughout the our room. Someone else's dental floss was on the carpet along with staples scattered around the desk area. The desk chair and head board had God knows what on them. The bath tub area really needs to be scrubbed and updated! There was so much mold growing under the huge amount of caulking it made the hair on our body stand up!! Looked like a few mold spots on the ceiling above the shower area. We really hated the fact that someone else's hair was in the shower before we even stepped foot into it. The bottom of the hand rail (handi-cap bar) in the shower area was completely unfastened to the old tiled shower wall. The kitchen fridge still had others food partials throughout it. One of the stove top knobs were broken off/no worries because we didn't cook anything. Microwave could use a good scrub down. Complementary breakfast on both days were cold (what little food in the hot trays that were out) and greasy. Coffee creamer in the room & down stairs at the coffee station revealed curdled individual creamers. No daily maid service. If you want service, you have to request that service 24 hours in advance....SAY WHAT !? So, food for thought if you want those amenities that you pay for then request that maid service right when you check in!! Being retired for many many years before this, we've stayed at Hilton properties and never ever experienced a stay like this. It's a shame that the Hilton brand would let this hotel go unchecked like this. We will definitely avoid this property it the future! …

Just an overnight this time, but clean, efficient, pleasant suite. Almost across from Speedway and lots of good eats. Montrey Grill and Malibu Beach are our favorites. Dillards provides shopping not found in the Northeast.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and well appointed. One of the best gyms in a hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable as was the bed. Nice little kitchenette. Clean bathroom and great water pressure in the shower. Right across for the Speedway so plenty of food options and every store you can think of right there. Very good breakfast int he morning and well stocked. Look forward for sure to staying here again on my next visit in the area.

I had a great stay. There were no issues. The room was clean. There were notifications to inform me of the sanitizing that had taken place. I felt comfortable. I would highly recommend this location. It’s very convenient to the popular restaurants.

So appreciative that this hotel takes dog. The suite with kitchen is perfect for family trip. My review was not 5 due to the poor clean floors in the room. I bought clorox and scrubbed the kitchen and bathroom floor.

I was welcomed by the service desk personnel Stacy whom was wonderful. My room smelled like cigarette smoke every two hours along with the bathroom vent which had mold & dusty inside & outside. The breakfast was okay but not fresh. There only selection is water which I do not drink purified water. Other than that, my visit was pretty good.

We have a strict no smoking policy at our property which when abused is addressed appropriately. I am sorry to hear another persons action impacted your stay experience.
