Drinks in the Yatch clubs room are complementary, my room is always clean from the cleaning crew, they paid high attention to details，even folded my clothes that I laid out on the chair, and reorganized my shoes that was everywhere on the floor. Always make sure to exchange fresh towels. The amenities was great too. They also provide clean towels near the beach, shuttle bus to take you back to the hotel, and fresh drinking water everywhere I walk around the resort to keep me from dehydrated.

We stayed at the gorgeous Boca Raton yacht club for one night. We booked it through the platinum travel with our American Express card, which allowed us to get a 12 noon check in and a 4 PM guaranteed late check out. The entire experience was completely stellar. From the check in to the check out, they think of everything at the Boca Raton club. Every space is gorgeous- every amenity, thoughtful and well executed.

We stayed in the Lake View Premier One Bedroom Suite + Balcony for four nights. We were upgraded as part of the Golden Escape offer at $3 thousand per night.
The Yacht Club property is far and away the nicest of the four hotels currently open at The Boca Raton. Quiet, recently renovated, smartly positioned and adorned, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
As a guest at the 'adult only' Yacht Club, you are welcomed to enjoy the pool and amenities at the Spa Palmera which is an oasis of splendor and relaxation.
I would caution viewers to seriously investigate The Cloister (portion of The Boca) before booking. Unless deep discounts are being offered, you will be surprised at the level of construction, painting and noise which currently abounds. The front grande entrance is, presently, visually unappealing with roughed-in fountain and palm tree bracing.
Overall, a very nice escape at the Yacht Club which one would guess will only improve as the renovations are completed and staff gain experience.

As someone who values cleanliness, genuine service, and privacy, my recent stay at The Boca Raton Yacht Club left me thoroughly disappointed and dissatisfied. This establishment, often touted for its poshness and luxury, fails miserably in delivering even the most basic standards expected of a reputable hotel.
Upon arrival, any semblance of luxury quickly dissipated as I was greeted by lackluster service and an atmosphere of disorganization. The facade of poshness merely camouflages the evident shortcomings of this establishment.
The state of the rooms was nothing short of appalling. Filth adorned every surface, making it abundantly clear that cleanliness is not a priority for The Boca Raton. The disregard for hygiene is inexcusable and left me feeling uncomfortable throughout my stay. The sheets smelled moldy.
Moreover, the service was not only lacking but also insincere. Staff members projected a phony attitude, failing to provide genuine hospitality or address concerns adequately. Their incompetence reached a new low when they entered my room without so much as a knock at the ungodly hour (for a relaxing vacation) of 8 AM , invading what little privacy I had left.
In conclusion, I strongly advise against patronizing The Boca Raton. Its overrated status does not reflect the reality of its subpar accommodations and service. Save yourself the frustration and seek lodging elsewhere, where your comfort, cleanliness, and privacy are respected.

A good experience. Menu needs some flexibility, $40.00 for 4 eggs before additional service charges. The staff is trained to be overly courteous and they promise a lot, although there is some housekeeping details that need improvement. We would leave for hours and come back and the room was not made up yet.

While this place is pricey, it is well worth the cost. The properties are beautiful and the staff is attentive and responsive. We stayed in the Yacht Club, which was excellent. Little amenities that make all the difference--sumptuous sheets and towels, complementary flip flops, a butler to attend to every need, a concierge who contacts you before your stay to handle questions and reservations. We had a wonderful stay.

We stayed at The (all adults) Yaght Club section and were very impressed with our stay. Our Jr suite overlooking the waterway was a nice size & had a big balcony along with a very comfy bed, 2 bathrooms, a soaking tub & everything eles you would need! The butler was a nice touch but would usually just speak with the front desk to relay our needs that were passed along for dinner reservations, spa ect...It was quiet and very relaxing as no kids running down the halls or, crying babies so you could sleep in. The breakfast included at Flybridge was really lovely and something we looked forward to along with a beautiful view .The spa access also included is heavenly and a must for couples wanting to destress. It was nice to be able to get around to other sections of the resort complex by water taxi, shuttle or walking. All are beautiful and would definitely come back with our daughter and stay at the Beach Club or Cloister. They offer kids clubs, beach & pool service which is so great when doing a family vacation. Our favorite restraunt for lunch was Harborside & Marisal . Dinner was Flamingo Grill ( amazing Steak & honey margaritas) & the Italian restaurant had fabulous pasta ( sorry can't think of the name) The tempura shrimp & ChocolateBomb dessert at the Japanese restaurant was also very good.

This is our new favorite hotel in the Ft. Lauderdale area. It is like a private country club that has several hotels on property. So, only Members and Hotel Guests can use the facilities (spa, restaurants, fitness center, racquet club, golf, etc. We stayed in the Yacht Club (adults only) and loved the room and balcony with comfy chairs. The air conditioning worked great. We also enjoyed the lovely breakfast buffet that was included. You also have access to the spa facilities at no additional cost (steam room, sauna, whirlpool, adult only pool, inhalation room). I took a few classes at the fitness center that were really good. Can't wait to go back!

From the moment the valet opened our car door for us we were treated to impeccable service. The yacht club is truly a great place to stay. Beautifully appointed suites with furnished balconies and views of the water and yachts. We had 24 hour concierge and butler service, housekeeping and turn down service. In room dining plus great Recommendations for dining at any of the amazing restaurants on site and reservations were quickly made for us. We enjoyed relaxing at the beach club, the pools, and time at their award winning spa. Everywhere we went we were treated like royalty. Go and prepare to be spoiled.

Beautiful and elegant. The staff is top notch, the food is beyond expectation. The chef is creative and the presentation is always amazing. The grounds are impeccable, the internal staff is always attentive and never over bearing. The pool staff exceeds expectations.
