As a party of 28 we stayed at this amazing hotel for a week, check in was fast, the front desk staff were friendly, welcoming & made our stay perfect, we couldn't fault them. Our rooms were clean & very comfortable with fantastic views, the bathroom was spacious with a rain shower nd bath. Clean towels were daily & the laundry service which was a must for our uniforms was affordable with same day service. We had breakfast each morning in the restaurant & most days an evening meal followed by drinks from the bar, all the staff here were lovely nd got to know us, we had guitarists with us and the staff had no objection to us having an Irish session 🇮🇪💚🇺🇲 We absolutely can't wait to see u all again next year guys, You all went above nd beyond for us Irish Veterans

Until July, 2023, I had driven in all lower 48 states EXCEPT Delaware. Made a road trip from Kentucky to add Delaware to my list. Started in New Jersey, ferry ride to south Delaware and into Maryland. Turned around and drove the entire state in a very short afternoon. Arrived in Wilmington in time celebrate the 4th of July on the Riverwalk. This Hotel is in a great location, directly across from the minor league baseball park. Very short walk to the Riverwalk area. Hotel staff denied having a double room available. Returned to the car and booked a double room online. That seemed to aggravate the front desk worker. Nice coffee shop in lobby. Room was appropriate and comfortable. The July 4 fireworks were well presented and heavily attended. We arrived about an hour before to insure a good view. The event was worth the wait. Be sure to eat before you go as nothing in Wilmington seemed to be open after the fireworks. Stay close to the Riverwalk and the hotel after dark. DO NOT travel toward downtown at night. We (father and adult son) made that mistake and did not feel very safe despite the host of police presence that were guiding traffic after the baseball game and fireworks ended. As for the rest of Wilmington, unless you have business there, you really have no reason to ever go to that city. Very nice historical sites south of Wilmington such as Dover City (civil war site Fort Delaware) and New Castle.

Hotel is TIRED! One elevator broken, sink wouldn’t drain, shower not hot, walls were paper thin and room was next to the janitor closet so there was noise ALL Day and night. I’ll try my luck at Hyatt next time even though I’m a BONVOY GOLD. I will say the staff was great and honestly seemed to be trying their best given the sad state of the hotel.

I just wanted to give a special thanks to the manager at the Wilmington Westin,Amy. I was taking my mother out but everywhere was over crowded and overbooked . When I called ,Amy had answered the phone and. She welcomed my mother and I to come eat there. She personally waited on us and made our experience very professional .My mother said she was super nice especially when she gave her a desert on her. I don’t know who reads this ,but if chance Amy does,Thank you again,I will be coming back .,

Amy was awesome. Her professionalism and helping customers with their needs. I watched her improvise when out of stock to still meet the customers needs. More importantly she was pleasant to chat with.

Stayed at the Westin Wilmington this week for a company meeting and had to write a review regarding the service that I received from the Manager Amy and the Bell Hop Danny. Upon arriving back to room from dinner one evening I realized that my card key would not let me in my room. To make a long story shorter, the battery in the key sensor on the door died and would not let me back in the room (a first for me). The night engineer had to charge the battery manually to allow the door to open long enough to let me back in. Unfortunately the process to replace the dead battery turned out to be more of a task than expected due to the stripped screws on the door pad so I had to be moved to another room after waiting for a quite a while. Amy was so nice and accommodating during this entire process. She provided me with snacks and offered me reward points due to the inconvenience. Danny was nice enough to take my baggage to my new room and was very helpful. Thank you Westin Wilmington for making me feel like a queen during this experience.

Second time we've stayed here, and it was great both times. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We got an upgrade to a suite, which was large and quiet. We arrived late, and normally wouldn't eat at a hotel restaurant, but we were so tired we decided to give it a try. The food was fresh, tasty and delicious, and our server could not have been more accommodating. The location is excellent if you like walking - it is next to a riverwalk that is beautiful and goes on forever. Overall, another great experience here.

Very nice hotel. Most importantly all staff we interacted with, including the wonderful front desk staff, were superb. I highly enjoyed my one night stay at this hotel. In a quiet area next to Blue Rocks MuLB stadium and a large event center. Ample parking for free in lots and nice room. I highly recommend this Marriott hotel! 👏

Went for a wedding and it was amazing! Service and Food were just wonderful! But I can’t forget that after dancing all night and a couple incredible cocktails I got pleasure to go to such a clean, classy and cold (love it during sleep) room. Don’t even get me started on the beds, just so comfortable!
