Where do I start... I stayed here for 3 nights in Oct. 2021 while on Safari. The staff are SO sweet! Cheney at the front desk is so helpful and Isaac and Emannuel in the dining room made my stay extra special! The rooms are spacious and there are lots of monkeys running around the property so there is always a free show while dining. A beautiful stream runs along the property so if you are lucky enough to get a room overlooking it (I was in River Frog #14) it was SO peaceful! The dining area is especially nice in the late afternoon (they play nice music and you can sit by the fire)

After a very long flight, staying at the Rivertrees was the best thing we could have done! We stayed three nights there and the site is just absolutely lovely, peaceful and refreshing, with that beautiful stream running by it! The cottages are beautifully done and spacious amidst a beautiful garden. Very relaxing! Africa Travel Resources 's recommendation.

We used Rivertrees as a resting place before starting our safari and as a stayover between camps. The setting is beautiful and relaxing. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Our wake up call was velvet monkeys playing on our roof and in the front yard. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and accomodating. The food in the restaurant was delicious. It was easy to arrange an activity on our free day (we went canoeing on lake Duluti). Covid precautions were taken seriously and everyone was masked. I would highly recommend this hotel when in the Arusha area

We came late by night by a 45mns drive from the airport. It was difficult to reach our room without having dinner. The room is inconvenient for people having difficulties to move and walk easily and there is a lack of convenient furnisher and clear windows. On the other hand the food of the restaurant is excellent.
