Stayed here for a week while I was in the area for work and had a good week long stay.
Very friendly, engaging and helpful staff from check in to checkout.
My room was great! Very spacious with a fully stocked kitchenette.complete with a full size fridge.The living/work area was much larger than what I could have hoed for or expected.
The bed room was large and the bed was nice and comfortable so I slept well all week.
The bathroom was nice and had a shower to die for. The best water pressure I think I've ever had in a hotel that had no issues and hot water that stayed hot from start to finish.
The breakfast staff was impressive as well constantly filling the hot bar item that were low or out and seemed to always be clearing tables for guests that had been waiting for a place to sit.
The happy hours sponsored by the hotel a couple of nights a week were a much welcomed way to unwind and meet new people or plan the next day at work with co-workers.
Job well done Marriott!!

Stayed here for a night on a family trip and wish we could have stayed longer! Residence Inns rank highly for me with large clean rooms, great breakfast options included in the room rate, free parking, and a well equipped roomy fitness center. In this case, I gave them a 5 star rating because of their front desk team member Rebecca who gave us exemplary customer service. Our family party had two rooms, Rebecca arranged to have us on the same floor and by last minute request when we checked in. She also provided an excellent reference for dinner, and lastly helped us obtain ice later that evening., all with a smile and professional demeanor. I would recommend this Residence Inn just based on their high level of physical plant and included amenities, Rebecca puts them at the top of the list for the terrific level of service.

Great location friendly and helpful staff, good place to park when hauling a trailer. Troy at the breakfast bar was especially helpful and the lady who checked us in and happily accommodated a room change due to highway noise. we also needed to park a car with a trailer in a safe location and this location worked out perfectly.

I'll start this review by stating that the hotel has refunded all of the fees we paid for our stay, but I still haven't received a return phone call from the manager to discuss these issues, so I'm posting it here hoping they take action to improve the property.

We arrived to check in on Thanksgiving Day at around 2:15pm. The employee working the front desk asked my name, started the check-in procedure and immediately told me that he only had one room available for me and it was on the first floor and handicapped accessible. Neither one of those things is necessarily bad, but I did make my reservation 2 months earlier. I asked if there were any other options, and he told me I could cancel my reservation and find somewhere else to stay if I wanted! I told him the room he had available would be fine and he rolled his eyes and completed the check-in. I figured that perhaps he was annoyed he had to work on a holiday.

We went to the room and to say we were shocked is an understatement. I've never seen such disrepair at a Marriott branded property. Our initial observations (torn stained carpets, dirty floors, bathroom that hasn't been updated in over 20 years) paled in comparison to when we opened the window shade. One of the window panes was shattered completely! I walked around outside on the walkway around the back of the building (remember this is a first floor room) and there was no glass on the ground around the window. This shows that the window was not broken that day. When I was back in the room and tried to open the window, pieces of glass started falling in the room!

As it was Thanksgiving, and I already knew there were no other rooms available on the property, we just stayed there for the one night and left the next morning.

In all of my travels, many at Marriott branded properties, I've never seen a room in such disrepair as this. It appeared as if no maintenance had been performed on this room in years.

I have stayed at this location in the past, but never again. Our room was dirty and needs maintenance and updates. The toilet seat was falling off, the seat itself was dirty,, with what appeared as either dry stool, or dry blood, I cleaned it myself when we got in the room. The couch cushions are torn. The king size bed is hard as a rock, we left in pain. The "sofa bed" is a joke that is not a bed it is a flimsy pad on top of a metal frame that is not usable at all. I requested bedding for the sofa bed, the sheets had blood stains all over them, no idea if they had been washed or not. No service for 4 days, thats ridiculous. I requested clean towels, and I was told, "If we have any", what do you mean "if we have any"? I received 2 new bath towels, yet my room originally had 4. The buffet breakfast also a joke. Pre-made pre-packaged food is not a buffet, fresh fruit options, apples, oranges, bananas. You are still using COVID as an excuse for poor food, poor customer service, poor maintenance of your facility, and a lack of overall cleanliness. At $300 plus a night you need to do better. We stayed at 2 other hotels on our 10 day trip, both had full buffet, daily room cleanings, fresh linens, and full service cleaning if requested. So what is your excuse? On a positive note they allowed me to check in 2 hours early.

It is troubling to read of the condition issues you experienced in your suite. We have a detailed room inspection process designed to catch issues such as the challenges you experienced. Additionally, our preventative maintenance program is designed to keep our rooms fresh and up to date. I will be reviewing each of these processes for improvements. I was also sorry to hear you were disappointed with the revised breakfast that Marriott rolled out at all their select-service brands and changes in housekeeping stayover service. Bad customer service. There was people a few rooms down from us blaring music and were doing something. The halls reeked of the bad smell so we went to the front desk. The man said he would check it out. Hours later nothing changed and they kept it going threw the night. Then, you had to make reservations for the pool which wasn’t an issue for us but the lady at the desk told us we couldn’t make reservations till 9am Bc it was booked. So at 8:45 we go down to make sure we’re first and apparently the lady told everyone else 8 they could make the reservations. For some reason she told us a later time.

I have not been this disappointed in a hotel in a long time. It was hard to tell from their website but it’s a different layout with separate buildings and not convenient to loading and unloading from your vehicle, especially if you have a rear facing entry.
Our room was a little rough with some broken door handles and beat up moldings.
I arrived with my grandchildren hoping to give them some time in the pool. We arrived just before 6:00 PM, and got into the pool about 6:15. After only five minutes we were informed that the pool was closed since it was only open from 10 to 5 each day. Since we are only there for one night we are limited to maybe an hour in the morning before we can check out. Of course my grandchildren were very disappointed.
So at least in the morning we look forward to what we expected to be a decent hotel breakfast. We should never have assumed that. First off, all the tables in the breakfast area had signs on them saying the area was closed on weekends. You either had to bring your food outside, where there was only one table available, or carry it back to your room, which was not right nearby. Then there was the food. No hot food on weekends either. They had some kind of prepackaged egg white sandwich for the microwave. A couple of bagels and English muffins and some cereal. Another disappointment.
All this and I paid more than double what I usually pay to stay at an Embassy suites where I can get my made to order breakfast on the weekends. I expected so much more from Marriott.

The staff here are really solid. Very nice and they try to do all they can to help problem solve.

The hotel itself is dated. It's clean but it feels musty. The interiors are very worn and the sofa beds are SO uncomfortable. Ventilation isn't great and it's hard to get a consistent temperature in the rooms. The breakfast is barely adequate. I found some shell in my eggs. The coffee is terrible. But the staff at breakfast is very, very nice!

If you get it at a really good price, it's worth it. But if you pay holiday rate prices, you will feel like you didn't get what you paid for.

This has been the best residence inn we have ever stayed in. The staff and Manager were amazing. They were so friendly and made sure whatever we needed we had. It started with the best customer service we received from April getting us into our room early. She was such a ray of sunshine. Whenever we passed an employee they were friendly checking in on us. The property was kept very clean, we saw the staff constantly cleaning vacuuming etc. pool was well maintained. This stay far exceeded my expectations and I can’t thank the hardworking employees enough. Thank you for making our trip so fabulous!!

I have stayed here a few times and have always enjoyed my stay. Unfortunately, this time my room was dirty - not sure sheets had been changed, hair on the sheets. We had requested a new comforter and never received one. (We had left for an event for the night and by the time we got back we did not want to call downstairs again) Luckily we had been shopping and had a brand new set of sheets in the car - we went to the car and made the bed with the new sheets so we could sleep without thinking about the dirty sheets. Not sure we will return.

Of course. Residence Inns are for often long term stays. I stayed in one for six months. Receiving packages and mail is no problem.

We stayed at Resident Inn Milford over the commencement weekend. Although everything was booked there was still parking to be found - even on the nights where we came back after 10pm. And it was hardly inconvenient, at most a 1 minute walk from our parking spot to the reception.

There are no patios. There is a larger area in the back of the grounds with chairs and a fire pit as I recall
