Recently spent two nights in a beautifully renovated room overlooking the mountains! Everything about my stay was exceptional! Each and every staff interaction was personal and professional. I have stayed at other properties in and around Vail and in my opinion, this is by far the best one! I can not wait to return!

Great location on the heart of Vail. They are going thru a huge renovation and the new rooms look amazing, we stayed on the old decor rooms but still they are great with a beautiful chimney, huge bathroom and our room had stunning views. So cozy and romantic. Service at the bars and restaurants is great, just like at front desk. Rooms and bathroom always clean and ready. The resort is just stunning and the pool area is beautiful. We really enjoyed the Spa area and dips on the salt water whirlpool. Massages are a bit pricey but it is a luxury hotel and the massages are well worth it! We stayed in October 2020

I never feel compelled to write reviews of the properties we stay at (and in fact am using my daughter's account for this since I don't have one myself) but wanted to let anyone considering a stay here just how extraordinary ours was. My husband, daughter, my daughter's friend, and I stayed several nights over New Years and were absolutely blown away by the property, amenities, and impeccable service. Not a single detail was overlooked - in particular, we loved the spa facilities (much-needed after a day on the slopes) and the incredible staff helping out skiers/snowboarders. You can literally rent and get fitted for all your gear in the hotel itself, and they'll take care of transporting you along with all of your equipment to the base of whichever slope you want to ski out of that day. The Ski Lodge they have too was amazing - before departing on their complimentary shuttles to the lifts, you can get ready at the lodge with free coffee, tea, and snacks. It was our daughter's friend's first time skiing, and the staff at the Lodge even assisted with helping her put on her boots. In general, every single staff member was so kind and went above and beyond to make us comfortable and happy during our stay. The entire resort was great with COVID - as with most Four Seasons properties, everything was extremely clean, and even in the spa (which was open at the time of our stay) we saw so many staff members constantly cleaning. Whenever I left an area of the spa I noticed a staff member immediately came out of nowhere to clean it. While this was our first time in Vail and we haven't stayed at other properties in the town, I think it speaks a lot for the Four Seasons when we say we have absolutely no interest in considering other Vail hotels/resorts if we return in the future. Will absolutely not hesitate to book the FS Vail for future ski seasons.

We recently visited Vail for our sons 10th birthday! He wanted snow and Vail delivered. The property was well situated to the 3 main ski hubs and the staff was so courteous to not only my husband and to myself but also to our kiddos! They made them feel welcome where some other high end resorts can make kids feel that they are an annoyance. Our boys loved the kids size robes and the special gift that they received upon check in! We were Upgraded to a 1 bedroom suite and that made for a very comfortable sleeping experience for the entire family! The car service was amazing and I highly suggest downloading the app so that you are able to communicate w the resort and it really speeds response time up. Kiddo tip, stop at a Target on your way from Denver and pick up sleds and snowman gear! We made an entire day of entertainment out of those activities! The Four Seasons is famous for their hot chocolate and the experience did not disappoint!!! Additional thoughts: Bully Ranch was highly rated for kids... skip it and opt for a local favorite called Bart and Yeti’s instead!!!

The hotel was very clean and we felt safe in the pandemic... routine temp checks and masks required... but the Mountain View suite is more of a side view. The hotel is a horseshoe shape; therefore the restaurant is set up for great views... just expect the difference.
