I can’t speak highly enough for my group and I’s experience at the Highline Hotel in Vail this week. The access to skiing was awesome and the hot tub + heated pool after a full day of skiing was great, but the service by the staff was what really stood out the most. We were treated very well from the moment we checked in by everyone we met. The entire staff was incredible but Sergio, at the bar / restaurant in the lobby, was great. He made excellent drinks, very funny, kept the bar open a little late for us the night we got in and served us up a few excellent dinners. Rachel from the front desk was amazing as well. Always very polite, answered all of our questions, made us feel valued and gave us a room upgrade when one became available that really put the cherry on top of our stay. The shuttles were great! So convenient and very well ran. We took shuttles to/from the mountain each day and they even ran into the evening to take us into town and back one night. All of the drivers were great. (The only names I caught were Nick and Harry, but again, the whole crew was awesome). The hotel also offered storage for skis/boards right next to the shuttle area so it really made that whole process a lot easier! The cleaning crew was amazing and the place was always spotless. They even folded our clothes, tied our charging cords / headphones nicely, and organized our loose items on the dressers making packing a breeze! I had never seen that before and can’t thank them enough. Our group was three 27-year old guys and not the easiest to clean up after but they went above and beyond and hope they know they are appreciated although I do not have their names. Overall, a 10/10 stay that I would recommend to anyone. If I’m fortunate enough to return to Vail for another ski trip, I know where I would stay!

Hotel's Favourite
There are a plethora of hotel choices in the Vail area, but I landed on this one, as I'm a Diamond member from Hilton. Natalie, an employee made this stay worth a 5 star stay by simply honoring my Diamond status and giving me an insanely nice upgrade. It's arguably the best upgrade I've gotten from a Hilton property. It doesn't stop there. The room, a loft suite, was flawless. Rachel, an employee, was extremely helpful on the day of my arrival. The entire staff here is really special. But this hotel is very modern and very nice as well. This is a no doubt gem in midst of a lot of choices in the area. For the money, it cannot be beat. You won't be disappointed.

I wish I could rate this hotel as 10 stars! From the moment we walked in, it was breathtaking. There was a beautiful and expansive fireplace covering almost the entire lobby. There was plenty of socially distanced seating available and the lodge-style feel with a modern touch was the perfect blend to highlight our stay in Vail. The breakfast and dinner options were awesome and the omelet I got from the breakfast restaurant still makes my mouth water. My now fiancé also surprised me with a proposal while we were staying here and the staff decorated our room with beautiful hearts and valentines decorations. Jasper and Rachel went above and beyond in our room, which was amazing with an outdoor balcony and 2-story loft style room orientation. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. We will absolutely stay here again when we inevitably go back to the magical and gorgeous city of Vail. Thank you so much to the staff!

We’ve stayed here on prior occasions and have been very satisfied with the property. On this stay, the pool water was dirty and smelled, the pool area was dirty with empty glasses and trash around the hot tub and the hallway smelled of marijuana every day. Shuttle was on time and drivers were friendly but they were not wearing masks or requiring riders to wear masks. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful, as always. Would be nice to have easier way to get extra toiletries or towels with the changes in housekeeping services. Was our favorite place in vail to stay but I don’t know that we will return in the future.

My bartender, Broc, was the best. The atmosphere here is amazing. The fireplace is gorgeous. Plus they have great TVs for football. I had the best Old Fashioned ever. Highly recommend. This is where I will be coming to watch all playoff games!
