Stayed at this great hotel for 5 nights in October. The room was absolutely lovely, loads of space, well appointed, WiFi was good but only free for 48 hours which felt a tiny bit mean. The pool area on the roof was lovely, always a sun comfy lounger available after your trek around the nearby Hollywood hills. Help yourself towels, buzzer to call the staff for drinks and to order great food, water dispenser and a lovely touch was the 6pm social hour with a couple of glasses of complimentary wine to encourage you to chat with other guests-who were mostly from the creative sector and lovely warm interesting people. Only gripes were there were no coffee making facilities in the room and the kitchen cabinets containing cutlery etc were locked and you had to ask for a key to get access. If you want to feel like you have your own little Hollywood apartment and live like a native Angelino for a few days - stay here.

LightPacker756356, thank you for choosing to stay with us during your trip to West Hollywood. Not sure where the miscommunication was with regard to internet service, but we provide WiFi during your complete stay with us. Happy to hear you were able to enjoy our rooftop deck, it is a favorite of many of our guests. We look forward to seeing you in the near future.

I keep writing excellent reviews of this hotel because it deserves them. Le Parc Suites is ideally located on a quiet street in West Hollywood. The staff is phenomenal: friendly, helpful, and efficient. The rooms have recently been re-done, and they're incredibly comfortable (and so is the bed). Some of the rooms have mini-kitchenettes, which are great for those of us doing simple meal preparation. For the location, the price, and the quality, this is the place to stay in LA.

We loved our short stay at Le Parc. Fun decor, super clean, spacious rooms, warm accommodating and friendly service, rooftop pool with fun hang out couch areas was expensive use of Los Angeles in the Hollywood hills where we had brunch after a dip in the water in our robes from the hotel's lovely restaurant. Just a one block tree line quiet residential street walk to Melrose, where you can shop, grab a coffee or eat just about anything you desire. It was nice to feel like you were in a neighborhood and still have quick access ability to commerce and activity. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I booked this hotel for a business trip to the LA area. I booked the 2-double bed room. I got a room on the ground floor facing the main street in front of the hotel. The hotel room was big, ample living room space which we appreciated. The hotel room was not cleaned however. There was dirt and grime pushed to the corners of the hotel living/dining rooms and in the bathroom. The tub in the bathroom that was supposed to be white was yellow and had brown stains on the bottom of the tub from guests past. The carpet had various unknown stains on it which were not pleasant to see or smell. Disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. They also do not provide a coffee maker in the room. You have to make a request for staff to bring coffee maker, utensils, plates, bowels, cups, etc...its very odd.
The other thing I was really disappointed in was the air quality., The smell of marijuana smoke filled the hotel grounds and while I was in my room the smell of marijuana smoke filled my room from adjacent rooms. I repeatedly told the hotel staff of the smell ( and I noticed hotel staff walking through the grounds) but nothing was done to stop the guests from smoking.

The breakfast at the hotel was tasty and although you have to valet your car at a $45/night cost, the valet staff are pleasant. The check-in process was also very smooth.

Ruth86442, Thank you for taking time to let us know about your experience. We are very disappointed that we did not meet your expectations. Based on your review, it is apparent the room was also not to our expectations and I assure you that your review was shared with the entire hotel team, as input from our guests is the best tool we have to make improvements. Additionally, we wanted to share with your that the hotel is undergoing a 13 million dollar improvement project and we are confident you will love the results. While our hotel is a nonsmoking hotel, it is unfortunate that not all guest respect the policy.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Le Parc Suites hotel. The cute mid century modern decor and quiet street allowed me to enjoy coffee on my balcony every day. The rooftop patio is one of the nicest I’ve ever seen! The views are gorgeous especially at sunset and the newly renovated gym is fabulous. They only allow 1 person in at a time to book a workout so that you don’t have to worry about social distancing and they clean it before and after your use. What made my stay the most enjoyable was Carrie. She was a joy to deal with if I had and issue or inquiry and you definitely noticed it when she wasn’t working! I will absolutely be coming back.

Marnie.

Stayed here for four nights. Room was big. However, they charge a "resort fee" which they say includes bottled water in the room and a daily newspaper. When I asked about these on check-in they said they stopped papers and water because of Covid. Covid does not spread by touching a sealed water bottle or a newspaper but many hotels use it as an excuse to continue charging a fee for services they don't provide. Fortunately, when I complained they removed the resort fee from my bill. Also, if you want your room cleaned, you need to request it or they won't clean it. Another Covid excuse to cut services without cutting prices even though you are out of the room when they clean it. Cleaning the room was minimal - just making the bed and replacing towels. Dirty glasses left and no surfaces cleaned or coffee replaced.

I have stayed at this beautiful hotel several times and as always I was well taken care of. The staff is very friendly and attentive, the rooms are very comfortable & spacious and the rooftop pool area with view of the Hollywood Hills is just fabulous!
The hotel is located on a cute, quiet street but some of the top restaurants, cafes & bars are even within walking distance or just a short drive away.
Director of Sales & Marketing, Barry Podob always makes sure that I have everything that I need during my business trips and you can tell that he truly cares about every single guest.
I highly recommend this hotel!

I am SO glad we stayed at Le Parc! I saw a couple reviews about trash in the hallways and roaches and the smell of pot - we experienced NONE of that! I will say that every hotel I've stayed in during Covid will ask you to set your trash outside your door if you need it emptied and that's how it was at Le Parc. But it was picked up promptly and is something we all just have to live with during this time. The room itself was super clean. They were requiring masks to be worn throughout the hotel. The pool was open (not the pool bar). Parking was ample. Service was good. Location is superb! And the decor is awesome! I would definitely stay here again!

This small boutique hotel in West Hollywood is friendly, safe, comfortable, interesting, convenient and has almost everything you need. Everyone who works there is accommodating and helpful - we needed extra towels and tp and it was brought to us immediately, on two separate occasions. The rooms are amazingly large and comfortable and I really appreciated that the bathroom had a separate shower area so that others in my party (partner and 2 teens) could wash their hands or apply makeup at the same time. As others note, it is odd that there is a full kitchen with no utensils or plates, but we scored some from the restaurant and used them in our room. The location of this hotel is fantastic - within walking distance to cool cafes on Melrose (Urth and Zinc) and Santa Monica Blvd. Even a walk in the neighborhood is fun, and it makes you feel as if you live in LA. Parking was a breeze. We reserved a spot underneath the hotel online before arrival and could come and go as we pleased. The rooftop pool area is lovely but I was disappointed that the bar was not open, (only open in summer), and the pool's heater was apparently broken. But the hotel's restaurant, although small, is good, and I took my glass of wine (free between 5pm-6pm each day, poured by the nicest man from Eastern Europe) and my delicious Caesar salad to the rooftop and enjoyed it in the sunshine. For sure I'd recommend Le Parc at Melrose to anyone who is visiting LA! Our entire family loved it.

hotel conditions are terrible:
1. old facilities and guest rooms (I checked a few rooms before choosing my once the first one I was assigned was impossible to stay).
2. we can hear other guest talking in the next room through the walls. Very noisy.
3. when the guest next wall opens the shower it seems the pipes are going to explode.
Among other issues, it was the worst experience aí ever had with my family.
Nevertheless, it is a very expensive hotel. Even though the internet offers a room for aprox. USD 200, my rate was USD 490 (secured at their website) and the front desk said they could not do anything.
BTW: the rate has nothing to do with my opinion of the hotel facilities.
