Comfy huge room with a curtain separation for the couch area. Served breakfast buffet so you don't have to wait for waffles! Three choices for eggs, juice and great coffee. Very impressed and will stay at another when we travel.

Very long and spacious suite with high ceilings (just like in the hotel photos). It was great having the roomy space for my 3-person family. Every smells brand new. Good sized bathroom. Full size fridge and built-in microwave. WiFi internet speed was 4.9 mbps up and down. Our 7 day stay was very quiet and comfortable. Very safe area.

The hotel property is located in an industrial park surrounded by office buildings and other hotels. The few restaurants in the area seem to cater to these businesses so they are not open after business hours or on the weekends. So, there are no restaurants or cafes within walking distance of this hotel. A few good cafes can be found on Grande Ave which is about 1 mile from the hotel.

If you have a car, self parking is $13/night. They have numerous electric charging stations in the parking lot.

Breakfast was the usual hotel fare with scrambled eggs or cheese omlettes, sausage patties or ham, cold cereal, bagels, yogurt, waffles, etc. Good enough selection to start your day. Free coffee available in the lobby 24 hrs a day.

Tip: If you're using the Hilton digital key app to unlock your room door, note that you still need a physical key to keep the room lights from turning off (see photo).

So in summation, my family had an excellent stay at this hotel and will come back again in the future.

We stayed for a week - everything was excellent! The staff were friendly and professional. The rooms were lovely, new, clean, nice colours, excellent lighting, comfy beds. The eco-features are great! We had a medical emergency while staying there and the staff were very helpful, caring and concerned, they went above and beyond!! The breakfast was delicious, made fresh - real dishes and cutlery were available, which is a very nice touch (less garbage!!). We will definitely stay there again.

Beware! We stayed for nine days and our rooms were never cleaned, despite asking at the front desk every morning. The rooms weren’t clean when we first arrived; there were hairs on the sheets. We ended up having to ask for new sheets and replace them ourselves. But They didn’t give us cleaned pillows case, so we used our own clothes as a pillows case .Even the basic promised services like garbage removal weren’t done. By the end of the stay we had filled up a large trash bag because the hotel trash was overflowing. There were a bunch of signs in the lobby and elevator guaranteeing a daily basic cleaning and a weekly deep cleaning, but we never received any cleaning despite requesting one daily.

Besides the cleanliness, we didn’t get the room type we were promised, despite confirming twice before arrival. We wanted rooms with two queens but found out upon arrival that they weren’t available.

We were also woken up nearly every morning around 7 am by truck coming in.

All in all this was the worst hotel stay we’ve ever experienced. We were told by the hotel manager that there are similar hotels in the vicinity - would highly recommend choosing another one!

This hotel was very nice and new at the time we stayed.

I don't like the set up of the rooms in the one bedroom suites because the bathroom is not off the bedroom.

There were way too many parking spots allocated to electric vehicles relative to the number that were in those spots. The parking spots were quite tight and you had to pay for them even though the area wasn't high density.

There was no pool or hot tub in this facility which is odd given how expensive it is.

I selected this property based on previous experience with the brand, and other than the room itself, I was very disappointed. My room on the top floor was standard H2S, which are well designed, comfortable and functional – no issues there. But the first (weekend) morning we were woken by loud stomping on the roof, which the front desk said was ‘maintenance, so sorry’…even though the noise continued. The same thing happened the next morning, at least about an hour later, with again, nothing more than a limp apology. The air conditioning in the gym area was out of service (the control panel, covered with a locked plastic guard, said ‘error’) for my entire stay. Although reported to the front desk, it remained out of order as ‘maintenance was not in today, maybe tomorrow’. I don’t usually care much one way or the other about complimentary breakfast, but the offering here was truly awful. Limited selection, poor quality.
Upon departure, I stated my dissatisfaction with my stay, and was comp’ed parking charges, which I appreciated. Still, I would not return, money better spent elsewhere and there are many hotels in the area.

This hotel have several maintenance issues. I checked into hotel and was given a room that smelled and desk full of sticky spots. I was changed to another room where the privacy shade did not go down. I requested it repair so when changing my clothes I will have privacy and the receptionist said the shade couldn’t be repaired until 2 days from the time of my repair request. So I was moved again. That room HVAC system was turned off, which is unusually during cold or hot weather seasons. I turned the heater on and it was emitting a loud sound. I called the front desk and a rude and ignorant man said “no one is available until tomorrow”. I asked if had a portable heater and he said ,”…didn’t have one”. And didn’t even offer a blanket for me to stay warm, instead he focused on me, not the issues with the hotel. He started arguing with me, talking over me, and called me inappropriate word. And, said the hotel has moved me twice , which I didn’t ask to be moved. He went on a diatribe towards me ending with “my only choice was to check out the hotel”. He wanted a woman in the streets with Omicron spreading rapidly throughout CA. Plus, I travelled to San Francisco from southern CA on 12/26/21, and my return flight is scheduled for 12/30/21—there are no flights to my home area between now and 12-30-21.

As a diamond member, I will not stay at a Hilton Hotel where women are treated without respect, a hotel employee instead of focusing on repairing the guest room’s issues, a hotel where a representative focused on arguing and being arrogant towards a guest. That an employee who has no meaning of the word hospitality; thus, should no be working in the hospitality business. All paying guest must expect rooms to sustain appropriate maintenance and treated with respect, especially with an enterprise specializing in hospitality. I suggest anyone thinking about staying in this hotel please don’t!

Went from one of the worst Hilton products across the street to this newer and very nice hotel. The rooms are large and well appointed. Seems like. pretty new place. I do not care for the carpet in the rooms, but they were clean and not stained. I prefer a composite faux wood or wood flooring for sanitation. The breakfast was pretty good and the beds were clean and comfy. the bathroom is fresh and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. You pay $22 for parking (with the tax), but the area is well lit and covered with security cameras. There are bums in the area but the parking seemed a LOT safer with the excellent lighting. My choice for an SFO hotel. Free parking and composite floors would have made this is 5-star place.

Even though I only stayed a couple hours, they were able to accommodate my late check in as my flight coming in was delayed and I arrived at the hotel past midnight. My 5/5 rating comes from the fact that the rooms have many amenities you don’t get in hotels these days microwave, full size fridge, a lil kitchenette (no stove obviously) dishwasher and they provide mini soap and sponged everything you can possible need it’s perfect! Loved this room would stay here again. I just didn’t like parking was 27 a day I only stayed for couple hours had to pay lil pricey, other than that great hotel very sleek and modern too!!

Home2 Suites by Hilton San Francisco Airport North provided a comfortable stay during my current business trip. A walk away to the Genentech campus, complimentary shuttle to & fro, from the San Francisco International Airport (just 2 miles away). Maintained very clean (on a daily basis) with courteous staff and a good spread of breakfast makes it a preferred choice. Thank you Home2 Suites for making it a comfortable stay.

A suggestion - Provide shuttle service for any local travel within 3-5 mile radius from the hotel. Would help the guests that don't have a car, a lot.
