-During my 3 nights' stay, I asked front desk to arrange house keeping for room cleaning but they didn't set up one (wow...they kept forgetting as checked). -Parking is horrible, you paid but you couldn't find any spot to park after 8pm at night. It is very small parking lot. -Overall, the management seems very USELESS there - never be helpful to solve any problems which making a lot of negative reviews on Google. -Will never book this hotel again for my next travel at Irvine area.

Hotel's Favourite
This property is such a quick 2 minute drive from John Wayne Airport. Upon check-in, the late night staff was great, very happy and cheerful, laughing and joking with me. My king room was very clean, with amenities such as shampoo and lotion of good quality and a lot (not the little travel size bottles). Being next to the airport I thought I would be able to hear the planes, but I couldn't. Would definitely stay here again and other Hampton properties in the future.

Stayed twice in March 2024. Room 322 was fine. Room 211 was absolutely disgusting - above an entry door (noisy), bathroom was moldy, no wifi connection in room. Changed to room 214, bathroom was not moldy but still gross, room phone didn't work, and the room didn't have hot water. Management was supposed to fix the issue and they didn't. We checked out days early and got $16 off for this trouble. Don't stay here. The Embassy across the street is so much better and almost the same price.

The rooms that haven’t been renovated are absolutely gross. They are renting out rooms that have black mold in the bathroom and they clearly know that this is the case (evidenced by the dehumidifiers positioned on the wall). They wouldn’t give a refund because we didn’t discover the black mold until the next morning. Seriously? Is this really a game of - let’s see how fast the customer discovers the issues? The staff clearly goes through the rooms each time people check out and there is a 0% chance they don’t know about these issues. It takes a long time for mold to develop like that. Unreal irresponsibility. I wouldn’t trust anything about this hotel given my experience and you shouldn’t either.

I had a wonderful experience my room and shower were really clean. I was a little worried because of the reviews I read, but I actually had an awesome experience. The hot breakfast was so good was nice and stocked coffee was hot. The location was perfect I had a corner king suite. I would definitely recommend and stay here again. The shower did take a while to warm up but nothing crazy I just let it run for a bit before jumping in.

My entire family had rented 2 suite rooms for our family vacation back at the end of December. After our experience we will not be returning. To sum it all up we had spiders and small bugs in the 2 rooms we were looking to stay in. We brought up the situation to the front desk, she was not able to do anything. Most of the time she was on the phone looking for direction on what to do. I was offered points on additional points for our stay on my Hilton Honors account, but still have not received anything. Every time I call to speak with a manager or even the general manager, I get the runaround. I finally was able to speak with William the front desk supervisor in the "mornings" and he advise that he'd call me back but have not heard anything from this location, and we are already in mid-February. All I can stay is stay at this location at your own risk. The Embassy Suites across the way would be a better selection to stay in my opinion.

This was by far one of the worst experiences I had! When we arrived, all the parking spots were taken. So the only option was to give to valet. Then the next morning, we noticed everything in the car was missing! The car was parked in front of the entrance. So we asked for the cameras to be seen. The owner kept on dodging us. We called them more than 10 times, but no response. It upsets me so much because they everything. And this hotel does not care. If you review the comments below, you can see this has happened multiple times. Please save yourself a headache, and avoid this hotel!

For a nationwide company, this one is run down and should be avoided. Shower was cold water only until repaired. Carpets old and dirty. Rooms dirty. Bathrooms dirty. I’ve had better Hampton Inn breakfasts in Mississippi.

I had researched this hotel, says it had a Airport Shuttle. No it does not. I tried 3 times at 10pm sitting with my grand daughter in the cold calling the hotel, over 15 min I was put on hold 3 times, after 5 min on hold I would try back, "hold I am with a customer." I finally called mt boyfriend in Tx to get through, he did, no shuttle. I got a Urber, 15 min ride. When I checked in the room it was prepaid, there is a 200.00 deposit. They couldn't run my credit card, their system was new.So that took forever. By the time I walked into our room it was 2 hours after the time we landed.

The room was dirty. The beds were not changed at all. And we had ants in the room. room. The fridge has ants in it and so did out night stand. The bathroom was filty and floor was dirty. Carpets NEED TO CLEANED. MY SON WAS RUNNING AROUND FOR 10 MINS AND HIS FEET WERE BLACK. I work for Hilton and this isn't hilton standard.
