The rooms are spacious, had room to set up two work stations. House keeping was great and kept us supplied with coffee. The outdoor pool is heated and the Hot Tub was welcoming; even in 66 degree weather. Toast to Toast is a full service restaurant in the hotel, the Breakfast Buffet was fantastic. Management and staff were very friendly. The bar was the highlight, Lorrie was the best bartender!, keeping everything going in the evening. The manager made a great Bloody Mary for breakfast too.

The room was good, clean, and everything worked. The parking was free but limited to one car only: they gave me a parking pass. The staff accommodated my late checkout request. Elevator was a bit slow.

I was here in town for business travel and I highly recommend this hotel. With that being said, the hotel was very well maintained and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with what I needed to do and recommended me great places to eat very near the hotel. I believe the person that checked me in, in the morning was named Josh. He went straight into it and got me nice and quiet room on the third floor. The room was the perfect temperature when I entered and the bed was extremely comfortable. I was extremely tired from my flight and got the rest I needed. The location is less than 10 minutes away and with the amount of uber drivers in the area, I was able to get to the airport in time. I did notice they had a sign with zero tolerance for marijuana and I appreciated it. It showed me that they truly cared about their guests and the overall environment of their hotel considering its right across a dispensary. I felt very safe and secure while I was in the premises. I will be back certainly for business and definitely would bring my family here to stay for vacation to go to Disneyland. Thank you so much to Josh and the rest of the hotel management, I appreciate the care that you guys provide to your guest.

This was the first night and last night hotel during our 7 day trip. We arrived before check in time but were placed in a room within a few minutes. ALL staff members from front desk to cleaning staff to breakfast buffet staff were super friendly. Our room felt huge and had conveniences that our other hotels didn't have, such as lots of places to hang clothing and towels in the bathroom. Everything was clean. The hotel is in a busy and noisy area, but the outside of the property is well cared for and felt safe. We would return without hesitation.

When I arrived at the hotel, the lobby was filled with guests and maybe that is because I went on a weekend, I was first greeted by Jimmy and Frank at the hotel, and they were very welcoming, even with all the guests in the hotel, the check in process was fairly quick and even upgraded my room free of charge. When checking in they usually give a welcome bag with chips and water, which I appreciated, considering some hotels don't do that, and what surprised me the most is that their food and beverage prices were not really expensive for a hotel. when I got to my room I was pleased with how nice the room was for how budget friendly it was. I was told all the rooms were newly rennovated and it was great experience. I was unsure at first about my room facing the freeway but it was not loud at all. I asked for extra towels and right as I got to the Room, they were so quick to deliver it, I would like to thank Tany for the quick delivery, overall the check in was an amazing experience and they even contacted me shortly after to make sure the room was meeting my expectations and it certainly went above and beyond that. I tried their breakfast in the morning, and the restaurant staff were very friendly and it showed that they truly cared and enjoyed helping the guests. Gabriel was the man that helped us that morning and truly made sure that we were well taken care of before we went to Disneyland. We checked out and the check out process was very quick, all I had to do was drop off my Keys and I was all set to go. Overall, my stay was amazing and certainly would stay here again, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a hotel in this city, it's pretty much close to everything and the airport. I would like to thank Frank and his staff again for the kind hospitality, every hotel should be like this and they make it so easy to show.

Breakfast Not Included for Platinum members using points. This hotel is cheap and will not include breakfast for platinum loyalty members using points. I booked two rooms for two nights burning almost 50,000 points and this cheap hotel management wouldn’t provide a free buffet breakfast like almost every other Holiday Inn around the country. When cheapness like this is prevalent, there is always other items in the hotel that are just as bad. Stay away.

As is usually the case, people make choices based on previous reviews. Which is what I did, based on previous reviews of this hotel I believed it to be a good choice. I am convinced that the majority of good reviews on here must be from friends or family of the hotel owners. This hotel claims to be newly renovated as of 2021. That is an impossibility given the condition of the hotel. As soon as you walk out of the elevator onto one of the floors, the hallway is dark and dingy and smelly as well as the carpet being extremely dirty; stains all over it. The rooms smell as well and the beds sag in the middle. I pulled back the bed covers and not having even gotten into the bed, it looked like somebody had just slept there. There is rust around the bathroom door frame and what appears to be mold on the windowsill. Housekeeping needs to be replaced as the rooms are dirty. The bathrooms are filthy as well as the towels. When I shook the towel out in the shower before I put it on my body, several long black hairs dropped from it. I have very SHORT mostly WHITE hair! There are stains on the ceilings. And this wasn't just in my room. My daughter-in-law and granddaughter who stayed on a different floor had the same experience with their room. The rooms do not have a microwave. If you need to warm up any leftover food you brought to the hotel with you, you have to go to the area where the ice machine is and they have ONE tiny microwave in a very dim lit area for EVERYONE to use. Gross!! Breakfast is not included unless of course you pay extra for it when you book your room. As soon as you walk up to the very small limited buffet area, before you even have a chance to grab a plate, staff is all over you telling you you have to pay first. And even if you do pay, you're not allowed to take breakfast up to your room. Person that checked me in was rude as well as the person that checked me out without even thanking me for staying there or asking how my stay was. Good thing I guess as I was in a hurry and I would have spent quite some time telling her how horrible their hotel is and how awful my experience was. And be careful; many homeless and scary people all around the area and walking through the hotel outside grounds.

A gym is important to me when I travel, this one was good, wish it had a bit more options though. Also the gym has time restrictions of use. I believe it was 6am-10pm. I had to leave very early, so did not get to use it, huge bummer. Their free breakfast starts at 6:30am, so I missed that too, wished it started at 6am instead. There is a parking pass you have to put in window of your vehicle so it doesn't get towed. Rooms were decent, thus the average score.

The hotel itself is surrounded by various other hotels, however I feel that this hotel out does everything else in its' area. I was in town for the Natural Products Expo in Anaheim and did not mind the drive due to the price as well as the spacious rooms itself. I usually request my company to have me stay at this hotel. I absolutely love the beds and pillows at this hotel because of how comfortable they are, as a person that usually has a hard time falling asleep, I seem to never have that problem when I reserve a room at this hotel. Special thank you to the front desk, in particular, Josh. This young man, certainly knows how guests should be treated and as a rewards club member of the IHG program, I am always at ease knowing that they will take care of me. This hotel is the place to stay, for all reasons that you are in the area. From top to bottom this hotel just cannot be beat.

The hotel looks old on outside, but inside is a different story. The room was very nicely done and good. For some reason there were loud guests possibly PARTYING at this hotel, probably because of ballroom events. Breakfast is not that great for $15; I got crappy scrambled eggs, not crispy potatoes, sausage, and gummy waffles...not even a fresh pastry or biscuits or french toast for that cost. Front desk person wasn't the best attitude and didn't give a quiet room, quite the opposite!

Yes that is accurate. If you book in online the breakfast option is only up to two persons per night, this is the breakfast buffet. However you may purchase directly at the restaurant when you come in. Thank you.
