In my quest to burn some Wyndham points, I wound up here so I could participate in an event as part of a more extensive business trip. Check in was quick and easy which I appreciated as I encountered difficulties of my own making to get there. The room itself delivered as expected and was quite nice. Breakfast was included in the rate and because it was outside of Texas, no Texas shaped waffles. It got the job done as did the WiFi which I used to get a good bit of work done. The event was a success, and I have good stories to tell about it. The other good part about the stay was that there is a free shuttle to John Wayne Airport. The driver was super nice, along with the rest of the staff. Would I stay here again? Yes.

STAY AWAY!!!! Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Drug infested. People playing music all hours of the night with security doing nothing about it. People smoking just outside the rooms. Manager named Marty dressed and acted like she was the ring leader at the brothel and right beside her was the assistant manager named kristy that must have been in training due to her lack of management / people skills. What a shame for a Wyndham hotel.

Love La Quinta Hotel, Super comfy beds lots of room for activities, the restroom was super nice and clean, breakfast was good. 10 out of 10 would recommend to family and friends. The Hotel stood out from the rest since it located near so many Hotels around it, loved the level of professionalism from the staff there.

I travel for business and I always stay at LA Quinta when I'm in Santa Ana area. The service is excellent and there is never any hassle. Any issues or needs that arise upon informing staff they always figure a solution. Not sure what the gal's name is but she is hands down one of the best hospitality employees I've encountered. She works days with red hair and tattoos.

Our room smelled badly as well as had both a yellow liquid splatters and what appeared to be cigarette ashes in the bathroom sink - hadn't even been rinsed out - let alone scrubbed. We had to ask for another room - after about a 15 minute wait, they came up with one for us even though their first response is that they had none available. We won't be going back after this experience. The staff was at least polite.

We spent just one night on a multi-day trip in Southern California. This hotel is a good location, clean, and well kept. It has a nice pool and jacuzzi in the central garden area which is very relaxing. This is our third time staying there. We paid with Wyndham rewards points.
