This is a nice hotel located in a corporate area. I called the hotel the day before and received exactly the location I requested. The room was clean, comfortable with nice decor. The staff was friendly and helpful. I did have a problem with parking ( it's limited ) but the staff took care of it and refunded the $20 parking fee. I would definitely return to this hotel.

Nice. We had a few minor few problems but two employes, Christy and Patty, stepped way up to take care of us, we couldn't had nicer and better people helping us than them. The only negative about is "The Bistro" prices are way to high but you can walk a block either way from the hotel and there was great places to eat.

The hotel is kept very clean and the customer service level is excellent. I woke up to a flat tire on my rental car and the staff was extremely helpful in getting that resolved. I have stayed here before and really the only negative to this hotel is the lack of any type of vent in the bathroom so the bathroom has no air flow and gets quite warm. I know most guests feel this way as the bathroom actually has a sign telling me that you cannot prop the je door open because it would impede your exit in a fire

This hotel lies to customers and not being helpful!! One of my friend forgot her carry on bag right outside the lobby entrance of the hotel. We called and asked if the general manager can check the camera to find who took it to file a missing report, they lied that they dont have security camera there. We did not trust them. So when another friend of mine came back, he pointed out MANY cameras. This hotel continued to lie that the cameras weren’t working! This service is so unacceptable! Imagine if there was an accident happened right in front of this hotel lobby, they won’t have the security cameras to protect your rights!

It is unfortunate that you left you luggage unattended for several hours. While we do have cameras inside the hotel there are none what so ever outside. Again we do recommend that you follow up with a police report.

Location is great and brings good customers. The hotel needs work. Treadmills broken, laundry is still coins, rooms are showing wear & tear. As the facility suffers, you’d expect the staff to cover. That didn’t happen…short answers at check-in to short answers at check-out.

The customer service was impeccable! I was alone and spoke with the attendant about my prior experience with the previous hotel before coming there. Sandra was empathetic and professional, I told her that it was my birthday and she gave me a little gift! That nice gesture made my entire birthday night and I am thankful!

We were helped out by Shanice, immensely. We had been traveling cross country and were exhausted. Shanice was super friendly and accommodating going the extra mile to get us checked in and comfortable in a great room. I can’t say enough complimentary about her service!

For the price they charge they should clean the room. They claim they don’t clean dew to Covid. That is a poor excuse. The acoustics are bad and you can hear what ever is going on on upper floor or outside the door. The bathroom is fine and the soaps smell great. The bed is comfortable.

It was so conveniently located from John Wayne Airpot. I use to work a few blocks away and our company use to always house our employees here. The check in was professional and friendly. The gentleman checking me in was extremely friendly and courteous. He gave me an upgrade to a king suite and the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and I could have not asked for anything more.

The parking lot is not that large and I'd be hard pressed to think that it can accommodate a truck & trailer set up. There may be street parking available. Best to call the hotel direct for clarification.
