We had to book this hotel last minute due to unforeseen circumstances. What can I say! Positives- good, safe location, near many amenities, easily accessible from the highway, comfy clean beds, no any bugs. Negatives- very dirty- I don’t think the room had been cleaned properly in years. The grime in the bathroom was terrible. The carpets had not been properly vacuumed in months. Whoever cleans their rooms probably just changes the beds and towels. Sad really. That place has such potential to be really good. Unfortunately my daughter was not well and we couldn’t move to a different hotel, otherwise we would have been out straight away. If you just want a quick nights sleep and aren’t fussy, it’s fine otherwise avoid..

Room Tip: Good parking availability, lots of restaurants and shops near by. Safe and quiet area. But dirty...

Pluses: Location is good, it has a parking, regular accommodation of this type, totally nothing special. Price was ok for LA area. The most important thing - the room was clean. It was possible to check in after 11pm but we needed to wait till someone comes to the office and no one was answering the phone when we tried to call.
Minuses: You cannot call coffee and some croissant a breakfast. If you want to check in late, be patient till someone comes to help you. Person who was checking us in was hard to understand although speaking English a little.

Was told we could check in early, then room not ready 3 hours later. When one was, the toilet was clogged, and ice cream which was melting was left in fridge. and they have ice buckets but no ice. On good side AC worked and room clean and hot shower. And maintenance guy nice ans fixed toilet immediately upon finding out. $20 overpriced for $40 okay. $65 with taxes too much for little we got.

We had reserved this hotel for two nights we got in at 2 am we couldn't even sleep it had bugs everywhere the room smelled horrible the sheets were dirty and stank as well it was so hard to get to sleep because you were up trying to avoid getting eaten by animals and random objects inside the rooms such as a nail and tissues on the night stand the shower didn't work broken windows and our room had no light in it. It has been the worst place I've ever stayed in! I went to the service desk and instead of an apology the lady and the man who could burly speak any English said that how could their be anything wrong with her rooms that they were fine, I said she was free to enter and take a look. Not only that I felt personally victimized by the way she was speaking to me raising her voice and talking to the other man making comments in another language. This has been by far the worst mistake i could have made staying in this hotel!

This was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! As soon as I walked through the door, I saw a cockroach scuttling underneath the bed, two by the window, one on the kitchen floor, and two on the refrigerator. The owner denied everything, until I showed him photos of SIX COCKROACHES on the walls and floor, and there most likely could have been more hiding in the bed, etc. He offered me & my partner another room instead, but there was NO WAY I was trusting the cleanliness of that awful place! DON'T stay here, it's highly unsanitary! Not worth the $50 per night.

How horrible can a hotel be? Just stay there one night and you'll know. Rude incompetent employees. Tried to rip me off the discount price. Broken down rooms. Cursing management. Yes. The worst hotel ever.

Unbelievable is all I can say. The room I stayed in was disgusting. Filth everywhere!!! Took me 30 minutes to Lysol wipe and spray the entire room. Carpet was so dirty and stained that I left my socks in the room. Did not want to pack them as they were black with dirt after just one night of walking in the room!!! I've stayed in a lot of hotels but this is terrible. Forgot to mention long black hair in bathtub and bed. Not mine!!! I'm bald!!!! CAUTION. Sleep in your car before having to stay here!!!!

If you can deal with a very unfancy hotel in a changing (for the better) neighborhood, this hotel may do the trick for you. It's really nothing special. It verges so-so. I am mostly reviewing this hotel to give some balance to the reviews.

If you are reading this review, you should know what to expect. The owners are trying, but they are really doing it on a budget. I saw patched sheets, but they were clean and ready to use. I saw a lizard in my room, but no bugs. The wifi worked at non-peak hours, but it really suffered during the evening hours.

Do you get what I am trying to get at? If all of this sounds manageable, this place is a solid property. If it sounds a bit much, try somewhere else.

During my stay in this hotel, I believe that it was very great and unique. It is very great place to stay since there are a lot of places to eat and shop. Also, the hotel staff was very friendly and it is a place that I would like to stay again. It is truly an unique experience and I would like to stay there again!!
