This is a Exceptionally good hotel. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Bathrooms are nice and big with nice shower. Couch is very comfortable to relax on. Internet works very well. Hotel staff are excellent. They greet you every time you come into the hotel. Makes you feel welcome. Outstanding service!
The front desk named Angela notice that I looked so tired and I told her that I drove 5 1/2 hours from Vegas to Rancho. After checked-in I went to get coffee but it was cold, she saw me that I was frustrated. After 10 minutes in my room Angela (the front desk person) called and telling me that she made a fresh pot of coffee. I was surpised and made my day after drinking the coffee. I appreciate very much what Angela did to me. She went over the line. she knows how to treat a guest .
Most business travelers like myself not only want a clean modern hotel, but most importantly we want to start the day off with a good breakfast. Not here. The breakfast they serve is laughable at best. I went to get an ice cream one night and was told to stand in line. Instead of just taking my room number and charging after she was finished checking a guest in, the fat guy working with her told me that I had to wait in line. The ice cream was already melting. I put it back. Checking out early tomorrow. They do not lnow how to treat guest with high status with Marriott. Guests like us pay the bills, but the fat guy would rather have me wait amd let the high cream melt all over my hand. Just opened a major project in the area. Will not stay here another night.
This used to be my go-to hotel when I was in the area and I looked forward to returning. Reserved a suite, as I’ve did in the past. However, they’ve made drastic and unexcusable cuts, blaming it on covid (instead of being honest and blaming it on costs or staffing issues). They refused to offer housekeeping, even upon request, despite this being in direct violation with Marriott’s minimum brand standards. Their so called breakfast was also the worst I’ve ever had (forcing us to dine elsewhere), including 60+ US hotels during June-December 2021, and the service lousy. Zero elite recognition. I reported the property to Marriott’s customer service during my stay, and then my suite was suddenly serviced and cleaned, but no excuses and no explanations. I will never, ever return and I would advise everyone else to do the same. Show this property that service matters and spend your dollars on a hotel that values its guests. That said, the rooms are stylish and the location excellent, which is why I’m giving it two stars instead of one.…
This was BY FAR the WORST experience I have EVER had with a Fairfield Marriott. I came from North Carolina to California with a newborn. When I got into my room there was crumbs and prior dirt stains as if the housekeepers only "fluffed" the beds. My family got in at 12 midnight. My baby had already laid down comfortably on top of his blankets (because I couldn't lay him on the dirty sheets). My elderly father then, went to use the bathroom and he almost fell because the toilet seat was not in place. I made a minor complaint stating my concerns to the lady at the desk and she apologized and said she would bring it to the attention to her GM in the morning.. Due to it being late we did not want to switch rooms (any mother of a newborn baby knows how hard it is to get a baby back to sleep and honestly the room should've been prepared before I stepped foot in the room). So today ( August 31st 2021 at 10:30am) during check out the general manager Desiree Maciel did NOT Handle our concerns as a General Manager should. Desiree Maciel had the NASTIEST attitude I have EVER experienced in my entire life. She immediately snapped on us. She called us "privileged" to even stay at this hotel with a "friends and family discount" She COMPLETELY disregarded my concerns about the room and continued to get loud and belligerent with my brother and father. As I've stated before we traveled from North Carolina and have been to 4 different Fairfield Marriotts and I haven't had ONE PROBLEM. Not to mention my brother is a Marriott bonvoy member. Desiree Marciel does NOT need to be in customer service. She left a bad taste in my mouth and I have a lot of family and friends that go to Marriott often I will make sure I let EVERYONE know to NOT go to this particular Marriott because they did not hold the General manager Desiree Maciel to a Higher standard. Out of all of the other hotels I could have went to I chose the Fairfield by Marriott and Desiree Maciel ruined my future experience at this Marriott. I honestly hope she is taken down from her position because she does NOT know how to properly run a hotel by making sure the maintenance men are checking the rooms and the housekeepers are thoroughly clean the beds (especially in this pandemic). This horrible experience with Desiree Maciel happened at this Address: 9550 Pittsburgh Ave, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730…
This is a very clean hotel, including parking lot with ample parking. Very thin walls, could hear everything. White noise machine provided too loud, not able to control sound. Grab and go breakfast great. Lobby personnel friendly, however, was not able to explain "Gotmd" charge.
Stayed here for 2 nites on a weekend in October 2020. Very secure - need card key to get in lobby door. Also very clean. The only thing I noticed was lacking; no luggage rack in the room. Just a small table with room for 1 suitcase. Free bag breakfast was bottle water, tangerine, peanut butter granola bar, and a Jimmy Dean frozen breakfast sandwich to heat in microwave in room. I would stay here again when in area.
I have stayed here in the past and it was a great experience. This time I had to check in and immediately check out. In the past, I was on a higher floor where my at&t phone signal worked. I know the signal around the area for at&t isn't the best, but I didn't realize I would have none this time around. The female staff that checked me in was very pleasant. If you're worried about Covid and it's mandatory you travel, this is where you want to stay. When you enter the door, you need to call the front f desk from the phone on the side. Then they take your temp to make sure you're afebrile. Everything is closed at the hotel, pool, gym etc. But if I did stay I wouldn't have used it anyways. When I got to my room that's when I found out there was no signal. I needed my phone because I was on call at the hospital. I called the front desk and let them know my dilemma. They were so understanding and let me check right out and was not charged. Had it not been for my poor signal, I definitely would have stayed. I really appreciate the empathy and great customer service. …
This was my first trip away from home since Covid-19 and I was very uncertain about traveling. Before we were able to enter the hotel we had our temperature taken, and the check in was quick and contactless as the hotel staff was behind a plastic shield. During our two night stay we didn’t come into close contact with any other guests and everyone I saw was wearing a mask. The hotel is newer, very clean and next to the CHP station so it was in a safe area. It is also close to many restaurant options. The rooms were spacious and looked just like the photos. I would highly recommend this hotel - exceptional value for the price.
This hotel is located in the “Hotel Row” in Rancho Cucamonga/Ontario area. It’s a fairly new hotel. Looks modern throughout the the hotel. It’s next to the CHP office which made me feel safe. Upon arrival, my temperature was checked by the front desk. Everything is contactless during check in. They have plexiglass in the front desk to keep the employees and guest safe. All the employees I’ve seen were wearing a mask. I believe the front desk lady is name Lucero. She was excellent in checking me in the hotel. Told me about the protocols they have to keep everyone safe and rooms clean. My room was clean and smelled good. I stayed in a 2 queen bed room on the first floor which was pretty spacious. Approximately 350 sf. They have a free grab and go breakfast but I didn’t get a chance to try it. Restaurants are closed obviously for our safely and the pool area too. Many restaurants are around and are walking distance. The hotel was empty. Probably only 5 cars were in the parking lot. For being so empty I didn’t get why I couldn’t get a late check out. Check out is at 11am. Overall great hotel stay. I will be coming back!…
