The staff at this hotel are so racist, the manager at this particular location is very racist, she threaten to kick my granddaughter and her friends out the pool for being to loud , which they were not being loud, the indoor pool has a echo. Also, twelve year old girls tend to scream randomly, they we’re having fun. She then just ignores the Hispanic family’s drinking and eating and yelling in the pool area, with glass containers. After my granddaughter‘s and I left the area I returned to the pool area three times after we were told to be quiet and recorded the noise volume at the pool, at one time they’re was about 15 children in the pool making so much noise and guess what they were all Hispanic and the manager didn’t say anything. I only had six kids at the pool and had to constantly tell them to keep the noise down, it ruined the whole day. Don’t get me wrong I don’t mind the other families breaking the rules that’s the hotel’s job to regulate their pool area, however if you’re going to regulate it be fair to all the families don’t come to the pool area and ruin the fun for some children and then allow other children to do whatever they want. They do a breakfast buffet every morning if you’re white or Hispanic they will smile and give you fresh bacon but if your dark skin or black they will give you burnt bacon, and frown as you go through the line, just rude behavior. This type of situation has got to stop. I paid good money to stay at the hotel just like all the other families and I expected to be treated with respect and dignity. I will never stay at this hotel again. The sad part is they don’t care, they will continue to treat Black people rude and disrespectfully and nothing is said about it but not today. This is not the first time I Experienced this type of behavior. this was my fourth visit to this location, each time I’ve been met with racism and discrimination. I waited to write this review, so that I wouldn’t just write this review based on one visit, but each visit has been met with the same results. Embassy suites needs to do better.…
We love this hotel and it's become our go-to whenever we are visiting the Palmdale/Lancaster area. Heather checked us in and was warm, friendly, and welcoming. A great first impression. We mentioned that we were visiting our family here for their birthdays, and she made sure to give all of us really great rooms. Later that night, we stopped by the evening social and Bri at the bar was wonderful. A lively personality, and great service. What impressed us even more was the next night when we stop by again, she had not only remember our names, but other tidbits and details that we had shared and talkin the night before. That really makes a difference and shows that your team members I really paying attention to their customers and caring about them. As always, the hotel itself is great. Wonderful location, convenient to lots of shopping and dining, rooms are fresh, clean, and well-maintained. We can't wait for our next visit to this hotel.…
Clean with friendly staff. Great free breakfastwith hot, cold, and made to order options. Safe and nicely appointed in room and in lobby, bar and restaurant. When you need a place to start in Palmdale, I highly recommend Embassy Suites.
Fro The moment you walk in your are greeted with a friendly smile. The facility was clean and I felt safe the entire time I was there. The rooms are clean, spacious, and offer everything you need to work from your room to just lounging on the couch.
Very disappointing experience. I usually love this hotel. No Wi-Fi all week. No updates provided either except that it worked — it didn’t. It felt like they did not have the staff they now need. Other than that, this is a hotel I love and hope it improves again.
Traveling for the Customer? Need to be close to the Site? Working late and can’t check in until midnight? Trip extended last minute and you need to do laundry? Tired of cruising P, Q,R, and S looking for breakfast? Stay here and you will feel pampered instead of stressed. Genuine complimentary happy hour (actually two hours). Surprisingly great restaurant. 24 hour snack shop. Business center with working equipment and comfy chairs. This is the best place to stay in Palmdale for the business traveler.
Asked to leave because they thought we had covid, all because my daughter threw up and I asked for a late check out was told yes and they got called twice to change my check out to normal time. Others I knew who stayed asked for a late check out and were asked to leave sooner. I’ve stayed here before and thought it was amazing. It was horrible feeling as if we did something wrong when we didnt. I understand we’re scared of covid but just because someone is sick doesn’t mean it’s covid!
I was pleasantly surprised during my family’s stay at the Embassy this time around. Improvements on cleanliness were greatly improved and noticed this time. Last time it was kind of dirty but I felt like when I walked in it was a huge difference. Also the staff was wonderful, and I liked how they actually informed us about the special events that they had going on at the time. That was refreshing and quite welcomed.
They need to take more detail to room cleanliness. Hot water didn’t work. Cold jacuzzi during 3 day stay. Toilet kept gettting clogged. Stains on carpet that should’ve been cleaned. Has the potential of being a really nice stay if they fixed/cleaned broken things.
Embassy suites has been very reliable even during the pandemic. The consistency and affordability make it my goto hotel of choice. Though Marriott beds are more comfortable, they do not accommodate families the way Hilton’s do.
