We were with a large group and several of us had issues with rooms. Air conditioning was not working properly, no hot water for showers and a staff that had no authority to take action on these issues. Bottom line....we'll never go back to this...More

I am not a big fan of "continental breakfasts" so I rarely notice. I DO book a room with a microwave and fridge if at all possible; nice to sit on a balcony in the morning with your own coffee and breakfast eats. Also... More

Yes, but is is a quite, calm, relaxing pool. If the kids want to play, run around, splash, and be loud it might not be the best atmosphere for them.
