I love this hotel you get a suite at half the cost of a normal room at other places.. I have been here multiple times in the past.. I always dont want to leave when my stay is completed :) the General Manager and the manager here are top notch quality thank you !!

Hotel is in renovation. Rooms are disgusting and the hotel clearly took advantage of the fact that there was a conference going on and they are within miles of Disney. Enamel pealing off the tup, rusty chrome, filthy walls and outlets/fixtures, old shower curtain with snags and dingy in color. Just gross and at $450 a night!

Stayed at this hotel to attend a wedding. The hotel was in the midst of a major room upgrade/renovation, and we were aware that there would be a lot of material scattered about the hotel area. None of this was an inconvenience, and we had an enjoyable stay. We expect that when the renovation is complete, it should be a nicely modernized. We believe that the price we paid for our stay reflected the ongoing work, and was a very fair rate. Parking was sufficient, and we had easy access to our room. The Best Western breakfast was on par with other hotels in the chain, and the food was hot and replenished frequently. We did not use the pool area as it was off season, but it looked satisfactory. The cable system had A LOT of choices, which we appreciated. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom/shower worked very well. Overall, a good experience, and we were grateful it was easy to get to from the freeway, and near where we attended the wedding. We will definately stay again should we need lodging in this area. …

The hotel has not been maintained. Too many issues to list, but the overall place was dirty. It is gross. And, the staff was less than helpful. I get it that some things are out of their immediate control, but not having regular maid service is not an excuse to not vacuum the rooms nor have basic toiletries. But, the worst part was the last day when an inconsiderate guest spilled hot coffee that hit me and another guest. The hotel staff were more concerned with the floor than with whether or not I was OK from the hot coffee. Not one apology. I have stayed at quite a few Best Western hotels and have another one in a few days, but this makes me question all of them. It was that bad. Oh, and having the cops there on the second day was scary as they raided a room.

I hope you were able to see that we are currently undergoing major remodeling of the property and the condition of the rooms will be improve drastically once the entire process in completed. Thank you also for informing us about your experience with our team members and especially with the issue you had during breakfast. I agree with you that we should have asked you if you and the other guest were ok, before proceeding to do any of the necessary clean up. We will mention your review to our staff members so they can better handle situations like the one you experienced. Finally, we hope you can give us another chance at staying with us once the entire remodeling process is completed.

NO BASIC SERVICES: We arrived late night, and there was no hot water, and there wasn’t hot in the morning either. There were no pots, dishes, cutlery or rags in the kitchen. POOR CLEANLINESS: The room was not clean. We found fake eye lashes in the washroom mirror, hair stuck in the shower walls, a spider squashed into the wall. NOT WELL MAINTAINED: The remote control in the bedroom had ran out of batteries. We were moved to another room, and this one did not have any doors in the closet. SERVICE: Good. Maintenance came right away to show us how to operarte the thermostat. We were not told in the front desk that we had to turn on a hidden switch underneath the control panel and also insert a cart in a slot next to the entrance. BREAKFAST: Basic but good (plain eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurt, fruit, cereals, coffee, milk, juices, bread). LOCATION: Very convenient. Close to the Orange outlets. Not too far from Disney. PRICE: Good. Would I recommend or stay again? No, I’d rather pay extra for cleanliness and better services.…

Please accept our apologies for the inconveniences you encountered with the cleanliness of the room as well as the lack of hot water on your check in date. As you might have learned, we were undergoing an emergency repair with one of our water heaters. This issue was resolved and now all the rooms have hot water in them. We truly hope that you can give us another chance at staying at our property. As you saw during your stay, we are currently undergoing major renovations and we hope that by the summer, the entire property will be fully renovated. Thank you again for your feedback. We like this Inn very much and use it often, it is close to the location we need but this morning when I made a reservation I talked to a man who was the rudest I have ever had. He was very abrupt and had no time to take my new email address. He was short and never gave me an opportunity to speak. if you don't like your job and if you are terrible at customer service get a new job. If anyone checks these reviews from the company find out who was working your front desk on February 16 in the morning and it was a man. To bad he reflects your Inn.

Great customer service! The rooms are pretty nice. Luis at the front desk was super cool! The pool is heated which was great for winding down. The breakfast is also pretty good, the waffle machine is super cool. My favorite part was how nice and cool everyone was especially Luis who was super friendly and chill.
